Why would you send a Motorola Moto One Macro 4GB/64GB Dual Sim - Blue with US power sockets to Australia. Australians ordering items from this site be aware that you may get equipment made for other countries! Just another power converter to carry around. Ordered in June arrived two months later. Never again...
Most Cheapest, but Worst Service
I bought the phone from them for $100 dollars cheaper, but I regret the choice that I choosed this website to order my phone. It took me almost a month to get this product delivered. Their customer support was very poor. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! $100 saving won't be worth it.
Very slow - not in Australia
Not sure why they promote as an Australian company. Items are sent from Hong Kong. A very slow process so far. Still waiting to receive my item. Ordered 6/8/20 and it took 11 days for them to despatch it... It is still in Hong Kong 24/8
Not AU, Not really Express, handling time 6 days before shipping?!
Paid Sunday, including $25 express shipping for a 60% mech keyboard on its own (so a small package), they only shipped it the following Friday after 4pm!!
Not sure why they are use an AU suffix as they are in HK.

14 Days no update from processing
I ordered a OnePlus phone on the 6th of August. As of today (20th August) there has been no phone dispatched. Emailed a week ago and was told that the stock would arrive on the 13th of August. Have emailed twice after with no response to get an update on when it would be shipped. Irresponsible to sell a product you don't have in stock. Will be cancelling my order through paypal, make sure if you want to take the gamble to use PayPal so you can at least get your money back
I purchase a robot vacuum and the order was smooth from processing to picked. In the email, it stated that : “Please be informed that your parcel has been picked up by courier and left our warehouse. Rest assured that once we receive the tracking number of your parcel from courier, we will send you another "Dispatched" email with tracking number inside for your reference.
My order did not proceed any further. That was more than 1.5 weeks ago and emails to tobydeals , the only way to communicate with them, were ignored. No tracking number and all communication from tobydeals ceased. I doubt it was ever sent. I am now raising a paypal dispute.
I can’t recommend buying from them.

Item hasn't left Hong Kong in a week
Ordered a phone on the 11th August and it's still sitting in Hong Kong. Even with Covid happening, a week to even be dispatched is poor. Worst is when I email them for update or help, there's absolutely no response.
Really bad experience
Didn’t expect the product was shipped from HK, took 3 weeks.
The shipment company they used lost the parcel, they left a “Sorry I missed you” card, I went to collection point but they couldn’t find parcel. Took ages to call, I still haven’t receive anything while I am writing this review. Never purchase anything from Tobydeal.
terrible customer service
Very delayed post of items and 50 days to respond back to the query sent to their so called "customer service" contact us. Terrible response time and blunt customer service (only if they decide to contact you back).
21 day express postage
Payed an extra $30 for 3-5 day express postage and my parcel took 21 days to arrive. Product manual in chinese not english. So called customer service arrogant rude and unhelpful. Avoid like the plague.
Don't waste your time - falsely advertises items as in stock & communication is non-existent
Purchased a Samsung S5e tablet - advertised on the website as in stock with dispatch within 24-72hrs. Got the automated 'processing' email at the time of purchase and never received anything else - no confirmation, tracking, etc. Tried following up with 3 separate emails & via the chat on their website over the space of a week, all with no response. Lodged a dispute via PayPal, and they didn't even respond to that until it was escalated and they then processed a refund. AFTER the refund was processed, I finally got an email from TobyDeals ...saying because I'd lodged a dispute and they'd refunded my money, they could no longer send the item. What a joke - they clearly never had the item in stock or they'd have sent it weeks ago. From reading the reviews, they obviously falsely advertise some items as in stock, and when you purchase you have no idea if you'll be one of the lucky ones who actually gets what they ordered, or one of the people who gets completely stuffed around. Don't waste your time or money - shop elsewhere.
no customer service
bought a samsung s10 lite about 1 month a a half ago. box arrive no plastic wrap, dirty, and seal is broken. check the the samsung warranty web site and it only show 8 months of warranty left. so obviously phone is second hand. contact them and no resolution so far. avoid it guy
Delays in delivery and no communication
Although the prices are good, the experience has been very poor. I am still waiting for my product to arrive (it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered it) yet I have been sent this email to comment on the quality of the product which I am yet to receive...
I sent multiple emails with only one reply. I have been sent the tracking link for someone else's item, unfortunately. I have sent 10 emails with one correspondence back after waiting for a week. Still waiting for my product and not sure whether it will arrive or not.....
I would not recommend this website to anyone. If the product never arrived or was damaged, it would be a nightmare to get in touch with anyone.
Listing "in Stock" to products they do not have
I Purchased a camera lens off them, it was listed as in stock, after 10 days of emailing their support I received an email that they don't have stock and will be getting stock in 2 weeks. So I decided to check the website, it is still listed as in stock... Managed to get a refund through PayPal dispute. Stay Away.

I ordered a Samsung S20+ from Tobydeals and from the get-go, it was a nightmare. I got an order confirmation the same day but from that point in, it was completely disgusting. It took three weeks to get confirmation of order receipt and preparation. In that time, I sent customer support 2 emails, tried to cancel the order and get a refund, contacted Paypal because I thought it was a sham, and they didn't reply. No phone number available to call. They sort of acknowledged on their website that there was a Paypal review, but did that prompt them ...to contact me. Nooo! 4 weeks later they shipped the phone and when it arrived, the security seal was broken. I wrote to them and they replied a week later with a note saying it is their QA policy to "check" the goods and as such, they open some of the boxes, but rest assured, it was new. I've contacted Samsung in the hope they will stop supplying to such a shady supplier. Really, do yourself a favour, use anyone other than these guys: in order to save a few bucks, these guys just aren't worth it.

Very low quality, buyer be aware Tody Deals
Bought a lens two months ago, took 3 weeks before I got it. And lens not in focus. Support not responding emails at all. Try the comment section on their website, they delete the bad comments! They are very slow to make sure you will never get their 30 days refund guaranteed. Stay away..
Poor customer communication
When purchasing items there was no indication given about extended processing times and delivery delays, including when express delivery was indicated to be 3-5 days. Not worth extra shipping costs.
No comm, no responsibility
I email the support team, no reply. No phone contact. Take ages to get the product. Find somewhere else. Cheap but too dangerous. It says UK, but product mostly from Hong Kong.
DO NOT purchase from Toby Deals - read the reviews first
I received my Samsung A71 yesterday from HONG KONG. The leaflet I think is in Vietnamese and the charger is not Australian, so they threw in an adaptor. I thought I was buying from an Australian Company - I really wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Do yourselves a favour and pay the extra for a genuine supplier.

There is no customer service. If something goes wrong, you're toast.
BUT they do send an automated email asking you to review them and will give you a 10$ coupon if they "approve" your review (aka - must be good). So most of the good reviews on here are fake.
