Comparative pricing but if anything goes wrong you cop it, no warranty to help you
Cheap option and ended up costing you even much more than normal, product wasn't suitable for AU and no warranty

Would have got 5 stars, BUT - -
After reading lots of bad reports, bit the bullet and bought 2 x Samsung S20+ on 1st Dec. After 10 days of nothing, no updates on order, I sent 3 emails over 5 days, all for no response, this is why I give 4 stars, not 5. Then on 16th Dec, email indicating Order posted, 5 days later I had my 2 phones in perfect new condition. At $650 LESS per phone than the usual local shops, I feel great about Toby Deals, and would use again.

All good in the end
Ordered a Xiaomi Mi10T Pro 5G, 3 days after ordering I emailed enquiring about the order and when it would be shipped, 4 days later Tobydeals replied informing me that there was a delay in shipping but a few days after that I received another email informing me that the package was leaving the warehouse, then once it was dispatched it only took 5 days to ship from Hong Kong to me in Perth with me receiving shipping updates regularly by text message, (I paid for insured express delivery), nobody was at home the day it was delivered so Toll Freig...
Read moreht left the package at the BP express which is just near my house on my street and text me instructions on where and how to pick up, great phone at a awesome price, all in all I'm very satisfied with the product and the delivery service and I would definitely consider buying from Tobydeals again in the future.

Not an English version
Ordered English version of snipperclips for a Christmas present and received something else (as pictured below)
Tried contacting Tobydeals a few days ago and have not had a response yet.
Maybe this will help my niece and nephew learn a new language!

Slow service and poor communication
I've used this company a few times. The first was great - item arrived quickly and with no issues. The second time it seemed like nothing was happening, but after a few emails went without a response I received notification that the order had been processed and was on its way, and the order arrived later than expected, but in good condition. The most recent time, I purchased a phone from them, received an email saying that the order was processing almost immediately, waited 9 days, nothing further, contacted them for order status, no respons...

It's now been 16 days since I paid for the goods - and there's been no response from them at all, so now I have to try to get a refund through Paypal - and I won't be able to get the order filled before Christmas. I wouldn't use them again - yes they have good prices on certain items, but I wish I'd paid a bit more to ensure that the product actually turned up or to buy off a company that actually responds to enquiries. PS - if you look the 5 star reviews on the website - you'll see that lots of them are incentivised, which falsely inflates their overall rating. Buyer beware!

Lower expectations required
Ordered two smartphones from this retailer in 2020. The first in June, the second in November. Both orders were placed, processed, dispatched and received without issue.
In both instances, the order took 10 days to two weeks to dispatch, and another 7-10 days to arrive. Ignore whatever processing/delivery times are quoted on their website and you won't be disappointed – because they do eventually ship.
Similarly, do not expect them to reply to your emails within a reasonable timeframe. It took a month for me to receive a response the one time...

Purchase from them with the knowledge that they do certainly ship, but take several days or weeks to do so – and that should any warranty issue arise whereby they must be contacted, a period of months will likely ensue. Having lowered my expectations, I would absolutely purchase from them again. I do my research beforehand, only ordering items that aren't likely to ship with flaws (i.e. reputable brands, IPS LCD over OLED, etc.). Yes, it's still a gamble – but a calculated one. This lens is a fantastic piece of kit to get into macro photography
The lens is very nicely made and feels solid in the hand. All the controls are very smooth and easy to use. The images are very nice and exactly what I had hoped for, being able to capture incredible detail off small objects, surfaces, and bugs. The lens is extremely compact and lightweight and easy to carry. It's suitable for macro photography as well as general portrait and landscape photography. It really does everything quite well except telephotography. There are a few things that are either non-features or less than perfect though.

Read morefeatures: Don't get too excited for the 1.2x super macro mode, it turns off image stabilisation and auto-focus, and 1.2x is not that different from the standard 1x mode, so I'd call this a non-feature. I also think the ring light, while it could be useful for close-ups on stationary objects, isn't that useful for insect photography, and it definitely doesn't replace a flash. It might do adequately in shady areas during the day at best. Don't expect the ring light to compensate for slow ISO, small apertures, or fast shutters on its own. You'll definitely get more out of this lens with a traditional flash and diffuser setup than relying on the ring light. On the plus side, if you don't use the ring light, you can put the lens cover on and then mount filters to the lens that you otherwise won't be able to do if you like lens filters. Less than perfect: One inherent downside of a 28mm (45mm equivalent) lens is that you do have to get quite close to your subject for a good photo and it may scare away more camera shy subjects. It still works though, and insect photography is my primary photographic interest. Conclusion: All that said, the photos I'm getting out of it are very nice and I don't regret the purchase at all. If what you're looking for is a compact and easy-to-carry lens for general use and macro photography, this is a great solution. If you're desperately looking for some increased working distance, get a longer lens, but then you're trading off for weight and size. Reasonable price reasonable performance
It's easy to navigate through the website, very accurate description and amazing speed of delivery.
Value for money amazing, I found cheaper website, but I got more value with Toby Deals.
Product quality so far looks good, but too early to said, it less than a month since I bought, but it's got warranty anyway.

Delivered within the expected time frame
Ordered a robovac because it was cheaper than other places.
The process was quick and easy. I received the item about 2 weeks after ordering it.
The item was obviously made for a middle east country but it came with an Australian plug and you can change the language to english once everything is setup.
After 1 day it seems to be working fine.

Defective phone received and no reply from customer service.
Purchase and delivery was fairly easy. Phone received was defective. Swollen bump on back near camera and fingerprint as shown in pics. Could be due to defective battery? Emailed support 5 days ago and reminder again but no response received yet. No phone number provided for quicker contact. Only few more days to avail 14 days money back warranty. Would want a replacement/compensation as soon as possible.

I bought a Nikon camera and need this by end of December. I've sent email to them but no one response, I'm thinking to buy it from other store but I have put a dispute in Paypal, how do I escalate my dispute to get money back? The status in my dispute is waiting for seller's response, and the status of my order is "Paypal Reversed", what does this mean?
It is in the paypal resalute center you have to let paypal review the case.
I had the exact same status but they never actually reversed it. you need to make paypal do it.
I ordered a phone on 3rd of December and paid $25 extra for the express delivery which supposed to be delivered in 5 days but until now nothing ,sent 4 emails but no reply not even estimated time or anything at all ,the order number is TAUW380167782, any suggestion or help will be appreciated .
I emailed their support email but only got a response 4 days later.
They can be a bit slow with the dispatching and replying to emails but you will receive your phone.

Read moreber, and it only just arrived today. Although initially it ships via a courier called DPEX, it'll be transferred to Toll once it enters Australia. You can then continue tracking it via the Toll website using the same tracking code Tobydeals provide shortly after dispatch (not your order number).
Thank you very much, they finally replied to me via email, saying that it's out of stock and they are sourcing it... Hopefully I'll get it eventually, thank you!
Toby deals are closed down (bankrupted ?) as of 19 December 2020. See if they shipped it before that, if not... you might have to get your money back.
