very obvious they were faking a delivery attempt so they could keep/get back on schedule and make it look like they had been to my property.
They are just so damn lazy, and unreliable. They never attempt to call the door, but somehow Australia Post never seem to have any issues at all.
One parcel finally delivered 10 days late to some random service centre and I was never notified, and the other is now "lost" - so both were returned to Amazon. These were expensive items too. Amazon must be losing loads of sales by using Toll.
Absolutely horrible services - delivery man was very uneducated and even not able read address - so parcel was not delivered , This company must be closed and deleted from market ! Show details
Toll's phone contact sends you to mytoll.com which doesn't even load on net , beware don't get your parcel sent with Toll they are useless. The sender contacted Toll and more than once was told it would be delivered within a day or two, but never was. When it eventually arrived, it was damaged. The second time, the item never arrived as scheduled, and unlike other companies, I was never contacted to tell me why it was delayed. The third time, I received an email from the sender saying Toll had put my item on hold as they "need further information". When I called, I was on hold for an hour. I eventually got through to someone who told me there was an attempted delivery at 4.55 pm but they had no access. I told her that I was outside talking to my neighbour at that time, there is no front fence, my front door is only about 12 metres from the footpath and the security camera showed there was no vehicle in the vicinity. She said the usual "I'm so sorry to hear that, I'll send an email to have it delivered tomorrow". Let's see if it actually arrives. I would suggest if you purchase an online item, ask if they use Toll. If they do and aren't prepared to use a different courier, shop elsewhere.
Edit 2/5/25 As expected, my parcel never arrived the next day as promised. I called them, again, and was told the depot had been very busy and it would be 100% delivered Monday. I told him a parcel that wasn't delivered because of no actual attempted delivery should be given priority. I've contacted the seller and told him that I've purchased elsewhere with next-day delivery, and he can seek compensation from toll.
A Reluctant One Star – Doesn't deserve even one star. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and left on the door step of a neighbour directly by an open road. TOLL efficient fast postage A1+ – Toll delivered my mattress within 2 days of ordering it. It's a busy time because of COVID-19 yet Toll are on top of their game. Worked for Me – Trouble with reviews of couriers,couriers do what they're supposed to, i.e. deliver on time and no-one gives them an excellent review, lose a consignment out of the million they handle they instantly get a terrible review. managed a business that had an account with Toll valued at over $2 million per year. We eventually moved our business to StarTrack because of these exact issues — poor service, poor attitude, and no accountability.
If you're considering Toll for your logistics needs, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Worst service in Australia – I have tried to get orders from Amazon for over a month now. The original order was cancelled for non delivery. I asked Amazon NOT to use Toll, but of course they did. Toll Couriers - Don’t do it! – Woeful service if you could call it that! Product bought through Amazon US but according to tracking it was driven all over Sydney! No updates, no apologies, no way of contacting. Phone call ignored. Messages stopped two days before it was due to be delivered. Then nothing, until I discovered it thrown into my garage. No delivery message. Nada! Going to complain to Amazon!
Bad service for years – Everytime I have a delivery from Toll whatever they have changed their name too,it is late.They are the only company in Australia that makes Auspost and telstra look good. was in plain view from the street and I only drive a few times a week so it would have remained there for day and possibly stolen if I had not checked the tracking to find it was delivered. To get it into my house required 10 steps to the front door and due to a recent should injury I had to leave it until someone can assist. It would have taken an extra 30 seconds to deliver it to front door. This would apply to anyone elderly or a woman.

concerned as I thought they wouldn't just deliver it, they'd at least leave a card or something. How wrong was I. I saw the package sitting outside my gate as I pulled into my garage now after work. No idea how long it had been sitting there, as I couldn't check (tracking still wasn't working). Terrible....why can't the delivery driver call when they arrive? It would save everyone so much time – Toll do not allow their delivery driver to call you when they arrive, saying it is a health and safety issue that they cannot use their phones during working hours!! the depot and the call centre are clearly completely powerless to do anything about it. It's an important delivery and I can't even leave the house for fear of missing them.
Simply one of the worst run businesses in existence - it's a shame that they stay afloat with corporate contracts with companies who must enjoy the cheap rates and can simply say that's it's not their fault or their problem that your items never arrived.

more than likely it might arrive on Monday, 15th August, 2022. Three days to deliver a parcel, I could have got a bus and picked them up myself but the parcel is large, not heavy. What sort of business treats customers with such contempt, like sorry cuts the grass. Will never but online from Officeworks again as they use a really hopeless delivery company. I would give minus 10 stars if it were available.

No star if possible - 'delivers' direct to Toll Collection Center' – Toll seem to deliver straight to their most convient (for Toll) 'Toll Collection Point'. I am sure that this is very convenient for the Toll delivery person BUT it is far from convenient for the intended receiver. I have not problem with the sender/seller (JB Hi-Fi) who have tried to help. Sadly I chose the more expensive Toll option as I have heard that Australia Post is not very reliable in my area. The worst courier on this planet and possibly the universe – I've had several packages go missing in warehouses, sent back to the sender, lost forever. Toll Australia is an absolute disappointment. Save yourself the inconvenience and just buy in-store, or from a different seller that doesn't use Toll.
Very Poor to No Service – My order was picked up from Melbourne on the 29th Jan 2020, to day is Saturday the 1st Feb I have been told I wont receive it until the 3-4th. Promise fast then deliver at their leisure. Terrible service – Received phone call advising item would be delivered b/w 9 & 11am next day. Rang at 11.30am to be told had no record of item. Agree with all bad reviews...TOLL is terrible – Tracking number is useless as you cant track reliably on line and agree with others that customer service based in Manila is useless as well. contractor who get paid base on the volume so they do the dirty trick. It wasn't the first time i experience this dirty trick from Toll's driver. It happen for me several times but some online store doesn't allow me to choose the courier. Very bad service. The call center is no help, everytime it happen and i called them, they just say sorry we couldn't do anything and i have to wait for the sms telling where i can pick up my parcel. As it happen several time, i never choose redelivery option but picking it up as they will do the trick we missed you again.
