Ruined Valentine’s Day 2024

I placed my order 3 days in advance. I live in Queensland and my partner lives in the Northern Territory. I was well early before their cutoff time. I get notified ON VALENTINES DAY that they can’t fulfill my prefer. The one day of the year where you would think they’d have their **** sorted out. Never again. Don’t trust this company!!

No happy

I have had two deaths in family weeks apart. The first flowers you sent absolutely perfect.
But today I found out the second flowers you delivered did not get delivered to address went to the post office. My flowers were not received, who sends flowers to the post office. I thought that was the delivery fee to the house, who in their right mind while grieving go to the post office to pick up their flowers?
So waste of my time and money let alone I look like a fool for asking if the flowers were nice.

Absolutely disgusting, not one bit of floristry in this sub standard gerbera mess

My children sent me flowers for my birthday, gerberas in a box , the colours didn’t go together and two of the six flowers in box (I can’t call it an arrangement) were inverted and dead. It had Easyflowers and Top Florist branding on the box. It actually was so awful it made me cry. I am so disappointed as I am a retired florist and would never have sent anything so awful out. The intention was to send love and the slap dash rubbish sent was devoid of any kind of respect for customers. The chocolates were a cheap brand that I have never heard of and look very dodgy too. Show details

Poor Service - Did not Deliver on Service

Ordered flowers on the 14th November 23 at 8pm for delivery the following day for a friends 70th. I picked a message the following evening after getting home from work to say, due to unforeseen circumstances they could not deliver on the day. Option was to refund $6 or cancel order. I had no choice but to proceed with the order. I wish I had of checked the reviews first. The flowers arrived around 5pm today. Nearly 48 hours later. They advertise if you order by 2pm same day service. They did not even give the delivery priority today. It was an end of day delivery.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND- extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Show details

Failed twice!

In October last year I ordered flowers from top florist for my mums birthday. They advertise same day service before 2pm. I placed my order at 9am and they called me later in the day, told me that they could not deliver same day and refunded my money, they gave me a gift voucher as compensation. Yesterday, 5 days out from Mothers Day, I used that gift voucher and today they called and said that they can't deliver . . . again. I will never use them again. That's not true, I will never TRY to use this service again, because at the moment they have never delivered any flowers for me! Show details
