Nothing like what was pictured
Ordered an expensive bouquet to be delivered to a friend. The bouquet that she revived looked nothing like the original picture. When I fed this back they wanted more photos. I was hardly going to get the friend sick and going through cancer treatment to take a range of pics of the bouquet we weren’t happy with and the other pic showed it well. Feedback was only they spoke to the florist and the correct amount was in the arrangement. Shame it looked nothing like the advertisement though

Disgraceful and disrespectful - zero stars
Ordered flowers, Card and delivery for a grieving family. The wrong product was delivered. Advised the company they made an error with the flowers, yet the card was correct. The next day the delivery driver returned demanded the flowers back, from a grieving family, then gave other flowers without any wrapping and has had been taken from another home. The boutique was ruined.
In these times of Covid19 how could you take from one home and deliver to another. You can’t even return an unopened box of cereal these days.
This is disgraceful. Zero stars.
Do not order from this vile business Top Florist takes advantage of special needs people then belittles them!

Flowers arrived extremely poor quality
The complaints process was very difficult for my friend who is special needs
They made it even more difficult for him
They belittled him when he tried to resolve THEIR mistake ...
