They did not provide the correct items as advertised or per my order.
Spent $1800 in a single order after chatting to their sales team about the products, kits etc. Everything was okay until the order arrived, I noticed that they sent two incorrect 56V batteries from two of the kits ordered. I promptly contacted their sales and customer service team with photos and requested for a return and replacement of the incorrect batteries. They acknowledge that they made a mistake and sent me order model batteries but at the same time tried to tell me that they are the same as the newer ones (which they are obviously not ...e.g completely missing a gauge feature). After days of liaising with their team in attempt to effect return of the incorrect items for replacement, I'm being told that they expect me to take a full day off work to stay home to personally handover the return parcel to their courier as their couriers don't work in any time frames. I haven't been able to use 2 out of the 3 batteries I ordered and paid for because of their mistake and am yet to get a clear answer as to if they are still even intending to pick up the incorrect batteries and send me the correct ones. It is honestly proving to be both frustrating and extremely disappointing dealing with these guys. It is growingly doubtful that I will see the correct items anytime soon, if at all.

Great advice and cheaper than Bunnings Trade. had a difficult job and my usual products overheated and chipped the edge of these tiles. Look forward to getting the job done now.
