Can someone please confirm if this unit records a speed log for an entire journey (which I can download and store)?

    1 answer

It takes video which will fit the size of the memory card placed in its slot but rewrites over the top of previously recorded video when it runs out of space The video may be time stamped so perhaps a log of timing could be determined with average speed over the distance and time .
A map device (Navman or TomTom) is the device you need to keep a detailed log that may be used for forensic timing as it will show start and stops for each trip based on GPS
