Best kettle we have ever had – Really thrilled with this kettle. Finally found a stainless steel kettle without any plastic inside. It pours really well, looks fabulous and the size is not too large. The handle is the best design for comfortable pouring. It boils quickly and quietly and I love the prism crystal touch on the lid and on/off switch. Please Trent & Steel keep your Crystal Collection kettles permanently in your range as it is a classic, elegant design, especially the black one we purchased. It has taken too long to find a kettle like this so please keep it in your product line.

Finally, a kettle with no plastic inside! And it's a really nice one – I'm really pleased with this kettle. I bought this two months ago because it is almost the only kettle on the market without any plastic inside. They're impossibly rare! It's quiet, it's quick, it pours well. The "balance" of it in handling and pouring is easy. It has no "window" (which is always plastic, or is glass sealed in with silicon). But it isn't much of a problem. I have to lift the lid off to refill, but the doesn't bother me as I thought it might. I'm so glad I found this kettle. Overall I'm very happy, and growing to like it more each day. I wouldn't have looked twice at the "bling" crystal, but now that I got one, I like it. What will I do eventually when this one breaks? Oh No!
