Just got back from taking my parents on a surprise holiday. Booked one of TripADeals packages and could not have been more impressed. My parents aren’t big on international travel so it was nice to get away with them somewhere here in Australia.. they loved Darwin and are now even talking about a trip overseas. Could not be happier!!!
Worth the wait
We were nervous not to get documents until 4 weeks prior but now that we have them it was worth the wait. My husband and I haven’t been overseas since our grandchildren were born but thanks to TripADeal, it’s too easy and affordable not to!
My husband and I have now completed our holiday and all we can say is bravo Tripadeal! From the moment we landed, Tripadeal was with us every step of the way.
Friendly staff (maybe because they live in paradise) detailed documents, nice hotels and knowledgeable tour guides made our experience one to remember. The pictures are pool room worthy! Don’t waste your time shopping around , if you need the extra push to book with them then this is it!!
I personally haven't purchased a trip to China with TripADeal but my dear neighbour has, and was due to depart to China in February. I have been watching their updates on Facebook and hearing their consistent communication via email. A big congratulations to Tripadeal keeping their customers up-to-date with the full story of whats going on - I could only imagine how much this has taken them by surprise and all the hard work behind the scenes. I have travelled with Tripadeal before, and with the way they have handled this situation, I most definitely will be back for more. Looking forward to it! Keep up the great work to everyone at Tripadeal!!

15 day Turkey Tripadeal tour
Was an amazing trip. Can't see how Tripadeal can do it for the low cost that we paid. All meals were included. My 'small' complain would be the Ramada Hotel in Istanbul had problems serving meals, too slow, and substandard meals, however could not speak more highly about the places we were taken to, the tours, the accommodation, the guide, the coach driver. A wonderful trip, and I am now on the mailing list for future Tripadeal tours. Thank you....thank you.....thank you.
10 Day India Tour- trip of a lifetime
This was indeed a trip of a lifetime for ourselves and our 3 young adult daughters (18-22). We loved every minute of our tour. Vivek our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and professional but most importantly lots of fun with a great sense of humour. His organisation and timing was perfect and he tailored aspects of the trip to suit our group of only 9! We felt so safe in the capable hands of our driver Sanjeev, which is no mean feat in Indian traffic! India is a truly magical place with hospitable and friendly people even amidst the pove...rty and chaos. For those with an open mind who are willing to embrace a unique and beautiful culture then Trip A Deal is the perfect way to experience it. In the words of our guide...'Travel as a pilgrim, not as a tourist.' Highly recommended
Tremendous value no stone unturned
We had the pleasure and satisfaction of experiencing 17 days touring feature Cities of Italy including a 7 day cruise on the MSC Magnifica around the Greek Islands.Everything went like clockwork and we relished some amazing cultures and historical features. Our main tour leader Simona was very helpful and knowledgeable as was Monia who guided us right through the Vatican. Francesco was very thorough as we toured Florence. Trip A Deal are blessed to have such professional folk representing them.

Borneo, an other unforgettable holiday
We are back from our 2nd tour with this company and it was just as successful as our previous experience
This time it was the 12 day 2 for 1 Borneo tour. Organization 10+. Went on night flight from Sydney and arrived in Kuala Lumpur hotel at about 8 am. Got checked in immediately (normal check in time 2 pm ) and had a good rest. Next day free day in K.L. and on 3rd day flight to Sandakan to be met by excellent tour leader. Next 9 days were very interesting and we were kept very busy with highlights Orangutan and Proboscis monkey sanctuaries, ...
Azerbaijan and Georgia. Great trip - so well organised
This trip was amazing and great value for money including accommodation and Qatar airfares. Our guides for both countries were awesome - so knowledgeable and passionate about their countries. The Caucasus, the Silk Road, the Gobustan Rock art, the mountain sides riddled with caves, old monasteries and secret tunnels - there are so many highlights quite apart from the history of numerous invasions and struggle to exist.
I travelled with TAD to the USA and had the most amazing time! Organising the trip was oh so easy as their customer service team were very helpful, even to the most minute details, as to where to eat, sights to see, which made it an easy decision when deciding if this was the trip to book through them.
TripADeal made it so stress free whilst on tour as well. We made beautiful friends and would book another tour in a heartbeat. We are thinking Maldives next!
This package deal to Adaaran Club Rannalhi was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of 8 and the staff at Adaaran were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Nazim who looked after us so well at the restaurant and also to Abdula who kept our room spotlessly clean and provided such lovely adornments to our bed. If you want peace, tranquillity, exceptional service, perfect weather and the most amazing water to swim in this is the place to go. Highly recommend this resort. We are already saving up for our next visit.
Trip a Deal - "Double Thumbs Up"
From our perspective this tour was great value for money. (12 Day two for one China Odyssey) You get a wonderful "Snapshot" of China. The majority of the accommodation was 4 star and the tour guides Adam, Sam, Thomas and Hugh were friendly, humorous, informative and extremely helpful. The bus drivers also, were courteous, helpful and efficient. The fast train connections were a fun way to transfer to the other cities and we got to connect with other people in our group while we were mostly sharing the same carriage. There were many highligh...ts including the side trips to the Silk Factory, Tea Village, Terracotta Warriors & Shaolin Temple. The home visit and meal was really interesting, and our Q and A with the family allowed us to better understand the Chinese culture. I felt from a group perspective, most people were keen to walk-about and tour locations eg. Suzhou canals; where they could interact and spend more more time with the "locals." The only downer in my opinion was the (Beijing Zoo); being of poor standard and I felt that most of our tour group walked away feeling very sad for the animals there. Suggest limit your visit to the Pandas only and then move on. Overall, we had a fabulous time, made many new friends and will definitely use Trip a Deal again.
I have been on 3 tripadeal tours over the past 3 years and cannot fault them. Any concerns that came up, and they were minimal as nothing is always perfect, were dealt with and resolved quickly and did not impact on the overall enjoyment. I have already booked for next year and am still looking at what is on offer. A great experience for those with limited time, who wish to explore other cultures and countries. Simple to use procedure and helpful staff.
Tripadeal China - Cherry-picking the Best
My wife and I and 2 other couples took the 12 day Two-For-One TripaDeal tour of China in May 2019. Here's a couple of tips.
First, we found it pretty good considering the price. The price kept our expectations low, so we weren't disappointed. Some hotels are really good, others less so. Plus, there are so many TripaDeal tours at the same time (I counted 8 buses at the Shanghai river cruise), and people do slightly different variations of the tour, for different lengths of time, and in different directions (eg, starting or finishing in Beijing)...- so people get put into different hotels (not from the same bus, but each TripaDeal deal might be different) - so don't always think you'll end up in a good hotel or a bad one in a given city. I'll do reviews on the hotels and some of the tours we did. Only a couple of the hotels had fridges. They all had electric jugs and toiletries. First tip. You all know about the $12 a day tip in the detailed notes? They dont take Australian coins, so dont bother taking heaps of coins as we did to make up the $12. They take Aussie notes and make up the rest in local Chinese Yuan () - so $96 for a couple for 4 days might be AUD$95 and a 5 note. Second tip. Pack carefully. Train security is as tight as an airport, but you cant put stuff in the "check-in" luggage as if it was going into the plane. It all comes into the trailer cabin with you. It is all x-rayed. Aerosols will be confiscated. A friend in our group had his $200 leatherman multitool taken. Some lost open bottles of grog. A couple of people also had big (as in powerful) non-branded power packs (portable chargers for phone batteries). My little $9 Aldi one was let through after a brief inspection. Third tip. Google and FaceBook are banned in China. That means no emails to and form Gmail email addresses or FaceBook messenger. Google phones are an issue accordingly. There is free wifi at all of the hotels, and Bing is available as a search engine. I'm not sure about Hotmail or Outlook for email. My iinet email account worked perfectly on the hotel wifi. So did internet banking. WhatsApp seemed a bit hit and miss - sometimes messages would go through, other incoming messages would arrive in a batch. You can buy a sim card at the Beijing airport with a VPN, but I didn't bother, so can't really advise.
We have just returned from the China tour with the Xian extension. It was a 2 for 1 package and as a value for money tour it was exceptional. All of our experiences exceeded our expectations, the Quantas flight was great, the tour guides went above and beyond to inform us and make our group comfortable, the hotels and breakfasts were terrific. It was an opportunity to experience a diverse culture and we learnt so much from this experience. Thank you Trip a Deal for your care in planning and organisation.
China and japan
We returned last week from eleven day tour of China and seven day cruise of japan. We had an incredible time and had many highlights including Great Wall, Terra-cotta warriors, forbidden city, and many more. The spectrum of the seas was amazing and where we went to in Japan was perfect. The tour guides were all very good and nothing was to much for them. The mandatory tipping for the guides was stated before we went and was understood and no issue for us. Visiting the jade, tea and silk factories did not put pressure on us to purchase if we di...dnt want to. There is a lot of walking but that didnt worry us. All the hotels we stayed at were excellent except for one. Definitely good value for what you pay. I had read reviews before I left and was a bit concerned but now I can say I totally enjoyed our holiday and would definitely go on another Trip A Deal.
Almost perfect, great value for money
We have just returned from 12 days Japan Trip. The whole package tour was very well planned and executed with no surprises.
Our highlights are the choice of locations, hotels and above all the tour guide/director. Cindy proved to be exceptional and probably the best we have come across in our experience of travelling all over the world. Her knowledge, commitment, attention to details, sense of responsibility, time management and extraordinary care was truly outstanding.
Japan, without doubt, is a unique destination in so many respects and we highly recommend TripADeal to prospective travellers.
Sri Lanka and Maldives 14 Day Tour
This tour was exceptional. 20 fabulous traveling companions, a perfect Tour Guide (Thanks Dilhi for your expertise and professionalism) - a driver who we can't praise enough for his driving skills on tedious roads and the ease in which the tour took place. The scenery was magnificent, the hotels 5 star (Heritance chain - all brilliant) - service and food - can't complain. There was a variety of culture and history, the Elephants excursion was a DEFINITE must (we saw hundreds of them) - and although not on the tour - we all recommend you ADD ...the Turtle Conservation Centre in Galle (which we went to with help from tour guide) on our free day - and it was just awesome. Also thanks to the locals who provided the impromptu cooking demonstration - it was totally amazing. The Tea Plantation was majestic and the Temples fascinating. The Maldives were relaxing and beautiful, we snorkelled, dived, ate too much, drank too much, and basically wound down from the full-throttle Sri Lanka tour. A great ending to a GREAT holiday. I will definitely travel with TripAdeal again in the near future. AND recommend Sri Lanka as your next destination.

Great guides make a great trip!
On our last night in Shanghai, China. We have had a great trip '12 day China Odyssey' I recommend this trip! There is a lot of travel involved however China is a big place! Thank you to our awesome guides, 1st Beijing - Jessica, your energy, experience and humour was greatly appreciated. In Zhengzhou we met Danni who looked after us for a short time before we caught the second fast train to Suzhou where our accommodating guide Rainbow, Rainbow stayed with us from Suzhou, Hangzhou to Shanghai. Dealing with many personalities and accommodating the different requests from our travel group. You all work extremely hard.
Just did the 11 day China tour and it was wonderful. Guides Summer and Amanda in Shanghai and Beijing was great girls, very knowledgeable and helpful. The Terracotta Warriors and Great Wall were the highlight of the tour, but the other places were great also. Hotels were really nice and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing this tour to not hesitate.

How did everyone get such good response from Trip A Deal? I've emailed numerous times and get no where, just the usual response we will get back to you closer to the time you're due to travel, guess what!!!, I've heard nothing and our trip was the beginning of November, no offer, no nothing and every time I email, the same response we will get back to you as soon as we can. Covid has been around since February, we are now in November, Ive been emailing on and off over that whole time so don't understand these positive reviews.
