I booked a trip Jan14 to leave Nov3. Considering the current situation, I suggest that TAD REFUNDS all tours for the remainder of the year. Nothing is booked at this stage and it is most unlikely that travel will be an option for the remainder of the year if as Australians we chose to maintain any control over this devastating virus. Refund NOW!!!!
Show some integrity and concern for your fellow Australians. Help us to stay home. And stay Safe TRIP A DEAL.

After submitting a poor review on TripaDeal 3 weeks ago for their poor communication during the pandemic, and the conditions around their subsequent offer of an alternative trip, I was pleased that the company contacted me to clarify my concerns. Furthermore, for their customers they have extended the expiry date on credit vouchers for cancelled trips due to Covid19. Hence, I’m now well satisfied with the follow-up and outcome. I’ve reserved those last two stars in my rating as clearly I’ve no way of assessing the actual trip, but will look forward to cashing in my voucher when it is safe to travel again.

We have been given 4 days to decide if we want to proceed with our Europe trip in August and risk the lot or cancel now and receive a credit note less $500. The trip we are on is not on the future list of trips now so can not rebook for a different time. I have rung 3 time yesterday and sat on the phone waiting for a long time without getting to speak to anyone. I have not had a call back. We paid for our trip over a year in advance so you have had the interest on a lot of money for a long time. A full refund would we nice so that we can then book further down the line when we see a trip that interests us not just from what you currently have offered. Carol

We have booked trip to vietnam in may.We have been offered a credit note minus 299 dollars per person for cancellation costs.I would like a full refund please.I think ill have to go to dept of fair trading.

18day Incredible Europe 17/3

Thank you TAD for cancelling our trip which we would have been leaving tomorrow Mar14th. We are really grateful for commonsense prevailed. We now have 18months to take our voucher for the full amount paid by us and our grandson. It was a very stressful last 2 weeks.

Surely now TAD you will defer and hold all monies paid in credit or offer a full refund for travellers like ourselves who are due to leave for the Italy tour on 17/3/20. The World Health Organisation has declared the Coronavirus a Pandemic. An informed decision can now be made by your executives - cancel the tour, offer a 12 month credit or a full refund to your clients. Thank you.

Myself and 3 colleagues have booked a trip
To depart 16 March for japan. Our flights with Cathay pacific have been cancelled and we still have no idea if or when we will fly. While the virus is affecting many travellers surely Trip a deal have insirnaces in place that would allow us to reschedule our trip. Contact with trip a deal has not given any answers. We have been advised if we cancel we loose our money even though they have held it for 9
Months!!! Not very impressed with the contact being given

As far as i know you can use it on multiple trips until the value is used up. Credit to be used before the expiry date but trips could be in 2022. Best to call them and get in writing
