I love the sideboard and coffee table I purchased and I do want to thank Anil and Cliff for their very friendly and helpful delivery to my apartment. They let me know when they would be delivering and went out of their way to help me positioning the furniture.

Smooth process x Excellent quality
I purchased an ex-display armchair. Interior Sales Consultant Todd was very helpful throughout whole process. He always answered my questions rapidly. Everything went really smoothly. I am really happy with the product as well. Even though it was an ex-display armchair, it was exactly how it was shown in the photos, quality was excellent. I will definitely purchase furniture again from Trit House.
Worst experience for a long time
Ordered a sofa months ago and still waiting. Todd at the melbourne store is the most condescending person i have dealt with in a very long time with his “well it is what it is attitude”.
Got a call to tell me the sofa was in their warehouse weeks ago and according to the sales person, it has to be paid THAT DAY in order to get delivery booked in. Weeks passed and i called the delivery company who told me that they have never has my delivery booked in. They also confirmed that they had been to trit house several times over that time and had come...

Todd at Trit provided me with the best customer service EVER!
I was after a Ethnicraft long U shelf to complete a planned interior fit out and Trit had the very last one in Australia available. Unfortunately it was hard to locate such a small item in a huge warehouse, however Todd's perseverance and desire to help me as a customer was above and beyond the realm and resulted in me being able to achieve my project's completion date. I will definitely work with Trit again for my design projects and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Todd, you're awesome and thank you!

Highly recommend Trit House and in particular Imogen. Some Perth furniture stores need to take a leaf out of Imogen's book!

Sonder Trit House - Bad Customer Service and Average Product
We visited the Redfern store and selected the Sonder 3 seater sofa. We were told it would take 12-14 weeks to be made, however this blew out to 4 months due to Christmas which was understandable. The delivery process was smooth, however once in situ we noticed the cushions were deflated and there didn't seem to be enough stuffing. I reached out to the Trit team who were unhelpful and arrogant to say the least and took no action to rectify when we asked if the cushions could be restuffed. Photos attached, one from the store and 3 from the week the sofa was delivered. Would have been happier with a Freedom couch. Shame.
We received our bed today and I just want to share what a great experience we had.
Our delivery men were both prompt, respectful and professional. They took excellent care when moving the parts of the bed into our house ensuring nothing was damaged.
They efficiently installed the bed ensuring I was happy with the position.
And best of all they were happy and friendly on this 43 degree day!

Exemplary retail experience
Purchased multiple items including rug, tv unit, coffee and side tables. First experience was walking past the Redfern retail store, sales assistant was hands on in discussing any piece I was interested in. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I then ordered said items on the site plus items that weren't at Redfern location. experience seamless. All items as pictured on site. Coffee table was on back order, was kept updated on delivered date. Unfortunately small chip on arrival. Trit team prompt in addressing and replacing. Again kept updated via email and call replacements delivery date. End to end exemplary experience will visit them in future when looking to further decorate my home.
BUYER BEWARE - The short version of our experience.
My wife and I purchased 12 items through these guys, worth a substantial $. And I can assure you the trouble started before we paid them, we absolutely should have run a million miles in the other direction. The quoted as $1000 for delivery at the last minute when we asked for an invoice to pay them. No mention of this $1000 delivery charge in the 2 months prior while we were finalising our order. (we are in Sydney, their warehouse in in Melbourne it was obvious that these good would need de...livery) Then we paid, and only AFTER we paid they made us aware the ETA's on the invoice are into Port Melbourne. So in reality the ETA could be upto a week after this to their warehouse. Delivery is sorted by them, and we get an e-mail stating delivery could take anywhere from 4 - 18 WORKING DAYS so potentially 4 weeks. You get this e-mail even if you have made specific arrangements for delivery. The delivery company, then sends you text messages for the delivery date and it changes to suit them, even if you have made arrangements with Trit House for specific dates and times they don't pass it on to the delivery company. Delivery company all in all is good however, it's the information they are passed that is the problem. If you get a faulty item, they will agree to swap it over (well they did in our instance), you then have to go through the entire disaster of sorting delivery AGAIN. On this occasion we are given a date, it then changes a day later because there was a miscommunication, you then wait around for the 3 hours given and when no one arrives you send an email asking what is happening. Within minutes you receive a text message stating that delivery is now SEVEN days later! When you bother to let them know of your dissatisfaction, in the first instance you will get insincere passive aggressive emails back. When you take it further, you will get all the apologies in the world that are simply hot air. The e-mail I received from their showroom manager had all the right things written in it, but then only days later the same things happen AGAIN.

Fast response on email enquiry. Very easy and fast process. Trit was able to deliver the items on the exact day and time requested. They also ensemble the bed :)

Trit made purchasing furniture so easy
Trit was a great place to shop - the hours of operation suit busy people, it was easy to park, and staff were always helpful. The quality of the products has been excellent, and the wait time was very reasonable.
Perfect side table
Purchased a Won Floater table in natural oak for a small family living room and it’s perfect. Looks great from all angles and can easily be moved around when required.
