Tupperware, very disappointing
My former wife bought two large rectangular very expensive Tupperware containers. When they were supplied the lids were so tight and difficult to attach that the boxes were unusable. She approached the agent who said perhaps they will loosen and fit eventually if you keep trying. She would not replace them. They have sat useless in a draw for twenty years. Today I tried again to fit the lid and it just split. Very disappointing, so much for the famous Tupperware warranty.

What warranty??? Lifetime LOL
A so-called lifetime warranty is just hard work and cost you more money. Everytime you receive your replacements it’s different.

Tupperware Australia refuse to make contact.

What a joke Tupperware has turned in too
Ordered $270 worth of product through an online party format. The next day I'm told it will be a 4 week wait due to the company moving warehouse...well it would have been nice to know BEFORE I ordered.
Considered cancelling the order with the consultant but didn't want to affect the hostess.
Left it till 5 weeks and made contact ( oh there no phone number for the company btw) the messenger option on Facebook is a complete joke...7 days to respond and I was given a crap scripted response...a week after that I requested an update or a refund........absolutely no response from Tupperware and the poor consultant is in the same boat as me with no information!!! 8 weeks after ordering the products arrive. Tupperware you are so lucky I didn't file a complaint with consumer affairs !!!! Your customers surely deserve transparency and fairness!!! You've lost a 25 year plus customer!!!!

Claim service is apalling
It took ne a while but I did get over spending a fortune on a bunch of plastic that is no better than anything you can get in a $2 shop... My rock n serve lids are warped for the 2nd time so I put in a claim about last September - haven't heard anything since. Not only are all my containers now miss matched colours but I think I will have to go through this continually in the years to come. I got an email today apologising for the delay in warranty replacement - they took my $13 (I think) dollars for shipping 6 months ago by the way. They s...ent me a $20 voucher as an apology. On the surface this is awesome Tupperware...but... the link on the gift card does not work. When I went to the Tupperware store to find something cheap to buy with the voucher the cheapest thing I could find that I might use was a small pitcher - $31. I really wanted and needed a pair of kitchen scissors but they were $49 ! Seriously !! So by the time I entered by voucher number and shipping was added, the measly pitcher was going to cost me $23. I can get one at the $2 shop for $2. I seriously think I will throw away the voucher. Tupperware you should have offered your customers a gift - pick from one of these 5 useful things with postage included - that's how to say sorry. Not wheedle even more money out of your already cranky customers.
Made a claim 674308 and paid for delivery and still waiting to receive goods since 8/9/20.

Poor service through communication and warranty claim
Purchased rice cooker. Lid melted in microwave in which could have caused more damage to a house as smoke cane out of the microwave. Made a claim through Tupperware first to be rejected as they don’t cover melted items. Than reviewed and claimed approved but I had to pay delivery fee. Lid cane without insert and I have emailed Tupperware and no response. Never would this product.

Tupperware Australia have gone to ground. Customer service non-existent. No replacement items received.
Made a warranty claim (#683036) and paid $12.95 for postage. Claim approved and received automated email confirming this with customer service phone number for Aus/NZ. I needed to amend the warranty claim to add an additional item, so I called the number but it states that it is no longer operational. I sent an email to ask for the claim to be amended and have still not received a response. This is not good enough.

No customer service!
I put in a claim for a cracked heat 'n' eat container on 5th Aug. The not online said due to Covid there are delays for 14 days. Ok cool. The money for shipping was taken from my bank. $12.95. Rip off as i have had larger parcels sent by post foe $10. Anyway Sept comes and no update on the Warranty claims page. October comes and still nothing. On the website there is a 1800 number for customer service. You call and the recording says this service is no longer available!!! So 14th Oct I email to ask what's happening. Automated response email s...ays they'll contact you in 48 hours. It's now the 21st Oct and still no contact from Tupperware. Also I noticed products from the last 10 years crack and warp easily. Meanwhile my older relatives still have their same items from the 70s and 80s and they are still air tight and strong. Not going to bother buying Tupperware again or take up with warranty claims ever again.

Have sent several emails and had no response apart from initial auto responses. Very disappointing will not purchase Tupperware again. Lids broken, seal replacement and lid replacement all cost well over $200. Customer service is almost non existent.

I am very pleased I read the customer reviews before paying the $12.95 postage fee to get a replacement product. My expensive large microwave dish with lid is defective with bits of plastic coming off it and bubbling. Have looked after it for the last 2 years but now it is not fit for use. N o point paying the postage fee after reading people's comments. Will not be purchasing Tupperware again. It used to be a fabulous product and in fact I am still using items that I got 40 years ago. Yes, like many others off to,Kmart or Ikea for my kitchen ware.
Broken Tupperware No response from Tupperware
On June 15th I returned a broken product with a lifetime guarantee, I had to pay postage to return it. I am still waiting for a reply. I have a tracking number through the post office to prove it has been returned. Tupperware don't answer their phone, don't respond to numerous emails and in the meantime I am in limbo. Tupperware isn't what it used to be, admittedly in Melbourne we have Stage 4 Lockdown at the moment, but I find it amusing that Tupperware can still take orders for new products and post them out to customers, but can't find the time to respond and fix problems from their customers that have supported them for over 40 years. I will certainly be reassessing whether I ever purchase products in the future. Extremely disappointed.

Not what it used to be
Tupperware is not what it used to be. Everything is cracking and breaking yet the prices remain the same and the customer service stinks - I've waited 12 weeks to get my replacement.

I have some very old tuppweware that has cracked lids. When on the warranty site the numbers come up not known what can I do

I had a Tupperware container that was in back of fridge . It was moldy. I washed in some and bleach. The bowl is fine but the lid that has ridges still smell like mold. I'll need a new one. Small bowl with white lid,comes in set of 4. Where can I buy?
Just don't smell it.
