Replacements under warranty
I bought a MicroCook pitcher with lid at a party approximately 2 years ago. The jug cracked around the handle a couple of months ago so I requested a replacement under warranty. I (finally) received the replacement yesterday, but only the jug not the lid. The problem is that they have sent a different coloured jug. Apparently the jug colour has now been changed to "Peacock blue". I called the contact number at Tupperware to ask for a matching lid, waited on hold for 15 minutes and then spoke to a very rude person who told me that they are ...
Read morenot required to provide a lid because, even though the jug and lid are now mismatched, the jug is "functional". She said it was just like when you get repairs done to your car, they don't replace the whole car - not sure how it's the same thing, except if you got a replacement panel on your car which was a different colour. I've now got an expensive mismatched jug and lid. I won't be buying Tupperware again, their products are too expensive, quality isn't as good as it used to be and they don't provide the "fine print" on their warranties. Should have bought from IKEA instead!Jenny F.Perth, WA
Clear Mates
I am very disappointed in the clear mates sets I purchased last year. I had trouble getting the lids on when they first arrived, however I soaked them in hot water as advised and managed to get them on. However with use I still find the lids terribly hard to get on, the double action seal does not work as the lid is too tight. I will think twice before purchasing again. I have some Tupperware items that are 40 years old and they are much better quality than these new ones.
Disappointed and feel ripped off.
I am super dissapointed, spent $280 on Santa Stashes (4 of them) to try and get some goodies. And I received 4 identicle stashes. Assumed at first maybe they were all the same but my friend ordered one and hers was completely different and it had such better items and quality things. Seemed she actually got the $200 worth of tupperwear for the $70 each and I didn't. Really unhappy and don't think I will be buying anymore Tupperwear if this is their treatment of customers.

Disappointing - Tupperware Modular Mates Labels
I purchased new labels for my Tupperware Modular Mates.
The clear labels have black coloured writing (font) and are supplied on a white background. You peel the label off the background to put it on the clear modular mate container.
On sticking a label to a container I'm extremely disappointed.
Tupperware marketing department has changed the label font size to small and changed the text from all upper case to upper and lower case.
The result is once the label/s are adhered to the clear container the text is very hard to read.
I spoke to a ver...

Micro Urban rice cooker a dud
I recently received a replacement micro urban rice cooker as the older version I had cracked. The lid is impossible to get off and I broke the base of the rice cooker when i used pressure to get the lid off. Very disappointed after waiting 2 months for the replacement

Utterly disappointed Tupperware customer
for many years have been buying and using Tupperware containers, boxes, etc.
I tried recently to exchange my 10+ years of rice despenser which I bought for SGD100 over. This is my first time asking for a replacement as I have taken good care of it and have been using it carefully. Reason why I need a replacement is because for quite a few months my rice despenser has not been able to keep away rice weevils and is no longer performing at its peak.
According to Tupperware lifetime warranty and philosophy, I was very, very disappointed to get bac...
Read morek my old rice despenser with two red stoppers to prevent weevils instead of adhering to what you claim when I first bought the expensive product. I can send pictures of the two red stopper and my 10+ years of old rice despenser for your reference. Believe my rice despenser is warped after 10+ years of usage and no longer perform at its current condition that’s why weevils entered the despenser. When I first bought the item, Tupperware did not say they will get stoppers to fix such problem otherwise why would I pay so much more for a simple rice despenser? This is dishonesty and cheating the consumer of her right! Please be honest to adhere to Tupperware claim and do not use such despicable methods of handling loyal customers request.CarrieGreater Melbourne (Outer), VIC
So much for lifetime warranty wont be buying anything again
The little chopper blade broke after only a few uses and just chopping onion...they want me to spend $25 on new centre bit and that's not under warranty...I will have to chuck whole thing out as the new blade will probably just snap again

Tupperware returns policy a farce!
What a joke the lifetime warranty for Tupperware! I went online, created an account, filled in details of faulty items and submitted it only to get an email back that all 10 of my items must be returned, then I have to pay postage for any items they may or may not replace for me. I have finished with Tupperware I will never buy another item!
You have lost another faithful customer! I will now purchase kmart modular mates at least I dont pay an arm and a leg for them and then get duped by the lifetime warranty!

lids don't fit anymore, have to pay exhorbitantly for a replacement under the "lifetime warranty"
3 of my lids have cracked and don't fit anymore, I've had to resort to using 2 rubber bands to keep them on each time i use them! but the "lifetime warranty" requires me to pay so much for the postage of sending the defective items in, and the subsequent postage of the replacement items, and even then it's not guaranteed that they'll replace my warped lids, and yet they won't even send back the original items if they decide not to replace them, that it's not worth it for me to even try. Clearly this whole system is designed to ensure that customers don't bother with invoking the warranty for defective items. Surely this is illegal?

Does not live up to it’s reputation ‘Lifetime Warranty’
I purchased the Tupperware salad bowl and use it only in the summer month. It was accidentally dropped on the kitchen floor and it cracked! I contacted the agent and was told it was not replaceable under warranty as it was an impact damage. I was most disappointed as I do not expect plastic to crack when dropped. I was not told about the weakness of this plastic material. As a result of poor quality product and customer service, I will not be buying their products anymore.
Customer Service Unsatisfactory
All my lids for the freezer containers have perished. The agent said she would follow it up and I was to come back 2 weeks later with the containers. This I did but she said Head Office was too busy to respond to her query. The lids have also changed shape since me purchasing mine in the 90s in another country so there was no guarantee that they would be replaced. Would have been helpful if she had let me know to save myself the wasted journey. Judging from the reviews, I will not bother to pursue this any further as it is was very clear what the outcome would be and where this was heading. What is clear though, is that I will never buy tupperware again as I have had other issues with other items and the lifetime guarantee is not accurate.

Kmart do a great copy of Tupperware Modular Mates
Tupperware's new warranty policy is a joke!!!!
I have always been a Tupperware addict. Loved their products and thought the quality and lifetime replacement policy was worth the price. I currently have 78 Tupperware Modular mates in my pantry, 46 Freezer mates, 8 Heat and Serves and 2 large kitchen draws full of other assorted Tupperware. In all the years of buying Tupperware I have only ever claimed 1 replacement lid!!!! I currently have 4 split modular mate lids, 4 Heat n Serve lids and 1 heat and serve base that need replacing. I went ...

Overpriced
I am disappointed. I bought Tupperwares I had seen my mother's last for many years and new the replacement warranty to be brilliant. I find that they no longer stand by their products and the products are not as durable as they used to be.

Rudest customer service person I've ever heard of.
Bought the whole chef series pot set and another $2000 worth of stuff. Pots were lifetime warrantee. The coating came off so my local rep swapped two of the pots for stainless steel finish which I was happy with. The wok coating started coming off so I called Customer Service. Debbie from customer service was the rudest lady I have ever encountered. Said she would swap the wok for the same value worth of tupperware containers. I already had a few grands worth of their silly containers I just needed a wok... So then she suggests I get it recoate...
Read mored myself at my expense. I took it to a steel expert who told me the wok wasn't even all stainless steel but a compound containing harmful aluminium which causes poisoning and Alzheimer's disease when used to cook in... I told Debbie that upon her advice I took it to get re-coated and that the steel person said it wasn't even full stainless steel but an aluminium compound and that their product description was a lie - she had previously assured me it was full stainless steel of the highest grade... She was so rude and just hung up after yelling at me that it IS SO stainless steel, and that she never told me to recoat it and void my warrantee which she did.. no help, just a nasty attitude. She should be sacked. she just outright lied to my face. I will never believe their lifetime warrantee rubbish again. I would actually pay money not to be dealt with in such a rude disgusting way.Find out how Tupperware compares to other Kitchenware Shops

Never buying tupperware again
Never, never buying Tupperware again. I believe that was a life time warranty.... it is not true. Many times I bought overprice products believing the quality of TUPPERWARE. I bought 2 sets of the purple heat and eat , and one come with defect so 4 tops are not fitting the bottom anymore. They declined my claim without explanation.....now I have 4 containers without lids. No, I not going to buy lids, I will never expend money with Tupperware again. Lifetime warranty is a joke!!!
Lifetime product warranty a farce
Tupperware is expensive. THE ONLY reason I conceded to buying it is because of their lifetime product warranty - any company that does that is standing behind the integrity of their product quality - or so I thought! Until I recently learnt to replace a broken lid (poor product quality) you can't go through a consultant but need to register an account, complete forms, return product & pay for postage (minimum $8+) for Tupperware to send replacement to you.
Surely they can't just withdraw their lifetime warranty, free replacement commitment to...

Refund that is due to the mistake made on Tupperware package/shipping
Had a party in January 2017 and have been dealing with trying to get a refund of $11.30 over the $4.50 on one of the orders. The extra postage was paid so the order would go to they're home. Tupperware sent her order along with the rest of the orders to my house. So where did the extra $11.30 go?? The Director [name removed] would not return my calls, text and when going to Tupperware on line - was told "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" I was never trying to return - only what is really due back. Sad a large company like this has a low customer service.

Tupperware...should have used a coke bottle
OK...my wife loves Tupperware...I think it over priced. But if it is so expensive you would expect sensational service? A month or so ago she purchased a number of exercise drink bottles. A week later I opened the fridge door and one fell out and shattered!!! I have had coke bottles fall out and never break. Returned it for warranty and they say it will be 4 to 6 weeks before I know if it is to be replaced. This is about a small plastic bottle!! Hate to think how long or if it was more substantial.
Returns Warranty Almost Worthless
Unaware that Tupperware had changed its returns method to postage by the customer, over the years I've stockpiled my broken stuff (and there's PLENTY given their weak lids). So, OK, I went through the very tortuous and time consuming process of imputing all the item numbers, etc - it must have taken me an hour given the stockpile I have - only to have the data lost when I exited the site (there is no obvious "save" message or button, either). I plucked up the stamina to go through this process again a week later, only to read that postage is t...
Read morehe responsibility of the customer, even though the failure of the product is Tupperware's fault, not mine. And in Australia, postage is expensive. If I calculate their figures of approx $8+ per 5 items, my postage bill would have amounted to over $50!! No way. I'll go and replace their stuff with Decor from the supermarket. Never had any problems with their gear and it's a LOT cheaper.Questions & Answers
