What a joke
I sent back a quick shake cap that split, life time guarantee my as! What a joke this company has become. Don’t under and circumstance believe the lifetime guarantee. I sent the cap back, it was approved and now I have to pay $3.95 processing fee. Tried calling every option you choose tells you to visit the website and hangs up on you. Sent an email asking what $3.95 was for got a 10 paragraph email that still didn’t explain it the most I could understand was you have to pay $3.95 processing fee for every item you return. So glad I didn’t have ...more broken bits. Anyway that’s it for me and Tupperware awful company, no customer service at all. Throwing the quick shake in the bin and will buy one from Kmart. At least Kmart will let me return it if it breaks. Over priced and crap if you ask me.

I have 5 items that have split over time and need replacement. I emailed the company and this is my reply.
You will be charged $3.95 processing for each item you send back to us
You will only be charged $9.95 if you have proof of purchase to cover the cost of postage to send a replacement back to you.
If you don’t have proof of purchase you will receive an Evoucher to the value of the item/part Claimed only.
Unfortunately we don’t except walk ins everything will need to be send back to us.
Add on the postage cost to send it to them and you pay so much you are essentially buying the replacement item.
Purchased in September 2014 for $150.00.
What warranty??? Lifetime LOL
A so-called lifetime warranty is just hard work and cost you more money. Everytime you receive your replacements it’s different.

Tupperware Australia have gone to ground. Customer service non-existent. No replacement items received.
Made a warranty claim (#683036) and paid $12.95 for postage. Claim approved and received automated email confirming this with customer service phone number for Aus/NZ. I needed to amend the warranty claim to add an additional item, so I called the number but it states that it is no longer operational. I sent an email to ask for the claim to be amended and have still not received a response. This is not good enough.
Purchased in February 2020 for $50.00.

Not what it used to be
Tupperware is not what it used to be. Everything is cracking and breaking yet the prices remain the same and the customer service stinks - I've waited 12 weeks to get my replacement.

I have some very old tuppweware that has cracked lids. When on the warranty site the numbers come up not known what can I do
Put it in the recycling bin.
I had a Tupperware container that was in back of fridge . It was moldy. I washed in some and bleach. The bowl is fine but the lid that has ridges still smell like mold. I'll need a new one. Small bowl with white lid,comes in set of 4. Where can I buy?
Just don't smell it.
