Terrible terrible service. Send an email- zero response, no way to phone to get help. And the cost of replacing products now is ridiculous and you may as well shop local. Don’t be fooled by their promises. The product quality has drastically declined, and the fee’s to process replacement doesn’t even cover the original cost of the item. They’ve managed to weave around the legalities of changing their procedures by saying we still offer ‘free’ warranty we just charge postage and fee’s to replace.

Warranty not worth it anymore, lost customer
I just checked the requirements for a warranty claim for 3 broken items, but it’s too expensive to bother, with no guarantee that I will get any replacements. It would be over $30 of postage and fees ($3.95 per item processing fee, postage to send them and postage to receive them) with possibly no items replaced if they deny it, or a small shopping credit voucher that I wouldn’t want to use anyway, if they don't stock the part anymore. Which would then probably just get used up with postage anyway.
It doesn't say whether you would have to pay ...

I made an online warranty claim. It was for the product 3704: HEAT N EAT ROUND BASE 2L – in the colour purple. This product was gifted to me. The base has a crack and I can no longer store liquids in this container.
This is outcome of the warranty claim:
With the many thousands of Spare Parts that comprise all Tupperware products released over the last 70 years it has become a necessity to reduce the supply of availability of a great many lines. Resulting in the Warranty System introducing a E Voucher for any Claim where proof of purchase i...
Tupperware : Another unhappy customer.
Beware of warranty.
I had a set of 4 canisters which all lids broke. Went to make a claim.
Firstly I had to send back the items. Which cost me $10.
Then I had to make individual claims for each lid.
Then I had to pay $3.95 for each claim for processing.
In the past I have used the warranty and never had a problem. Something has changed and it seems the customer is being shafted. I’m done with Tupperware. TUPPERWARE TAKE NOTE IM NOT THE ONLY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
Saves time in the kitchen!
The Tupperware Pressure Cooker is easy and convenient to use. Throw everything in, chuck in the microwave and then you are done. It can cook anything you can normally cook in a slow cooker in record time.
You can use your bare hands to remove it from the microwave.
It takes about 5 minutes to get to pressure.
Most meals are cooked in under 30 minutes.
It has a seal that will automatically drop into the bowl if it gains too much pressure so it is safe to use around the family.
Be careful not to fill past the max line as it won’t get to the pr...

New process voids warranty benefit
Had to pay $3.95 processing fee per damaged item, pay for postage back to Tupperware and now I find out that I can only benefit from 1 warranty claim (only $10 regardless of value of item) per order. So for each damaged item I pay over $13 and get back $10. Not sure how is is a warranty????
No-longer a great product with 'lifetime" warranty...
I have been a loyal Tupperware purchaser for 25+ years. I would have held more than a dozen parties and spent 1000's on the 'Fantastic Plastic'.
The recent changes to the Warranty claim system is appalling! Having a loyal customer pay $3.95 for an item to be returned for replacement, then pay $$ for postage to return the broken item to Tupperware, then pay $10 for postage to have the new items sent to me is disgusting.
Then we have the new 'loyalty program' of Bronze, Silver & Gold membership!
What a joke!
I think I'm done with Tupperware.

Lifetime warranty is more expensive than just re buying the item
The “new” warranty claims process is very expensive. It cost me $3.95 to “process” each item (I had three items I needed replacements of). Then I got e vouchers to use online however it won’t cover the cost of shipping so I need to pay 3 x $10 in shipping. The worst part is they don’t have spare parts for my Season Serve lid, and won’t send my original back to me. They credited me $23 for a Season Serve lid, but I have to buy the entire thing again (at $55 then pay $10 in postage). All up it cost me $75 to “replace” the three broken items. I love Tupperware but I’m really reconsidering because I just don’t think this is a fair process!

Lifetime warranty is a joke
It is an absolute joke when the $3.95 processing fee per item returned plus $9.95 postage fee plus the cost of postage to return to Tupperware for inspection costs more than replacing the broken item itself. How this be can called a lifetime warranty is farcical and I wonder how the ACCC will view this. Better off buying cheaper products and replacing these when they break. Does not help those of us who naively purchased a ton of Tupperware at great expense with the major selling point being the lifetime replacement. The following is quot...ed from the website "Tupperware® brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product". Should add.... but it is going to cost you. Very unhappy customer who will not be purchasing again

Tupperware, very disappointing
My former wife bought two large rectangular very expensive Tupperware containers. When they were supplied the lids were so tight and difficult to attach that the boxes were unusable. She approached the agent who said perhaps they will loosen and fit eventually if you keep trying. She would not replace them. They have sat useless in a draw for twenty years. Today I tried again to fit the lid and it just split. Very disappointing, so much for the famous Tupperware warranty.

Lifetime warranty is useless
I have just recently returned a lid for a rice cooker, lid for a 2.5 litre bowl and the base of a clear modular mates. After having to spend $3.95 processing fee for each claim (you can't put all together) and paying to post them back another $10 so we are now up to $22. They advise they cannot replace my items and have given me an evoucher for each one. Clear mate $23 evoucher, medium bowl lid $10 evoucher & microwave rice cooker lid $20 evoucher. I can't combine them and they must be used separately. Any item I buy then incurs a $9.95 de...livery fee (again these can't be combined) so my $10 evoucher just covers the delivery fee. To buy a new clear mate only comes in sets $114, Medium bowl $21 and Rice Cooker $29. My evouchers don't come near to this. Don't buy Tupperware for their warranty better off buying from KMART and chucking when you've finished with it.
What warranty??? Lifetime LOL
A so-called lifetime warranty is just hard work and cost you more money. Everytime you receive your replacements it’s different.

Tupperware Warranty Process Unsatisfactory
I've been a long time fan of Tupperware, largely because the product and warranty was superb. Now that Tupperware NZ has taken over the warranty process it is long winded, cumbersome and costly (and there is a lot of reading to do to understand the process). For example, I have a broken handle (an inexpensive part) but I have to pay for shipping to submit the broken handle for inspection, I then have to pay for the courier for the replacement to be returned, and also a self addressed courier bag for the return of my broken product (which I'll...use tape to repair so that I can keep this as a spare in case the new handle breaks)! To be honest the cost of freight alone will be more than the cost of the handle. And even if I send the handle back there is no guarantee that Tupperware will be able to supply a replacement. I feel this is designed to put people off claiming the warranty. This definitely makes me think twice about paying a premium for this product.
Tupperware warranty return cost excessive for lifetime guarantee.
Going to cost over $14 to get a replacement for each item that is no longer usable, plus postage to send it to them. Too expensive for me to return the 6 lids I have. I'll be looking for an alternative. :(
Sorry you have lost my business Tupperware
I've just gone in to look at doing a Tupperware warranty claim as apparently it's now online. I didn't know that as you use to be able to go through a consultant.
I can not believe that there is a $3.95 processing fee and $9.95 delivery fee PER ITEM. You can't combine items all together and do as one claim.
I have 6 items to replace so that's $83.40 (and that doesn't include the postage to return them at my cost) to have something replaced that supposedly has a "lifetime warranty" and should be supplied to customers free of charge if it's fau...
