Lifetime warranty making Tupperware a joke
I am so incredibly disappointed in Tupperware! I used to be a Tupperware rep and was always so proud of the quality of the product and the reputation they had built with their warranty. I have a number of lids and rock'n'serve that are cracked or split and started looking into how to get them replaced. Sad to say they have definitely lost this customer and I don't think I'm the only one.

Don't Be Fooled by the 30% Tupperware Items
I received the Black Friday Offer from Tupperware 30% plus half price postages of $6.95 still expensive but then when I added the item to my cart and tried to use one of the useless evouchers that Tupperware sent me for my warranty claims the item jumped back to full price. Therefore if you want to use any of the Tupperware evouchers you don't get the discount - I honestly do not know how this company is still exisiting - NO Custumer Service At All

Disgraceful replacements policy
As a rep, I stood by Tupperware when they decided to eliminate the replacement process whereby an actual person in your area could assess your items for replacement before processing it, in favour of an online system which charged the customers. I didn't like it, but I justified it because of my belief that the insanely expensive products would still be replaced if they fell under the warranty and simply explained to my customers that previously, I had personally paid the shipping cost of their replacements because it was not very expensive and...I could put in one big claim each month, which saved my customers some money and kept them happy. However when the general product prices increased along with warranty claims being rejected, I could no longer justify the prices and treatment of loyal customers. A year or so later, I needed to process some replacements for myself and was bothered that the items per claim had dropped from eight items to four, whilst charging the same shipping and handling fee; but I took some solace in that at least they usually only asked for really expensive items like UltraPro's or Microsteamer's to be returned to them for assessment. If I had a problem with one of those items it might be worth the cost of having to send it back to them, then again, if the person on the other end does not believe your product falls under the warranty policy, not only do you not receive your replacement, but you do not even receive the item back from them for you to do with as you please, whether that is recycling it yourself, using it as a snack bowl or as an expensive plant pot... I was annoyed last year when two of my broken sandwich keeper plus lids were replaced with two standard sandwich keepers and my 1.5L microwave jug was replaced with a 1L microwave jug, but what can you do? Nothing. You are given what they deem a suitable replacement and that's that. Now the process has changed again and the cost cannot even be spread out over the multiple replacements which I have to do. This morning I attempted to replace four items, three of which are exactly the same product - sandwich keepers - and have all broken in the same way over the last year - broken/snapped at the hinge. I decided to wait until I had four items because that was the limit of items per claim the last time I replaced anything and if I am paying that price for shipping on replacement items for which I paid a premium purchase price under the guise of having a 'free' warranty replacement service available in the event it is needed, I am making it worth my while. Alas, after entering the code of my first product (my second 1.5L microwave jug, which had broken in the exact same place as my first one), I realised I could not add on another product - only one item can be processed at a time. Yes, to add insult to injury, I am to send back everything I need replacing, ONE ITEM AT A TIME! As if this wasn't bad enough, I then have to individually pack and send each item across the country, from WA to Victoria, and MAYBE they will decide to replace it. Are you kidding me?! From being a loyal customer and sales rep, defending their prices for decades because of the (generally) excellent product quality and returns policy they had, to this disgusting slap in the face, I will never again purchase or recommend Tupperware. Multiple thousands of dollars spent on these products and this is how they thank their customers...never again.
What a joke
I sent back a quick shake cap that split, life time guarantee my as! What a joke this company has become. Don’t under and circumstance believe the lifetime guarantee. I sent the cap back, it was approved and now I have to pay $3.95 processing fee. Tried calling every option you choose tells you to visit the website and hangs up on you. Sent an email asking what $3.95 was for got a 10 paragraph email that still didn’t explain it the most I could understand was you have to pay $3.95 processing fee for every item you return. So glad I didn’t have ...more broken bits. Anyway that’s it for me and Tupperware awful company, no customer service at all. Throwing the quick shake in the bin and will buy one from Kmart. At least Kmart will let me return it if it breaks. Over priced and crap if you ask me.
What ever happened to the Tupperware warranty process
Many years ago I had a Tupperware lid break so I rang the local agent, no problem within a few weeks I had a new one. 2 months ago I had the other half of the same product crack and break, rang the agent to be told that there was a new online process, was a nightmare setting up an account and making a claim, had to use two email addresses to get over the line as the first one locked me out and the password was impossible to reset. Anyway I was asked to return the item at my expense which I did, then I was asked to deposit a processing fee which...I did also, the claim was approved, so good so far, now 2 months later the item has disappeared from my account, Tupperware have not responded to my email enquiries 7 days later, their advertised phone number is disconnected and I have no Tupperware marinading container and I’ve also lost postage and the processing fee. What’s going on Tupperware ?? So far to me personally the Tupperware warranty is worthless.

Lifetime warranty? Only if you pay- return policy
I have 5 items that have split over time and need replacement. I emailed the company and this is my reply.
You will be charged $3.95 processing for each item you send back to us
You will only be charged $9.95 if you have proof of purchase to cover the cost of postage to send a replacement back to you.
If you don’t have proof of purchase you will receive an Evoucher to the value of the item/part Claimed only.
Unfortunately we don’t except walk ins everything will need to be send back to us.
Add on the postage cost to send it to them and you pay so much you are essentially buying the replacement item.

Warranty & poor customer service
After putting off replacing split lids for some years, I finally decided to go ahead with it. Created an account, but with a few queries, emailed Tupperware warranty. 4 weeks later & no response, then emailed AU@Tupperware.com emailed failed to send. I then contacted a dealer, via messenger & told to go to claims as emails don’t get answered and no ph numbers.
Would this response from any other company be accepted?
Unable to proceed with claim due to either lids not having a number or the number listed not matching. ...
No-longer a great product with 'lifetime" warranty...
I have been a loyal Tupperware purchaser for 25+ years. I would have held more than a dozen parties and spent 1000's on the 'Fantastic Plastic'.
The recent changes to the Warranty claim system is appalling! Having a loyal customer pay $3.95 for an item to be returned for replacement, then pay $$ for postage to return the broken item to Tupperware, then pay $10 for postage to have the new items sent to me is disgusting.
Then we have the new 'loyalty program' of Bronze, Silver & Gold membership!
What a joke!
I think I'm done with Tupperware.

Tupperware, very disappointing
My former wife bought two large rectangular very expensive Tupperware containers. When they were supplied the lids were so tight and difficult to attach that the boxes were unusable. She approached the agent who said perhaps they will loosen and fit eventually if you keep trying. She would not replace them. They have sat useless in a draw for twenty years. Today I tried again to fit the lid and it just split. Very disappointing, so much for the famous Tupperware warranty.

What warranty??? Lifetime LOL
A so-called lifetime warranty is just hard work and cost you more money. Everytime you receive your replacements it’s different.

What a joke Tupperware has turned in too
Ordered $270 worth of product through an online party format. The next day I'm told it will be a 4 week wait due to the company moving warehouse...well it would have been nice to know BEFORE I ordered.
Considered cancelling the order with the consultant but didn't want to affect the hostess.
Left it till 5 weeks and made contact ( oh there no phone number for the company btw) the messenger option on Facebook is a complete joke...7 days to respond and I was given a crap scripted response...a week after that I requested an update or a refund........absolutely no response from Tupperware and the poor consultant is in the same boat as me with no information!!! 8 weeks after ordering the products arrive. Tupperware you are so lucky I didn't file a complaint with consumer affairs !!!! Your customers surely deserve transparency and fairness!!! You've lost a 25 year plus customer!!!!

Claim service is apalling
It took ne a while but I did get over spending a fortune on a bunch of plastic that is no better than anything you can get in a $2 shop... My rock n serve lids are warped for the 2nd time so I put in a claim about last September - haven't heard anything since. Not only are all my containers now miss matched colours but I think I will have to go through this continually in the years to come. I got an email today apologising for the delay in warranty replacement - they took my $13 (I think) dollars for shipping 6 months ago by the way. They s...ent me a $20 voucher as an apology. On the surface this is awesome Tupperware...but... the link on the gift card does not work. When I went to the Tupperware store to find something cheap to buy with the voucher the cheapest thing I could find that I might use was a small pitcher - $31. I really wanted and needed a pair of kitchen scissors but they were $49 ! Seriously !! So by the time I entered by voucher number and shipping was added, the measly pitcher was going to cost me $23. I can get one at the $2 shop for $2. I seriously think I will throw away the voucher. Tupperware you should have offered your customers a gift - pick from one of these 5 useful things with postage included - that's how to say sorry. Not wheedle even more money out of your already cranky customers.
Made a claim 674308 and paid for delivery and still waiting to receive goods since 8/9/20.
Unable to contact Tupperware by phone line is not working ! Very dissatisfied with this service
Will never buy Tupperware again.

Poor service through communication and warranty claim
Purchased rice cooker. Lid melted in microwave in which could have caused more damage to a house as smoke cane out of the microwave. Made a claim through Tupperware first to be rejected as they don’t cover melted items. Than reviewed and claimed approved but I had to pay delivery fee. Lid cane without insert and I have emailed Tupperware and no response. Never would this product.
