Been A Long Time Customer
As stated I have been a long time (over 20 yrs ) customer of TVSN and have purchased quite a lot from them. I have noticed a decline in customer care and quality over the years. One of my latest orders was not delivered to me. I received notification that the parcel was coming and because I knew we would be home I authorised for Auspost to leave without signature. I saw the van pull up across the road and thought it was odd, but waited for the driver to ring the bell or call out. Nothing. Then the van was gone. I thought maybe it wasn’t my de...livery. Then 1 min later I get a message from Auspost telling me my parcel had been delivered. Not to me it wasn’t! My husband and I both checked everywhere outside and even in the neighbours yard where I saw the van pull up, she wasn’t home, but we found nothing. So I rang Auspost immediately. They said they would look into it, but for me to contact TVSN and tell them, as it really needed to come from them to start an investigation. I did ring TVSN only to be told that because I had authorised it to be delivered without signing it was now MY problem alone, they waived all their customer service rights! Good on you TVSN. I had to follow up with a few phone calls to Auspost, the parcel never was found, but Auspost refunded the cost. I feel this was a case of BOTH companies passing the buck!! I’m quite disappointed in TVSN.
Crap customer service, they do not care- Paul cares a lot!
Sick of paying for items they do not have in stock, now still waiting for items to be despatched that were paid for 17/3/21, still cannot get a straight answer, customer service really need to read emails and the information they give instead of skimming over them and giving inaccurate reply
Voucher reduced for shipping costs already paid by a customer
After years of shopping with TVSN I received a $75 voucher to use with my next purchase. I bought a pair of amethyst earrings in gold which I returned the same day, because I didn't like them. TVSN policy is that customers always pay for shipping cost, when buying and when returning items. Refund also covers only the price of the item, not a shipping costs. So, when I received refund it was for the item only. But then I got the voucher back and it was reduced by the shipping cost paid by me, not TVSN .

Horrendous Postage Costs Spoil Purchasing Experience
Have always been satisfied with products purchased from TVSN and the manner of their delivery; however I must take issue with the exorbitant postage costs. I feel these costs could well preclude purchasing by some people, which is a shame. The extreme postage costs cannot surely be justified and is to be hoped they can be reviewed in 2020 to reflect a fairer and more honest deal for customers.
Easy to use
In today’s hurly burly world it can be a blessing to use a shopping service from the comfort of home. My wife and I have found the service to be reasonable and efficient and will always use it where possible.
Too slow to process refunds.
Quality is uneven, some products are excellent, others cheap and nasty. Quality control needs to improve.
My real problem is the very, very slow refunds . I would guess they keep my money in coffers to collect interest or aid cashflow. Whatever the reason, it seems to be a policy to pay refunds as slowly as possible. Also loathe new site, no meaningful response to feedback. So sorry to loose Niki V. Happy to find Justine and Carla and Niki on new channel.
What has happened to the website
I used to love TVSN and as I work full time couldn't get to see the shows and relied on the website. Not anymore format is awful and forget about ever watching a video on a single product. Things like their beauty awards are a joke, you can only vote for the products they want you to vote you (which is about 5 products in each catagory). It's like they only want specific winners (that they have in stock that they can sell). But I guess it's all about making money.
S20 laundry detergent sheets
I recently purchased the s2o laundry detergent sheets, with great expectations and eagerness to use this product. Sadly it does not perform the way they say and show on tvsn. My clothes did NOT wash up well at all and the smelled musty as the sheets were unscented. There was a stain on a throw rug that did not come out at all.
I have just washed the throw again with my washing powder and the stain washed away, to my surprise, as l simply asumed it was going to be permenant.
Very disappointed in this product.
Could do better
I have only purchased one product (Wheyless) from this company. Was delivered to my local post office in around 2 weeks. No problem there. Product was as described on the programme .
Turning off TVSN
I'm a plantinum for life customer and have been shopping with TVSN for 20 years but I I'm turning away and opting to spend my money elsewhere for a number of reasons. Whilst I like a lot of the products sold by TVSN and the quality is good , the postage costs are absurd and not competitive with other online retailers. Raised my concerns with TVSN but seems to fall on deaf ears. Even when purchasing very expensive items costing in the thousands they charge postage! Also, why are they continuing to charge $2.20 for items purchased on part payment...? Again, other online retailers using AfterPay don't charge a so called admin fee for the benefit of paying in instalments. Further, some presenters speak to the viewers like we are fools. Constantly pressuring customers to rush through the checkout as everything is selling out. Or that the audience doubles on the weekend so we need to buy straight away so we don't miss out. 95 percent of the time when I check back on the weekend the stock is still available. Another issue I have is that some presenters are not authentic. They love everything and want to buy everything - really? I miss JD as she was upfront, genuine and her presentation style informative and real. Time to shop elsewhere!
TVSN should be afraid
As Afterpay gets more popularity, TVSN should revisit their P&H and Administration Fees for Part Payments.
Very unhappy that when you return an item on part payment, you loose 2 postage costs and the admin fees.
Don't know how TVSN could sell such a useless product! Checked online, it is no longer for sale, wonder why?
Great company that has gone bad
I use to love this company...joined 10 years ago and have spent ALOT of money in that time. Over 9of those years perfect customer service. Phone lady’s men lovely. Returns handled in a timely manner and always refunded, exchange with no questions asked or any problems. And parcels sent out so quickly WELL NOT ANYMORE in the last 12 months this company has dropped the ball. So many orders not fulfilled because no stock. Stop selling items you don’t have. And if you don’t have them last order took 5weeks don’t take and keep my money making me cal...l you week after week with no answer. Never received my shirt. It’s disgraceful. In 12 months 4 items I have ordered were “not available” but yet you took my money. Right now a hagit ring I brought 10days still nothing ...I’m not going to hold my breath this time. The rules and regulations we have are as long as my arm but doesn’t look like you have to many. I should of learnt my lesson a few weeks ago after pm [Name Removed] lovely and [Name Removed] rude not to keep buying. I hope this company gets back to being awesome again. After reading so many complaints this seams like a common problem just look at the dates 2017-18 people not getting their items. Just keep this in mind when ordering YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT
Usually Happy with TVSN.
I generally find the quality to be very good but I find the presenters can exaggerate and give out false information. I recently bought two pairs of Scholl shoes according to the sizing recommendations they give on the video. They said if you are a half size to go down. Well, I could not even get my feet into the shoes which were too narrow and short in length. I then had to fork out $17.60 to return them. Very unhappy about misleading information! I feel they should reimburse my postage costs. I emailed their customer care about it and received no reply. Their returns processing is slow as well.
The beads were falling off
I bought a kellys kloset caftan and when I tried it on some beads fell on the floor then I noticed on thee front where a whole lot of beads were missing. The beads are put on with fine cotton and are hand knotted without being sewn in which means the knots can come undone there is not enough thread to sew them in yourself. I sent it back for a refund, no problem. It is an inconvenience to send back then have to wait for a refund.
