Disgraceful And Dishonest
Tynan Motors Kirrawee... You should be ashamed of yourselves!! We purchased 4 Commercial Vehicles from them in January 2021. All 4 Vans had issues from week 2 of us having them. 8 MONTHS to resolve all issues for all 4 vans. [Name Removed] called [Name Removed] and I directly and promised to cover van hire costs until all 4 vans were fixed (one at a time). She has now gone back on her word (Incredible from a Director of a Company!!!) and advised that she never said this. An Absolute Disgrace. She called us directly from her mobile and is now sa...ying saying that they have no recordings of her saying this. During this call she requested that we send her all invoices and that she would take care of the hire, as our Company vehicles are off road during repairs and costing us $$$ Every week. I sent her (at her request) the Van hire invoices Every Single Week!!! I also sent her an email asking her if she will pay the invoices weekly or at the end....They have every single email, all proof, and they are now denying this promise. An absolute Disgrace to the Shire! A Company Director should never, ever, go back on their word to a customer. There was no misunderstanding on her word, this is what was said. At no point did she say that they will "try" and get the money reimbursed, or go to the manufacturer for this... she said "She will take care of the Van hire costs". The call was on Speaker phone and Myself and [Name Removed] were clear on every point discussed. Very disappointing. I hope they come to their senses and do the right thing.

My brother, who has a disability including mental health issues And dyslexia attended Tynan Motors one morning for the Purpose of talking and viewing a car. He doesn’t have one. He has been saving his pension, for the past three years while he was caring for our mother who died in April during COVID.
I had taken him to another Dealership the day before as we were shopping for a new car. I modeled for him the conversation and how to talk to a salesman in order to negotiate a good price. We obtained a verbal quote For the specific Hyundi we wan...ted. We were happy with this quote but wanted to compare it so I encouraged him to get out into society, Practice talking to Other people and be more independent. So the next day he visited Tynan at Sutherland. Without me. My brother told them the Specific car he was quoted on the day before - it was a specific model and a specific engine. He asked Tynan if they would match the price he gave them or could do better. For over three hours and after talking to three different salesman my brother left the dealership being manipulated into signing a document and paying $500 from his pension saving account. The worst thing is, it wasn’t the car he wanted. They talked him into test driving the same model car with a cheaper engine because they didn’t have the specific car he wanted To test drive. Then they told him it was ‘ no different than the more expensive’ engine.

February this year I went up to Tynan Suzuki at Kirrawee to purchase a Vitara. Got all the added extras including floor mats, dash mat, weather shields, bonnet protector and a full alloy spare tyre as they only come with a space saver. When I came to collect the car none of the added extras had been put on the car..... I then had to come back a week later and wait for everything to be put on the car, this is fine people make mistakes and I have worked in customer services so I wasn’t to bothered. But then I come to find that the alloy has still...not had a tyre put on it, so I had to go down to the tyre shop and wait for them to put a tyre on the alloy. 3 months later I get a flat tyre, pull the alloy spare out and how funny is this the alloy they gave me doesn’t even match the rest on my car!!!!!!! Call up Tynan and they can’t help me as $1100 is to much money for them to spend sending an alloy to Darwin... oh what a shame you are making $5000 in revenue from my loan which you also did not disclose all the added fees about as well. Would never recommend getting a car from Tynan.
We bought a Mercedes which lasted 2 days before having many electrical issues, after sales service is disgraceful and are treating us like we are lyre's, most disappointing experience and not finished yet.
they wont replace or refund the car which has now had 3 attempts to repair it,

great at purchase - SHOCKING with service and warranty work
If you guy from here, don't bother getting it serviced or any warranty work. They simply ignore it and do nothing.
Dropped our 2016 Kia Carnival off last week to be washed, have a split CV boot repaired and some electrical faults identified, the car was offered to stay there for days plus if need be. The didn't wash it, didn't replace the CV boot, and didn't investigate all the electrical faults they identified. And rung me up at end of day 1 saying it was all finished come and get it.
To make it worse, they treat you like a criminal if you get upset. They expect you to run the car backward and forwards to suit their schedule, and don't care about you the Customer what so ever !!
