Disappointed in the service. Sunny Coast . Miraculously when we chased up our blinds, both times where told,.... arrhh they just arrived ... LOL Mucked up times for delivery .I would never book a delivery time that neither of us were home. but apparently I did. I queried it and was met with aggression and complete lack of customer service or understanding Sales and fitters were good, Service terrible. I will never recommend them
Longevity of steel product
Ublind by the sea! Suspect the quality of the steel might be suspect. Blind out of warranty but installer was informed

Untrustworthy operator and unsafe installation - BEWARE!
Purchased two outdoor motorized blinds with a 50% deposit. Delivery and installation ran very late but this was not a concern.
When installation took place there was multiple issues:
1. One of the blinds was not functional
2. Flashing to outside was not complete
3. Cover fell off during operation, could have killed a child if under it - EXTREMELY DANGEROUS...
The next liquidation
Contacted this company in November 2020.. took my deposit did not get my blinds until late January of this year. they have forever been broken and not installed properly.. from the management to the owners to the installers including the state manager are all disgusting to deal with.
Misleading and quiet Diseptive.
We now are heading to court as they are refussing to attend for the 7th time in less than seven months
A disgusting culture that shortly can't last. Your company, your people and you are all predictable.
Very happy with the product
Our awnings were looking very drab so decided to replace them. We selected the material we wanted but were told that that particular material was not available for at least four months so we asked them to call in with alternative ideas. We selected a dark green material that allowed you to see through it, which was great. We are now wondering if this was a mistake because if you can see through it, the sun comes in even more too. I think all will be well as sufficiently protective but won't know until the summer! The installer, Tim, was very efficient and did the job quickly. We also previously had indoor window blinds put in and just as efficient. Well done U-Blinds. Adrian 6th Aug 2021
Don’t waste your time
We ordered the screens for one of our building projects on 15 April. We were given the lead time 6 to 8 weeks. We phoned them 4 weeks later in mid May to ascertain an eta. There was no order. They had lost it. 12 weeks later and we still have no screens. The job is complete all bar the screens and we are being charged penalty rates for non completion. UBlinds refuse to reimburse us for their stuff up. Why should we be out of pocket? I dread to think of what we will end up with. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere
I’m very happy with my new plantation shutters and soft shades from U Blinds. Staff are friendly and communicated well about timelines and appointments. Mark and Dillon did the installation required navigating a rather high ladder in a stairwell. Couldn’t be happier.
Bought new blinds before selling my house. The new owners told me the blinds weren't working. Ublinds told me that the warranty was void because I no longer owned the house. Ridiculous

Be afraid people and stay clear of U-Blinds. If you want quality, value for money, good customer service and a stress free experience DO NOT call U-Blinds.
After placing our order (178993) on 26 March 21, We are still awaiting the installation of our Shutters. They have been paid for in full for some months now (over $5k) and have even been partially installed on the 21 May but we have 3 shutters still in boxes left untouched in our garage , 1 Still Undelivered and 7 with fitting incomplete.
Not to mention that those partially installed do not...
Good friendly service and the blinds look great.
Communication was good from measuring to installing, the blinds look good and do what they are designed to do, adding value to the home.
Still waiting after 4 months
Awfulness doesn’t describe this experience we have had. Still waiting for blinds, was told made locally but made in China. Security screens are the worst I’ve ever seen. Service is terrible. Avoid at all cost

This is the worst company experience and I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
We received an extremely poor quality product and service from this company. I haven't seen incompetence at this level for a very long time. The director of the company was incredibly rude and arrogant to deal with which makes sense given how poorly these guys have managed things with us. Simply disgraceful.
Months of delays and cancelled appointments. They organised times to be on site and missed them leaving other 3rd party companies...disappointed on multiple occasions. They have wasted days of our time and caused significant stress and still haven't installed the system correctly with the motor now on the wrong side despite being advised by the electrician. Embarrassing. Should never have recommended an awning in such a dangerous and windy location just to get the work only to then tell us it's not a suitable location after installing it.
Pleased with the service & product
The blinds look great in our apartment. U blinds kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, keeping us up to date with install dates. Lisa organized for 2 installs as the shutters weren't quite ready in the first instance, which was really helpful. Pete, the installer was very professional, clean & tidy & really knows his job. Happy to recommend U Blinds.
Absolutely Terrible Experience
Can't recommend enough that you stay clear of this company. All you need to do is review their google reviews. It says it all.
Awnings and blinds have given us more options for outside - both Summer and Winter.
Lauren, initial contact, was knowledgeable and professional. Had some delays with supply and after some initial installation issues, guys worked hard to rectify and we ended up very happy with the end result.
Questions & Answers
Shutters ordered & 50% deposit paid on March 18, 2020 for our apartment on Chevron Island. Rep Kerry Knight said Shutters were in stock but in containers & expected installation in 6-8 weeks. 4 weeks already gone bye & we have been unable to contact anyone to get an update. Please respond
