We had blinds installed today by Tony excellent and friendly service working to ensure blinds were beautifully installed as requested.
Tony the installer is amazing. The most friendly tradey I've met and I own a tiling business haha. Awesome

Internal shutters are divine!
U blinds were referred to me by my neighbours and having checked out the workmanship I I decided to contact the company. Amy did the quote for zip blinds on both front and rear decks, external shutters on the northern louvers and internal shutters on lounge and bedroom windows. I was hesitant at first with the internal shutters due to cost and was going to use roller blinds however Amy did a cost comparison after suggesting that the shutters would highlight my home.. Im so glad I went with her suggestion. Damian and his offsider were great at i...nstalling all the products and the finished project was everything that Id hoped it would be. My only suggestion would be to keep the communication lines open to the customer .. a simple txt or ph call to let them know what is happening re any delays etc. Overall I’m extremely delighted with U blinds and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Absolute horrible experience with UBlinds. We had a UBlinds (QLD) consultant come to our home and measure an open space for plantation blinds and a bathroom window for fly screens in September’21. The consultant promised the plantation blinds would be available in 10 weeks and flyscreen in 3 weeks (before Xmas which was the reason we went with UBlinds over a competitor). Instead of having them come out twice, I told them to install the blinds and fly screens at the same time. After 11 weeks I called them to follow up and was told the blinds h...ad arrived and would be available the following week, (after they unpacked the shipping container) - 3 weeks later I finally got a call to organise the installation of both the plantation blinds and flyscreen (at this time I was advised both were available). However the Installer arrived on confirmed date with no flyscreen. I was told apparently the measurements were incorrect and therefore the warehouse withheld the flyscreen however failed to inform me of the change prior to install. Nonetheless the installer proceeded to install the frame for the plantation blinds only to realise the measurements were also WRONG- over 100mm too short and couldn’t complete the installation. Therefore my order was 100% WRONG based on the measurements that the UBlinds consultant took. I asked for a refund as it would take another 2+ months to get a replacement and didn’t want to risk further disappointment. The office staff had the owner call me as I was quite upset. The owner acknowledged the errors by the consultant and the protracted timeframe which were in excess of what I was told. He then went on to advise the following : 1) UBlinds do not supply flyscreens, rather they typically only change the mesh and/or act as an agent for complete sets of flyscreens (information omitted by the UBlinds consultant at time of measurement) and; 2) UBlinds would provide a refund ONLY if I did NOT share my experience on social media. He told me that the Retail Act allowed him to basically silence my experience/review/feedback if he were to refund me my deposit. I did not accept that as its completely inaccurate and am now having to take this matter to the QLD Ombudsman as I have not received a refund or replacement of my order and refuse to be silenced. He also told me he would sue me for defamation if I went down this route which again is only valid if I told non-truths or portrayed an inaccurate appraisal of events. Therefore the above is based on a true account of events.
I would not recommend U blinds
We recieved a quote for roller blinds in July, eventually installed late September, late October one of the springs in one of the blinds had broken. it took 3 weeks for one of their men to come and look and order new spring. when I rang end of November, i was told it was in warehouse - I'm still waiting for new spring to be installed!!
absolutely terrible service
I was moving house and had sold my unit. My blinds kept falling out of the track when used. I had to make about 4 phone calls before anyone returned my call. Finally a repair person was booked which took another 2 weeks. He said he fixed them, but a few days later when I went to use them the same problem was still there even though I paid. I rang them back- this time service was worse. I phoned everyday for 4 days and I was told someone would get back to me but no one ever did. Finally I got onto someone called Lyn and told her I was now moving...in a week and needed the problem fixed ASAP. She said there was no service people available for at least a month. Then she said she would try to book it in for the following week as I was settling on my property. No one turned up, np phone call and the whole settlement was held up and I was charged a hefty fee for not settling on time. This company is the worse company for customer service I have ever dealt with. I have had to call another service person in to get them fixed which cost me more money and then the fees for not settling on time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was Very Impressed with the Initial Service with Jodi who came to our Home & measured up for our Blinds. The choices were endless. I appreciated the knowledge Jodi had with the blinds. She answered & advised with all my Questions, the process was so easy. Today a Lovley Gentleman Shane installed my blinds. Also very Friendly like Jodi. Plus my Blinds are absolutely Beautiful.

Great service from start to finish, Excellent service from Crystal who measured up and quoted - competitive price followed up by installation by Bjorn who was friendly and professional and cleaned up as he went.
This is the second time that we have used U Blinds and happy to reccomend them

Very happy with our shutters and the difference they have made to the rooms Not only do they look great they are easy to clean! Nigel was very helpful and experienced making the whole process easy. So impressed that I’ve decided to get shutters on more windows.

Save yourself the time & effort. Don't use Ublinds
This really has been a comedy of errors, but I'm not laughing.
We ordered a full house of blinds for our brand new house in November 2020.
It's December 2021 and we still haven't received our full order.
It took 5 months for the first lot of blinds to arrive.
Turns out the salesman/quoter didn't measure the window frames properly. This meant the installer had to butcher the frames to make them fit (see picutre).
Fantastic Shutters and Amazing customer service
We are so happy with our new white Shutters from UBlinds Greenhill Road Adelaide. The whole staff from the start were so helpful and informative and actually either answered any calls or returned immediately.

Crystal was amazing and did exactly what we asked the shutters look awesome. They look so good we are looking at doing another lot. Crystal was so professional and listened To what was being asked of her.

Questions & Answers
Shutters ordered & 50% deposit paid on March 18, 2020 for our apartment on Chevron Island. Rep Kerry Knight said Shutters were in stock but in containers & expected installation in 6-8 weeks. 4 weeks already gone bye & we have been unable to contact anyone to get an update. Please respond
