Is UGG shepherd the real deal as in authentic uggs or an off brand?

These reviews appear to be false. They are all either 4 weeks ago or 1 month ago and not a single one of them has ever submitted a review to Product Review previously except for the one that was in the form of a question and highly critical. Has the company any response for the contrived reviews.

Why do these UGGs have synthetic lining? Seeing UGG Australian Shepherd on the box led me to believe these were sheepskin. It wasn't until I found the tag attached to the inside of the boot that I saw 'cowhide upper, synthetic fibre lining.' The whe reason I purchased UGG Aust Shepherd was because I believed they were the real deal sheepskin. I can't usually wear synthetic lining, it makes my feet sweat and itch. I guess the relatively cheap price should have been a clue but NOT HAPPY!

UGG is a proprietary technology we developed using repurposed wool on a textile backing, and this can be found lining many of our boots. They are typically made of twin-faced sheepskin with fleece on the inside, a tanned outer surface and a synthetic in accordance with the standard of the industry over an area of land prior for comfort, to cover up the seams and increase the lifespan of boots. It’s easy to bend and walk in without any issues.
