UGG shampoo never arrived with courier advising ''We have been unable to deliver your parcel. Your parcel has been disposed of as per our Conditions of Carriage.' Appears the item was not packed properly or already damaged when sent. Reached out three times for a resolution and the seller flat ignored me. Don’t Buy Bought a nice pair for around $100 in 2022. From the outlet store in Rydalmere. After 2 years the sole started falling off. I have had to re-glue the sole of one myself and the other is now falling off. They are certainly not what they used to be.. come on guys good quality glue is not that expensive. Show details

Terrible customer service. Don't stock many sizes. Sizes too big or too small. They took my original receipt so I couldn't return them. Avoid at all costs.

Cost so much delivery $ to return the boots – Be aware that if you want to return the online order. It will cost you over $22+ delivers fees (more items cost more) to send it back. Also if you change your mind after ordering it within 24 hours and email them to request to cancel it. Trust me that no one will reply to you till they send it out, then you will finally receive the email and asking you to send them back with extra costs. Not worth it at all. Show details

Avoid this store! Terrible customer experience and service! – Do not buy from this store!! My order was delivered to the wrong address by delivery organisation contracted by Ugg. Delivery store admitted to delivering to wrong address and are unable to retrieve the item. Ugg will not process a refund as are “investigating” the issue even though they have all the evidence it was delivered to the wrong address by their delivery contractor! One of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced!!

Don't trust their sizes. They provide small shoes but then expect you to pay freight for their mistake – The shoes that were delivered were undersized and did not match the fit measurements published on the site. boots were also faulty when arrived they had come apart. The stress to try and get a refund has been horrendous. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else that have good customer service and a phone number!!!

was able to track it through my Australia. Post app saw the UGGs were returned gave it a few days. No refund contacted them via email. Several days before any of my emails were answered. I was told I needed to prove delivery sent them screenshots from my Australia. Post app still wasn’t good enough. They wanted me to contact Australia Post for proof of delivery which I did provided them as well as a photo of delivery been over a month since delivery has been returned and no refund, at All telling me they can’t locate my return they are still asking l other forms of proof of delivery. Emails reply are at two 3 am in the morning going to assume it’s not an Australian company lodged a formal complaint with fair trading Australia. At time of this review still haven’t been refunded. that did not address my question. When I asked that I be refunded, and then followed up a day later, I received a shipping number but the order was not ready to be picked up. I believe they did this to stop me getting a refund. As the item was not picked up I told them I didnt believe they had the stock and if this wasnt fulfilled I would be taking it further... and then it got picked up. Happy to say the shoes arrived today as per my order.

In short, order from them if you arent in a rush and its a better deal than you can find elsewhere. Also, know your consumer rights when liaising with them.

Never buy from this store! – I purchased a pair of black what I thought to be Australian sheepskin wool UGGs and they are very far from it! Made in China and after re reading the description says they use fur!? Fur from where? Really upset! Christmas. Well they eventually arrived today, 17th January. They were apparently lost in the mountain of returns in the store over Christmas. And to top it all no apology but i was told to pay an extra $21 for the bogger size. Seriously worst customer service in my life! Very unhappy customer.

Don’t buy from this website – Purchased an item on the 23/11, received the confirmation order # and an email to say I would receive the item between 28/11 & 06/12. Just like in the store – I bought ugg boots for my husband from this website. It was $50 cheaper than it was in the store and this included the delivery. We went to the store to try them on and then made the purchase online. They are exactly like what he tried in the store. They were properly packaged like you would see in store. I raised both of these concerns with the support team who just kept copying and pasting their 30 day policy and advising they take customer satisfaction seriously.
