My family and I have been holidaying there for the last 3 years, so we enjoy the place and it’s location, it’s close to all the restaurants and the beach with a 15 minute walk over the bridge behind the convention centre.
We like the pool it accommodates all age groups and is clean and well maintained.
The only thing is the free internet is difficult to stay connected to as it constantly cuts you off and to fix that you need to pay for the internet.

The restaurant area is old and boring, very dirty. Lacking atmosphere.
We have chosen to stay a Surfer Paradise in the future its more vibrant and clean.

Good accommodation, comfortable rooms, reasonable facilities, secure car parking,staff are excellent.
Located well with walking access to local attractions and facilities. My favourite place to stay at Broadbeach but I would rather keep it a secret so that it does not become impossible to book into like Twin Waters.
The BIG turnoff is the aggressive salesmen trying to sell more timeshare.

When we are ready to take some time off and don't have a location in mind, then a review of Ultiqa resorts prompts us of an intersting location and we always enjoy our stay

Always a friendly welcome at reception, even though there are steps to manoeuvre to get there. Accommodation immediately available with the requested separate shower. Bedroom a bit tight for two. Great location right in the centre of town.

The reception staff are friendly and approachable. We will be back. Keep up with the good work. Happy new year.
