Please don't join up, this company claims they have luxury accommodation for a great price, but that just is not true. They are only interested in getting their hands on your money by lying to you. Also if you do purchase this terrible product, good luck actually trying to book any form of accommodation. Buyer BEWARE. I was lied to about their accommodation, and it cost me a lot of money. Friendly staff and within walking distance to everything in the CBD. Tram stop close by to get to other places.

The accommodation we good, clean and great location. I have stayed at the same place a few time. Some of my friends have gone back and stayed with there family.

This facility is located within walking distance from great restaurants, grocery shops and Pacific fair. It features great and clean facilities with friendly staff. Would recommend and definitely stay again

Located across from the beach, with the shopping centre just below, this was a perfect choice for us. Our room had a wonderful view of the beach, very clean & well maintained. Would highly recommend this resort.

The staff at Ultiqua are always very helpful with selecting a unit for us which has a wonderful view over Kings Beach. Most of the units do have water views, but some are more expansive than others. Ultiqua’s proximity to Kings Beach is why we keep returning to this resort. Some units are better maintained than others, but the beds are always comfortable. The only thing we don’t love about this resort is the shared air-conditioning units on the balconies. It can be very noisy if you want to sit outside and your neighbour is using the air-con.

Recently we stayed at the Ultiqa Freshwater Point Resort as our Daughter was participating in The CGM program.
Great room, position and amenities, we will definitely stay there again in the future.
My only complaint was the food availability closed very early at night but this is only a small issue as we were in close proximity to other restaurants.

Great to spend a couple of nights in a reminder of a more refined and relaxed time. Would definitely stay there again

Good value and number one place to stay when at Caloundra.

Great Location, right in front of beach and walking distance to shopping centre, restaurants and public transport. The only negative would be that some of the apartments are getting dated.

What a cute little place to stay. Great location and very affordable. Maybe a little dated but that would be my only negative comment. Receptionist was warm and very friendly on all interactions. Would definitely stay again when down that way

Ultiqa is a money grab! Everytime we ask for accommodation they never have anything available and go outside of Ultiqa, if they do, its not the dates you ask for... AMAZING! Its a money grab so be careful!!! Don't join!!!

Staff are always pleasent in a relaxing place and nothing seems to be too hard for the staff to do for you

Units always well equipped, clean well furnished and great views and well positioned. Good deals too.

The location was excellent close to eateries, shopping and especially the beach. The view from our apartment was excellent, especially watching the full moon coming up off the water and the whales frolicking not far off the beach.
