We have had the pleasure of staying here on a number of occasions and with its position is so close to great eateries the casino shopping as well as beautiful beaches. You can do as much as you choose or just kick back and relax.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Right at Kings Beach. Great restaurants. Staff are ever so friendly and helpful. Highlt recommend. Views to die for.

City central position was great and rooftop access and facilities a bonus. Room was good as was compimentary parking and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I decided to try Utiqa for our family holiday with our 3 sons, 2 of whom are adult age, the youngest 16. The facilities are very good, including access to the river and the in-resort cafe. Easy walking distance from the beach and broadbeach area for dinner etc.

Resort is beautiful. Good location away just a short space away from the main hub. Only thing I didn't like was having a shower in the bath. When you get a little older or had a bad back as I did, it makes getting in and out a problem. I would much rather a separate shower. The room was fantastic though.

Very much enjoyed our three bedroom apartment, loved the fact that we had three bathrooms also. As our apartment was on an upper floor we had wonderful views. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Our only negative was a nasty smell in the corridor outside which we told staff about as it was very off putting. Not much happened to remedy it though. Would recommend the apartments to others.

We had a lovely time at the resort, staff were friendly and helpful. Problem with the washing machine was fixed immediately. The resort was not to far from the beach and shops.

We stayed at the Ultiqa at Broadbeach earlier this year for a Blues festival.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel centrally located which made life very easy. Our room on the 16th floor had an excellent view down the coast which was pleasant to site and look at while having a coffee or something a little stronger.
Some parts of the apartment were a little dated but management said that they are going through the complex and updating these things so we would expect to see them changed if we visited again, which if we were to stay in...

Rooms were well appointed & washing machine & dryer always great to have when traveling.
Breakfasts at the Italian restaurant were good - coffee about the best i have had anywhere.

Our family of four spent ten days here on our first trip to the Gold Coast.The apartment was just as shown in the online photos. Facilities were great. Staff friendly and helpful. The location was amazing - cross the road to the beach and Kurrawa surf club, and down to the shopping centre.
But the best thing was the Air Conditioning throughout the whole apartment.Some other places advertise a/c but it might just be in the living areas or the unit is already preset to a certain temperature -which you can't change.This way we all slept well and were rearing to go again in the morning.Highly recommended for a couple or a family.

It is a great place to stay. Close to entertainment, shops,restaurants and the best of all the beach. it was clean and modern.
