Exceptional service from Melissa Cunningham and the team
I had a terrific experience getting a home loan with UniBank through their mobile banker, Melissa Cunningham.
Everyone at UniBank is always so polite and knowledgeable, and unlike most big banks, they treat their members with a great deal of respect and care. Not to mention they have very competitive rates as well as the fastest processing times I have ever seen.
I cannot recommend UniBank and Melissa enough. Absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Disappointed
I have multiple uni degrees but don't work in the university sector so initially thought I would be ineligible for a home loan for an investment property mortgage refinance from UniBank. However, they asked "Did you go to university?" and when I said yep, I got a green light to apply. The big disappointment from what otherwise seemed a decent mob to refinance with is that they only use a small percentage of your rental income to establish what your income from your salary combined with your rental income is which is very frustrating. Read moreially told that all was looking good to get the refinance only to be told several weeks later that they would only lend me 85% of what I was looking for. Their fixed interest rate also went up in the time it took them to respond to me.Questions & Answers
