Ordered online. Received the first half of my ordered a few days later.
I received the other half maybe 6 weeks later.
Now I am someone that likes to keep things in their original pack until I need to use them, so when I took out my brand new Fob watch and realised that it didn't actually work was really frustrating. I set the time, took the plastic thing out, pushed the pin in and nothing. Readjusted it. Nothing. Probably won't be ordering anything other than books from now on.
Customer service is slow
Tried to follow up an order for an 'in-stock" item that hadn't arrived almost 2 weeks after ordering. Web form didn't get a response, tried phoning but got a message about a 'technical error', emailed the recommended email address - still no response. Tried facebook message and comments - still no response. Tried the phone again, finally got through after being on hold for just short of an hour. I explained that after spending 3 days trying to get a response, my studies now start the next day (Friday), no offer of express shipping or anything t...o try and resolve the issue, book will hopefully arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Last time I order from Co-op. ***Update: Support contacted me to advise they had arranged express shipping, they were apologetic and overall it's ended up an okay experience. Still too slow to respond but the end result is not as bad as it was originally looking.
Once you get through to customer service they sort out the problems, but it takes an hour on hold to get there. Should have more staff on at peak periods. Make sure you order at least a week before you want them.

Waiting too long for my order to come through
I'm not quite sure what is going with this order, but I have waited at least 6 days ( still waiting) for my order to be shipped to me. It is still apparently being processed. As Uni starts next week for me, I am starting to get a little worried about this order. However, you did get back to me on facebook and are checking it out for me. But really....6 days and still waiting? I haven't had to experience any issues like this with the co op bookshop before, so this is a new bad experience for me.
I'm so trendy and part of the club
My narcissistic personality enjoys pretentious notions of exclusivity and turning a blind eye to the over priced goods; even with the club discount. I love spending huge amount of money on my textbooks every year even though I can search every library in Australia to borrow a copy to read through. My narcissism loves the feelings of being important whilst being in their store whilst ignoring the fact that the joke is on me....
Usually has some trendy youth music on for those aspiring teenage girls and eye candy to match their fashion accessories...
Pretentious.... they should just hire books out for a semester....
