Terrible, terrible and terrible
I wish I could have seen this page before, unprofessional, rude, never reply back to your email, never give you a follow up call. I seriously dont know how the hell he is in the business. My advise to anyone who is looking for a conveyancor please please do not hire [name removed] services(Urban Edge, MM and Budget Conveyancing). He is just a headache. I have never dealt with any person who is that rude. Stay away for [name removed]
Worst conveyancer ever met!
Can't believe he is in business! Left tons of voicemail and emails to him which apparently he [name removed] never got them and no following up ever. I have to constantly follow him up on all my questions. Got figures wrong after so many times of amendments. Unprofessional! I don't know how he got his licence !

Unprofessional. I submitted contract 1 year in advance to land being titled. 11 months later, I contacted them ([Name removed]) and he had no idea ehat I was talkig about. Later found out he never looked at my contract. With a couple of weeks to go now, [Name removed] sent me incorrect paperwork with incorrect details on it. Tried to make correspondence via email and never receive a reply. Got rid of them before it's too late to go with a bigger convayncing company.
Using this = committing financial suicide
There are a whole lot of "Testimonials" on the "Urban Edge Conveyancing" website that are all fictional. Don't believe that so many people, on a supposedly regular basis would write all of that, without anything negative to say. Just read the other posts here - It's ALL negative!
The person rarely answer his phone at all. On the rare instances that he did, he didn't even answer the phone as "Urban Edge Conveyancing". Who even know if it's a legitimate business or a criminal scam.
He didn't reply to emails regarding my concerns.
Horrible and unhelpful, soooo much stress
I regretted for choosing this conveyancer, known as budget conveyancing, MM conveyancing and urban edge conveyancing. No response to email for months, no information on the progress for your file, rude man just keep doing the stuff and stats that he has sooooo much work to do. Very unprofessional service! Sooo much stress about all the things. You end up doing approximately everything by yourself. I faced legal problems because of his mistakes. He charged me nearly 3 times more than he showed the rate in the beginning. Horrible, he gulped my money!
Bad service unprofessional rude staff
Still after breakdown of settlement monies and receipt for their services since June 2014 after so many requests with no reply from them.They settled without paying vendors water usage etc etc etc everything they did they got wrong had to finish registering title and land tax myself.If you value your mental health do not go near these people

I hired them for conveyancing and initially they were very slow to respond to emails or not at all.
I had to correct several errors in their calculations for settlement, but settlement went through. But then 6 weeks later I found they had not passed on to the owners corp the money taken out at settlement for past owners corp fees despite repeated requests from the owners corp.
When I asked them to action this they said they were very busy but would try to get to it. This is still ongoing and I am hopeful that they will pay but otherwise I ...

Has anyone had dealings with this person from the other side (as in the person buying from someone using this company)? It is just as big a nightmare from that side as well.
My conveyancing company has been on the other side a couple of times and it's been a nightmare! So many things done wrong, NO attention to detail whatsoever. Must be costing his clients so much money in penalty costs...can't understand why people still insist on using this idiot! Cheap for a reason! He must be shut down and banned ASAP!
Finally got through the maze of incompetence and settled 5 days late. I just can't imagine what the vendor went through. Impossible to deal with on any level.
