Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I booked a $120 small breed groom and somehow walked out paying $177, with extra charges added that were never clearly disclosed or approved. A $20 Saturday surcharge and a $37 additional fee were applied without proper communication, and I was not given the opportunity to consent to any of it.

The groom itself was terrible. My dog was shaved down extremely short, including her ears being cut back far too much, which is not what I booked or expected. The cut is uneven, rushed, and looks like no real care or attention was taken.

For $177, her nails weren’t even clipped, which is a basic part of a grooming service. She was also returned with visible irritation and sores above her eyebrows, which is very concerning.

To make matters worse, when I raised these issues, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was no accountability at all. The way it was handled came across as defensive and intimidating when I said I would be sharing my experience publicly.

At no point did I feel listened to or respected as a customer. Instead of resolving the issue, I was met with pushback and justification.

Between the lack of transparency, poor quality work, and the way concerns are handled, I would strongly recommend others think twice before bringing their pets here.

Hello vanity Fur salon as we are from, Sydney moved to Sunshine Coast year ago i found you on goggle website as I didn't know any dog salon in QLD Since then we have been using you people. As we enter the salon we get greeted by the Staffs with Friendly Smile on they face and welcoming us and my two puppies ❤️ and our puppies know them very well we highly recommend this dog grooming place to everyone in QLD, So thank you very much for your wonderful service you Staffs providing to us and looking after our two puppies while they are with you guys .
