Haven’t received goods which are paid in full and delivery constantly being pushed back.
Terrible customer service We ordered roof racks over two weeks ago and we’re told prior to order that it was a 3 business day turnaround. We have just received an email to say it won’t be delivered until the 27th of July! This would be 5-6 weeks since we paid in full. We have now requested a refund and it’s being reviewed which is also an unprofessional process as the customer service representative couldn’t confirm this over the phone.
I had an awful experience, having placed an order for some roof rack accessories. Following order placement, I found it almost impossible to get a delivery date out of the organisation. Then I kept getting broken promises, and eventually it transpired that they could not find the item in their warehouse or logistics system. I did eventually get a refund, but not until after getting the runaround. I would feel far better if they had simply been honest with me at the outset.
Great After Sales Service
I had problems with the Yakiba Bike Rack and Vehicles Accessories were absolutely fabulous in foillowing up and ensuring I got a replacement Rack under warranty. My thanks to Tony from Vehicle Accessories who followed this through for me over several months.
Roof racks. Bad company.
Don't do it. Boxed like crap. 4 months late and only one roof rack in box.. looks like 5 yr old damn stock. Going through refund ATM.. will re review if refund is a complete hassle.. Surfer guy for south east QLD

Avoid at all costs
I ordered Rhino Roof Racks through this mob and explicitly stated in my order that I needed the parts for a trip in a weeks' time, and to contact me if they could not complete the order and deliver by then. It was a short turn around and I understood that, so was happy to cancel and go elsewhere and give up the great price that they offered. I was contacted and told that I would have my order by the dates that I requested, however one part was coming directly from Rhino Rack - but I was assured that it should arrive within my time frame. To cut...a long story short, it turned out that all of the parts were coming from Rhino Rack and the part originally questioned was on back order and wasn’t available. I was also then told that parts are shipped out 1-10 business days from purchase and they then couldn’t do anything about it. After countless hours on the phone to them, and rhino rack, several blatant lies and misleading justifications later, I had to purchase the missing part from elsewhere and the parts from Vehicle-accessories arrived the night before my trip - only because I was relentless with my follow up. Please read the other comments regarding Vehicle-accessories and Rhino Rack - it’s a common theme. Do yourselves a favour and buy elsewhere, I ended up going to a local shop, Roof Racks Galore, and they were fantastic. Don’t be fooled by the low prices - its not worth it. Avoid at all costs.
Avoid these people!
Purchased some Rhino racks at the start of January and told them I need them by 3.5 weeks for a camping trip at which they said that will be no problem (I live in Brisbane, the warehouse is in NSW).
1 week later still no tracking information sent. So I called them and they said that the racks I ordered were now a cancelled line. I asked why didn't they contact me sooner and they had no answer. So I arranged to get the update model which was $12 more expensive. Call center operator said she had to get her manager to approve waiving the $12 to h...onor the original sale. 1 week later they let me know that this was approved and that the racks would be shipped soon. Week 3: order still had been sent. I was ringning them daily to check status as time was running out. They promised to call. Me back 5 times and never once did during this time. On the last Friday I got an email saying that the order would be sent that day. But later that day I got another email saying that all the parts of the order were not in the warehouse and that I was entitled to a refund. By now I was furious and at th broken promises and havING to chase them up. So I made it clear to cancel the order, at which point I received a confirmation email stating thay the request had been sent to their accounts department, and then I went to Autobarn and bought a set of roof racks so that my family could go camping. 2 weeks later and still not refund and then the original order arrived at our house!!! So I again contacted them and they said sorry and that the order cancellation request never was sent and that if I want a refund that I would have to print out the consignment documentation and wait for a courier to pick it up. Few days after they said courier was coming (made me rush around while I was overseas to arrange pickup btw) they came and took the parcel. A week later still not refund and after again contacting them, I get a short email saying to open an eBay case (I bought from there website, not ebay). I am still chasing them for my refund.
