I was drawn to the site by the well priced shoes and size I was after. Order placed, but then saw the negative reviews for this company. Why oh Why did I spend my money here, this is going to be a nightmare. WRONG! Afternoon of second business day message received from AustPost and then daily updates from Aust Post until shoes delivered today Saturday. Order placed late Friday night the week before. Shoes are correct size and model, very happy with the price. Mild panic for nothing. The only suggestion I would offer to the company is p...erhaps another layer of communication whereby the company update the order details with 'picked' or 'packed' awaiting courier, just to let worry warts like myself understand that there is activity around the order, and not relying on AustPost to do all the communicating. I get it that there are costs involved in that system but it certainly gives purchasers confidence to come back again and again. Delivery not bad considering Melbourne to Sydney, COVID and Christmas. My experience has been good.

A tip for customers and a tip for velogear! A legit biz - I was worried but they came through! I ordered before seeing the reviews so was worried. But they sent the right item and it took a total of 10 days, not bad considering the c19 shortages. They also answered every (worried) email within 24 hours.
Tip for customers: get on the mailing list so you get a 10 dollar discount.

Great backpack, terrible customer service, poor turnaround
I ordered a backpack on 06/08/19 at 12pm, received an updated email at 4.35pm stating that "We are in the process of preparing your order. We expect to ship it within the next 1 to 3 working days".......a week later and I had not been updated in regards to my order.
I then emailed customer service (12/08/19 12pm), called their office and left a voice mail on 12/08 and 13/08. I then resorted to facebook messenger where I finally elicited a response.

Not bad products and good customer service
I have ordered a few items and have not had any issues. Only issue experienced is with the delivery company who in general are not good to deal with. Products I have ordered have performed nicely and are at a reasonable price.

I placed an order No 400060028 Yesterday(12/07/20)...I gave numerous calls to ask them to keep the item so that I could come and pick it.No one answered and no return call. Since my mechanic is putting pressure on me to complete the bicycle ,today all the way from Cranbourne, I travelled to the store , see whether the item is there so that I could pick it.The sales person was so rude on me and almost chased me away and said since no delivery date is mentioned on the order , I have to wait until I get it and didn't want to indicate any time frame for receiving. Then another lady got involved and said , if the item gets delayed it is the fault of Australian post but not with-them. I again polity said , no fuzz , if you have the item , I could take it away.Rejected , refused and chased me away....
