Versace Barocco Travel Mug

The cup arrived in a beautiful package. Once i opened it? What an utter disappointment!! Sooo dirty, absolutely covered in dust, ( I had to immediately wash it as it was that bed, i refused to keep dealing with it in that condition, so I washed the lid only as thats what was the absolute worst, looked like it had been on display for a very long time), the cup had 2 very visible chipps, simply not an item up to standard to be sent out to any customer if you are in a good business. However, I continue to find often in Australia, when I purchase items under my foreign name, I continue to receive the worst products ever. Almost as if because im a foreigner, I deserve to get the broken or not so good and unwanted items.. The minute I purchase anything under one of my family English names? Items turn up in perfect condition!!! Its a 9 out 10 situation constantly!! Says a lot... Unless I buy in person and pick things myself it is starting to become frustrating.. With severe heart failure is not always easy to go out shopping around.. so, sadly, reviews will simply have to remain honest. Send a great product get an awesome review!
