device has been AMAZING!!! It restored the flexibility of my tendons, and I am pain-free in my knees. I also use it for chronic foot issues and on my shoulders. Customer service was excellent. You have nothing to lose but pain!!!!

Initially support was great, then they stopped responding once I said I’d lost the tracking receipt, despite being able to show I shipped it that morning. (I got home and had lost the receipt, which I promptly informed you of). Extremely disappointed.

I wouldn’t recommend the unit itself either because the pads do fall off - mine is only lightly used. The traditional units definitely work better and are available for much cheaper.

The ideal customer experience – I purchased their wireless TENS unit and I am in love with it. The unit arrived in the expected time frame, in perfect condition. It works great. I sent customer service a follow up email (regarding my desire to by several more units for holiday gifts) and heard back in about 36 hours. They were pleasant to deal with. Poor Quality – Product was as described, but only lasted for a week. The vibration was very strong, only used it on level 1, had to really step on it to keep it under my foot. They have refunded it, less the express shipping (that was late). Sent a email with regards to the shipping, never heard from them. After charging the second time, it lasted 20mins. Won’t charge at all now. Disappointing.
