Helped us heaps! Highly Recommended
Just purchased a new house. Dealing with our sales rep Adrian was fantastic. Blown away by his customer service. Installation was done by Daniel who was very professional and gave helpful hints on how to better care for our blinds. Our house finally feels like home.
Had roller blinds put in house and Service from Sales Representative and Fitter can't be faulted. Manufacture of product disappointing (3 blinds returned as there were flaws in fabric) this was pointed out was advised I used a budget fabric. This should still be of a certain quality and sit correctly on window and I did not know it was a budget fabric as it was being used in discount promotion. Seems every excuse is the windows are not square and this is the common response. 4 windows fine 2 windows not.
Poor communication & delays but shutters ok
Used Victory for plantation shutters twice. 1st time ok but 2nd time was quite frustrating, very poor communication & delays. They said it would take 4-6 weeks but took 15 weeks to manufacture & installation was repeatedly delayed due to installers not turning up when they were booked.
Overall satisfactory with shutters but disappointing customer service & communication.
We had our outdoor ziptrak blinds installed 4 years ago and we had a problem with the largest blind. Victory came and assessed the blind and replaced the bottom rail within a couple of weeks. These blinds have a 5 year warranty and the service guys were great. Thanks Victory!!
A pleasure to deal with
I am pleased with my experience in dealing with Victory Blinds. My sales consultant, Jodie, was great. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and stayed in touch throughout the ordering and pre and post installation phases. I was kept informed along the way and staff arrived when they said they would. Jodie was quick to follow-up my concerns about the height of the blind and quickly arranged for Mick and Dave to come and raise the blind. Mick and Dave were very helpful, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I am a very satisfied customer.

victory blinds when there is an issue
I have recently used Victory Blinds. Edwina was the sales rep who knew the products exceptionally well and gave me very sound advice. I have a building background so did appreciate her level of knowledge.
I did have issues with the first installation. However Victory Blinds was committed to rectify the issue. If you understand building then you will realise everything is not perfect, but it is how a business chooses to deal with the issue. My final result was great. Even though the first installation had issues, they were resolved professionally. As a result, with confidence, I then engaged them to install external blinds.
The quality of the product is great and at a very competitive price.
A true Professional and great value to my clients
As a real estate agent , I refer many suppliers & trades people, to my clients. Jodie Hickey at Victory has always delivered excellent service and in a prompt, professional way and has never let me down. Outstanding service. Thanks Jodie
We’ve had Jodie service 3 jobs over 3 years at our house. We’ve installed Plantation Shutters, Blinds and Drapes over that time. Jodie is a true professional as well as being a delightful person. Equally the business is thorough in its attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending both Jodie and Victory - it made the job very easy.
My home looks amazing
I have had plantation shutters installed from Victory Blinds and the installer, Steve did an amazing job then. That was nearly six years ago. To my surprise, he was still working for Victory Blinds and he did an excellent job. John assisted him and they worked like little troopers all day to get the job complete. The shutters look stunning!!!! Nothing was a problem for them as they had to readjust one shutter because of changes to the window during the build. No stress!!!!
I would also like to acknowledge administration staff who were of great...assistance as I had to put off the job several times while waiting for the builder to complete my home. I would not go anywhere else and I would highly recommended Victory Blinds for their professionalism, care and expertise. This business gets 10 stars from me. Thank you. Well done everyone.
Sadly never again
Overall a very poor experience with multiple failures from delivery timelines, poor communication and poor installation. The end product was OK but it shouldn't have been as hard as it was to get blinds installed.
The blinds were not installed within the timelines I was promised and I was left to do the following up multiple times with no return calls or emails. When the installation was finally booked in, the technician arrived and after 15 minutes advised he was unable to complete the job as the order hadn't been manufactured correctly (so ...wasted a day hanging around for that). The customer service really needs a lot of improvement but a special shout out to Trent who did a good job. Tony (who was my second installer) also deserves a shout out - nice guy and did a good job. The invoicing system is also a mess - they couldn't add their advertised discounts correctly so had to create two separate invoices (which ultimately appeared to be the root cause of the issue). As for the end product, the consultant (Larissa) did help me with the selection and I was happy with the final result in that it matched my house well and looks good. However... I wanted some block out blinds (for a bedroom) so I was a bit suprised at the amount of light leakage at the sides. I was advised you just need to play around with the folds to get it to sit right and to be fair, after a bit of stuffing around you can eliminate most of the light. Problem is, at night when you close your blinds you can't notice if you have any gaps until the morning when the sun comes up... I was able to resolve it with some velcro strips which cost all of $10, but again, it's those little things that when you invest a fair bit of money you'd just expect it to be built in/included. To anyone else considering block-outs, there was also a bit of light leakage at the top which I was advised from the beginning may occur. So if you really do want to achieve total darkness you'll need to invest in a pelmet as well or head down to Spotlight and you can get some fabric that can also do the job. So overall as I mentioned, a disappointing experience and in such a competitive market - I would be hard-pressed to recommend them to anyone based on my specific experience.

Value for money but not without issues
My wife chose to replace the 15yo drapes with roller blinds, to change the look of the family / living room.
After multiple quotes, she decided on Victory blinds.
Price seemed most competitive for long manufacturers warranty.
Consultant was helpful.
Product seems OK but we don't have anything to compare against.
Installer was polite and did job efficiently.
The end look was to my wife's expectations.
Poor communications and planning.......
Love working with Jodie Hickey to perfect the right blinds for our space
Jodie helped us choose the colour, type of blind and where to fit them. A wealth of knowledge and advice I would recommend her for all your blind needs. Great afternoon spent talking blinds and choosing the correct blinds to suit our space
Jodie Hickey - easy 'can do' attitude
Thank you - our fabulous Community House is looking very sleek with our bright blue blinds. Great marketing took for passer by! We had a few issues with modern blinds fitting very old windows - but the service and advice and alternative blind replacements were installed without a hassle or complaint!

What is the difference between Woodlore and Normandy shutters??
Victory B.Victory Blinds
Normandy Shutters are made from Phoenixwood (Firmiana Simplex). The timber is classed as a hardwood and comes from the Sterculiaceae (Cacao) family of trees.
Woodlore Shutters are manufactured from Customcraft – a man-made product that is a combination of timber fibre and glue. It is very stable and does not warp when used in low-moisture conditions.
