I would never use Video Pro again
Woman called [name removed] processed my case.
1. Faulty product came in.
2. Called [name removed], they told me to call Videopro
3. [name removed] said because they do not have stock, it will take few weeks.
4. Fixed through, [name removed] (paid 8.5 dollars-not even my fault) after about 3weeks of important shooting schedule.
5. Rude service, decided to refund.
6. They are going to charge me 20% because I just got new one replaced. ...
VideoPro - on time delivery
Recently I ordered Sony FHD Bravia TV via online. They have delivered as per schedule with excellent follow-up as required. Their customer service is excellent. Seems they are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. As a first time customer to VideoPro I will be returning again. Well done!

Becareful of this online supplier - they are lairs. Not in stock when they said it was.
I purchase the LG 75" tv from them at an agreed price. After I sent the money to them, they decided not to supply me the tv and will refund my money. I still haven't received my money back. They stated that they "were out of stock" but their website clearly stated they had stock. They are not following Australian law!
So now i am out of heaps of money and no TV. I can not afford another tv as they have my money.

I rarely write a review but this is deserved. I bought a new Sony TV and a Denon AV Receiver (within a few days of eachother) and was met with the same great service both times. Narvin is a standout, very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. As a first time customer to Videopro I will be returning again. Keep up the great work guys.

Few hiccups with the delivery and all to start with but web admin did a good job to speed up the process an all.
February 6th 2018 Update: Totally terrible service Could not have TV delivered in more than 50 days.
Placed an order, order came after 20 days TV arrived broken. So the story starts after that I was promised by the seller that the new replacement is on way waited for the replacement for a week only to find out TV is damaged again. Really bad experience chasing up courier company TNT and Video pro. The I was told that the third...replacement is on way by Air Freight only to find out that it arrived broken again. Then name removed] from Videopro forced me to have my money refunded 50 days from purchase. Videopro and TNT is not a good match, please don't get trapped.
Help! and it arrived
Ordered a Samsung and it arrived damaged. Tried to ring Samsung and got the most ridiculous runaround you ever saw. Rang Ben at Videopro DFO in Brisbane and he had it sorted in 5 minutes flat! Great service and would recommend to anyone. As for Samsung ..... never buy one of their products again!

Not in stock, long delay
I ordered a sony blu tooth audio for my wife on 3/Dec/17 as a xmas present. Paid extra for priority ordering. Guess what, not in stock. Was told that the good would be in warehouse in two weeks. Contacted them after two weeks, was told that there is delay, at least Jan 2018. I then asked for cancellation of order, they agreed but nothing happened. Still trying to get my money back through paypal. So far they are not responding to any email sending to them via paypal. Not an online company to be trusted. Firstly, if good is not in stock please don't take order and take money. Secondly, should response to customers to resolve issue.
Oh, the spam!
Here's what I wrote to VideoPro at the time...

I am writing to you to tell you that within 48 hours of your advice of dispatch I started getting emails from “Australia Post” claiming that I had a parcel waiting for pickup and telling me to press a large button in the email labelled "Download and print your shipping label for tracking”. The quoted tracking number was not your tracking number. This email keeps arriving every day, sometimes three times a day. I think it’s a malware or ransomware scam and of course I’ve deleted it every time.... Why am I telling you? Because it started after your postal dispatch of my purchase, so I am guessing that somehow the scammer is finding out who you are sending stuff to. It might be interesting to discover if this is happening to any of your other customers. << ...They never replied to this letter, and the malware and spam hasn't stopped since then. Now I get up to 10 junk emails a day. It never happened like this before I dealt with VideoPro. Can I prove it was because of them? No. I can't. But I wasn't dealing with anyone else at the time.
A trouble-free purchase, except for follow-up spam
My order was dispatched on the day after the Sunday evening when I placed it, and it arrived in mint condition and within the expected timeframe for the delivery option that I had selected. All good in that respect.
However, you will then receive a spam email, soliciting a review, from Feefo, a British outfit that had nothing to do with your purchase, to whom your email address was nevertheless provided. They do offer an option in their email to "unsubscribe", because the onus is in their view on the spammee to opt OUT of something that th...ey didn't opt IN for in the first place, rather than the other way round. I've knocked two stars off my rating for that. Admittedly, I do have a thing about spam, but one might ask why I penalise Videopro when the first paragraph of my review suggests that better is deserved. It's because the disclosure of my email address to a third party irrelevant to the purchasing process, and the resulting spam email, were a part of the purchasing experience, and it was a part of the purchasing experience because Videopro have chosen to make it so.

Avoid like cancer
They refuse to exchange faulty goods if you are unlucky enough to still receive faulty goods after multiple exchanges, even if you can very clearly prove it, and are very dishonest. They advertise most of their products as 'in stock' despite having no stock in an attempt to suck customers in, then their excuses given for delayed shipping times on orders as well as exchanges (which inexplicably take significantly longer) are completely nonsensical. Their exchange process is also terrible at best. The warranty information displayed on their websi...te and eBay listings are highly deceptive in an attempt to confuse customers into spending anywhere from a few hundred dollars to over $1100 on an extended warranty which for the most part customers are already entitled to under Australian consumer laws. Highly illegal and terrible attitude towards returns and basic consumer rights. Would rate 0/5 if it were possible.
Great Advice and Support
I bought a well spec'd Sony 55" TV from Videopro four years ago and the screen started to bleed color recently. I had an extended warranty which I know some say not to bother with, but it gave me piece of mind. I contacted Videopro and after a short discussion on the process necessary, I sent through about a dozen photos for their Qld based service area to review (I'm in Sydney). They undertook their diagnostics in a few days and I soon received a phone call from Phil who offered a direct replacement for a current model or my original purchas...e price as a store credit. I resolved on taking an upgrade with some extra dollars, to a 65" 4K UHD and it was delivered without fuss. Being a warranty issue, I was expecting the worst, but actually got the best result I could hope for. Thank you Phil and Team at Videopro...I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Regards, Ross
I bought a TCL 50 inch Tv last week got it home the picture was very dark done a service test on it what TCL told me to do. Videopro told me on the phone today that to get it fixed was to take photos of it email them and to repair it I had to pay for the repairs. This is outrageous because it was brand new and had 3yrs warranty on it . We also had to pay for the courier to come and pick it up which we had to pay for aswell. Its a rip off we were first told not to pay but when we were on the phone he said we had to pay if it was not there in 14 days. It would take more than 14 days to get there anyway. Please stay away from them they are trouble!!
Don't bother extending your Warranty
We purchased a Sony TV with an extended, 5 year Videopro warranty.
In the last 12 months we have been experiencing problems with our TV and applications that run via the television such as Netflix. When you are in the process of watching Netflix, the TV will malfunction and error kicking us out of what we are watching. Repetitively
We contacted Videopro with regards to repairs and they were quite helpful and organized to get somebody out. Organizing a time was difficult as there is only 1 person from the Sunshine Cost - Gold Coast who p...rovides this service, and available one day of the week. On the first visit he replaced a portion of the TV. This did not resolve the issue. Upon his second visit he took the TV away and returned it to us with a 'Workaround' on how we can get around the problem as opposed to fixing it the conclusion was that the problem is the Sony Software not the TV.... Although the software is in the TV?.... The Workaround did not work and we are stuck with an unreliable inconsistent TV. We have since noticed a very minor pixel damage (but pixel damage none the less) which we can only put down to the handling of the TV as it was not there prior. In future, we will not be purchasing a Sony television due to our experience with the Software being unreliable and the issue was not resolved through the warranty system.
I bought a new Panasonic TV recently from this internet outlet, after checking the prices on the internet. This place had the best price that I could find and included free delivery with a tracking number. I paid online by credit card and received the new TV a few days later. Would have no hesitation to buy more products from this outlet, if the price is right.
Delivery system poor
Item not in stock, 65 " tv. Advised I would be advised when it comes into stock so we could select when to send/arrange delivey. No warning, Suddenly its in stock (at 10 days) and already sent with out being contacted!
Web States 2-4 days Melb metro delivery however TNT Tracking day 1, 2, 3 4 5 (Sun) still remains depo Sydney (no movement)
Suddenly phone call... 1:00 pm day day 6 and the driver is at the premises. The premises is a CBD appt.... 15 kn from my work. I had remained at apartment all of day 3 expecting probable delivery on tha...t day, but no turned up day 6! Hopeless delivery system, especially for large items. My tradesman were present at apartment at that delivery time , couldnt accept as they didnt have ID at that address. I advise not to buy heavy or large electric until they approve delivery system to a nominated am or pm option for a specific day
