Good wine, adequate postage

Was a bit wary after reading some of the reviews here about slow postage. Wine was good - bought a mystery mixed dozen and pleasantly surprised about the quality of wine that was in it. The postage wasn't lightning fast to regional NSW, but then again, nothing is. Took about a week and a half to arrive, which is fine.

Happy with the quality of the wine, as I mentioned. Was a good mix of regions and varieties, and exactly what I was after. Will use them again.

Worst first experience.

I ordered thePavarotti box on the 21st of July and I was really looking forward to it but by the 8th August I hadn't received it so I decided to give you guys a call and spoke to Tim and told me that the package was damaged on the way and that I wouldn't get my wine and even if I wanted to you had ran out of Pavarotti. You kept me waiting for the wine for two weeks and no one in your team informed me of what was happening and that I wouldn't get the wine until I called YOU. Very quick you guys to take my money but very unreliable in delivering your promise. Very very disappointing

Wine ok but courier service terrible

I don't have any complains on the wines, I have been purchasing from them over the last 3 years. A couple of times I wasn't happy with my selection and they collected and gave my money back, which was good. The problem is the courier service that can't get it right. A number of times they left a card without even trying to ring the bell. Also way too slow (as others have commented). Not sure if I will order again unless they do something on their courier services. I don't mind paying more but receive an efficient and professional service.

I love everything about Vinomofo, from their website to the language used and especially the wines and the prices. Super quick delivery, amazing deals at all times and no nonsense.

Saw the bad reviews on here and thought it was my duty to right the ledger! Try and you will not regret.

I haven't had a bad wine from the fos. And contrary to others on here, I have not had any problems with the delivery service either. I am actually considering buying shares, I like it so much. My only problem is: I spend all of my disposable income on wine...

Probably the worst delivery service possible

I ordered 9 cases of wine one month ago and have received none of the 3 shipments. The tracking system is non existent even though they make out they know where your wine is. I now am communicating with them daily and the story is always the same. It is a real shame as the business has lots to offer but logistics is letting them down. Don't use them unless you are prepared to waste time following up your purchases. They have given me a $25 credit and refunded one of the dozen bottles but I still dont know if they will arrive or not.

HI Nicole thanks for your response. You seem to have resolved the issues based on a couple of my recent orders. It was very frustrating when we had no idea where order were. Tim did his best in difficult circumstances.

Appalling delivery service

Ordered two weeks ago and still waiting for delivery. Only has to come from Melbourne to Canberra! Told due to difficulties in warehouse and only having the one warehouse. Got an email a week after ordering with shipment tracking info showing wine was in transit about 15km away. When I asked why it would still take best part of another week to arrive (as per their email), I was told the shipping tracker system is unreliable and wine had still not left Melbourne warehouse! Apologetic but nothing can apparently be done to expedite delivery. Still advertising fast delivery though I note!!!!

Thanks Nicole - the shipping is a million times better now you’ve switched to auspost - my wine arrives in 3 days usually - so I’m back with you. As I said originally - the wine is great so now the shippings fixed - vinomofo is great!

Poor service & poor planning

I tried to order 5 bottles of Ca’ Furlan ‘Cuvée Beatrice’ Prosecco. My first order went through ok but about 30 minutes later my order was cancelled. I ordered a 2nd time & yet again it was cancelled 5 minutes from delivery. If they can't deliver on an order of 5 bottles how can they handle high number orders.

Appalling service...wine never arrived!

After waiting three weeks and contacting Vinomofo three times they admitted they had no idea as to the whereabouts of my order. The tracking link suggested for 11 days that it would arrive "today". It never did. Their service staff are pleasant to deal with and I have been given a refund but it was seriously inconvenient. As to the quality of their wine....I have no idea!

Needs to sort out delivery - wine left in hot sun to ruin

Our family has been using Vinomofo for 2 years now and have become increasingly disappointed with their delivery service. Today, after arranging to be home all day to take delivery of our mixed case of wine, I stepped out the front door to find the Vinomofo box sitting on the front porch, heating up in 30 degree temperatures. Noone bothered to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. I have just unloaded 12 hot bottles of red, white and sparkling wine. Great way to ruin the product and lose customers.

Bad Taste

After reading the wine review I thought I was in for a real treat but after waiting a week for my Shiraz I was totally disappointed.
The wine tasted nothing like the rating provided by Vinomofo! Sure, it may not be the wine as I have enjoyed many bottles of Taylors from other providers but not this time!
Combine that with slow delivery and your left with a very bad taste in your mouth!

Thanks for getting in touch and we do, however only certain wines. When you have a look at a product just under the price on the right hand side will be the case size.
