Probably the worst delivery service possible
I ordered 9 cases of wine one month ago and have received none of the 3 shipments. The tracking system is non existent even though they make out they know where your wine is. I now am communicating with them daily and the story is always the same. It is a real shame as the business has lots to offer but logistics is letting them down. Don't use them unless you are prepared to waste time following up your purchases. They have given me a $25 credit and refunded one of the dozen bottles but I still dont know if they will arrive or not.
Appalling delivery service
Ordered two weeks ago and still waiting for delivery. Only has to come from Melbourne to Canberra! Told due to difficulties in warehouse and only having the one warehouse. Got an email a week after ordering with shipment tracking info showing wine was in transit about 15km away. When I asked why it would still take best part of another week to arrive (as per their email), I was told the shipping tracker system is unreliable and wine had still not left Melbourne warehouse! Apologetic but nothing can apparently be done to expedite delivery. Still advertising fast delivery though I note!!!!
shipping service appalling
I have ordered twice from these guys - and twice the shipping has been appalling. The first time the order keep revising the date it would arrive to be later and later - after lots of emails complaining - it finally arrived over 2 weeks later - well after the time they said it would. They refunded the shipping but I was very hesitate to order again - but have because the wine was good. Now I am waiting again for my order - it has been sitting in a warehouse outside my town for a week going nowhere - with the tracker saying it will 'arrive to...day' for 2 days now - when I asked what was happening - I was fobbed off saying the order is 'on track'. Such bad service and so disappointing when the wines good and it shouldn't be so hard to get shipping right.
Poor service & poor planning
I tried to order 5 bottles of Ca’ Furlan ‘Cuvée Beatrice’ Prosecco. My first order went through ok but about 30 minutes later my order was cancelled. I ordered a 2nd time & yet again it was cancelled 5 minutes from delivery. If they can't deliver on an order of 5 bottles how can they handle high number orders.
Appalling service...wine never arrived!
After waiting three weeks and contacting Vinomofo three times they admitted they had no idea as to the whereabouts of my order. The tracking link suggested for 11 days that it would arrive "today". It never did. Their service staff are pleasant to deal with and I have been given a refund but it was seriously inconvenient. As to the quality of their wine....I have no idea!

Our family has been using Vinomofo for 2 years now and have become increasingly disappointed with their delivery service. Today, after arranging to be home all day to take delivery of our mixed case of wine, I stepped out the front door to find the Vinomofo box sitting on the front porch, heating up in 30 degree temperatures. Noone bothered to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. I have just unloaded 12 hot bottles of red, white and sparkling wine. Great way to ruin the product and lose customers.
Not as good as it Seems
I have been buying wine from Vinomofo now for about 4 months and shockingly i have purchased 10 boxes .
The thing is even though they show discounted prices its best to do a web search on the item.
You will find that the prices quoted are usually cellar door which as many wine buffs know is expensive.
By the time it trickles down to a retailer the price is discounted and if you search you will find most retailers online have very similar pricing,so what sounds like a good deal is actually what every one pays retail.

After reading the wine review I thought I was in for a real treat but after waiting a week for my Shiraz I was totally disappointed.
The wine tasted nothing like the rating provided by Vinomofo! Sure, it may not be the wine as I have enjoyed many bottles of Taylors from other providers but not this time!
Combine that with slow delivery and your left with a very bad taste in your mouth!

There are online stores that only get bigger and better in range, but then start to falter in service and lose connection with their realtime customers. There are alot out there who push wine packages to make them seem a deal too.

Yes, so the name is a little peculiar. It hits out to the younger generation which is quite ironic but all the same, it delivers!! I have been buying wines of all calibre and make from these crazy folks for a long time now. There was a time even when they were a part of another bigger mob (...CatchOfTheDay) and today, they have become a synonymous name in wine for me that I simply cannot fault in any of the following: Price, range, and most importantly: customer service!! Its not a surprise that they're market leaders now although fairly surprising that they haven't been reviewed in here. Anytime I want to buy wine, good wine, no, excellent wine, with an ironclad warranty on it, VINOMOFO is where I go....
