Great service, awesome gym
We where flying out of sydney on a late flight and had all our luggage, the reception staff put all our bags in a back room while we spent over 2.5 hours at the club.

What can I say, I love my gym
I do not normally write any reviews online but I am extremely satisfied with my Gym and the Virgin Active Moore Park crew deserved to know for the amazing jobs that they have been doing for over the last 5 years.
I have been with Virgin Active Moore Park Gym since 2015. In my opinion, this is one of the best gyms in Sydney. From the Reception team to Pts, they are always professional and always welcome you with their big smiles on. Not only that, modern and different types of weights and fitness equipment available on the gym floor for the m...

Additionally, the gym also has a great variety of fitness classes from the 5:45am until late evening, which is very easy to book by using the Virginactive app. It is very convenient and this is one of the reasons, I have been loyal to Virgin Active. Most importantly, the cleanness of the gym is always on point and it is always consistent. Well done to the team there and keep up the great work guys!!!!! Best gym ever!
I've never been a fan of gyms, but I really like Virgin Active.
If you want a gym where everyone knows you by name, this probably isn't for you. If you want variety, they have everything from boxing, pilates reformer, yoga, barre and Les Mills and they are always coming out with new classes. Some gyms cost way more than you pay at Virgin, but with a lot less variety.
This is my third time back over the years due to moving locations for work. I'd love to give 4.5 stars, but only due to the lack of locations.
I have and always will highly recommend Virgin Active.

Love It
I have been to about 30 gyms over the past 30 years, and think Virgin Active is the best. I have signed up as a casual, which is a little more expensive but I like the flexibility. I am 50 and due to an illness last year, I am now overweight and out of shape. The gym caters for ALL ages and levels of fitness, and if you are older and unfit like me, you will fit in without embarrassment. I use to be a member of Fitness First and always felt embarrassed there, as it was full of posturing young men (the staff) trying to pick up slim clientele. As ...
Read morea result, I could never get proper help in using the equipment and I felt uncomfortable in my daggy workout gear. This does not even cross my radar at Virgin and I feel totally at ease there. The staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Even when it is super busy, it never feels overcrowded, as so many classes to choose from. The spa, sauna and plunge pool are very refreshing and relaxing after a stressful day at work.ChristyMelbourne

Excellent Experience
I always feel excellent at Virgin Active. The staff are incredibly friendly and your group fitness instructors make every class something to look forward to. The regular Zumba instructor, Steph is a lot of fun and I always enjoy her classes and feel great about myself afterwards.
My only complaint is that there are not more classes, particularly between 6pm-8pm and after 10:30am on weekends.

Excellent gym - keep it a secret!
I love this gym - I switched from FF Platinum after my 4.5years there and this was the best switch I ever made. The VA gym is just like any other Virgin brand product - reliably good. Great, clean, spacious change rooms, top-of-the range fitness equipment (PP, TRX, Kinesis, high quality treadmills and spinning) and their tons of group exercise classes have me coming back week after week and week and week. I love that fact that you have to book your group exercise classes online - if you are booked you have a spot and you dont have to worry abou...
Read moret missing out on equipment. I love the fact that they have classes all-day-long: 7am or 630pm start time - take your pick :) I love that the gym floor is not overran by PTs - like in FF where they queue up in front of the treadmills reserving them for their clients. Yes there are PTs but they help anyone - you can walk up to them -especially if they are not in the middle of a session with a client - and ask them a question they will answer and help! They chat with members - not to get an other client but because they are nice people! Great service - I hope they will open more gyms in Sydney soonQuestions & Answers

Hi - I have had to temporarily relocate at short notice and need to cancel my membership - but was told I have to do it in person which is not possible (not without the cost of an airfare added to the mix) - any ideas ?
