    I was unable to refund my product after having purchased it a second earlier, when the customer service representative picked out the wrong product.

    Went to the new store at West Ryde to puy some bssa’s
    Got charged 59.00 per tube. I normally buy from just down the road at $53 per tub

    Terrible customer service

    While i don't expect a royal treatment in a shop, but being ignored for 25 minutes while looking at the products, is impolite, disrespectful and unprofessional.

    Ironically, this happened in a place i kept recommending to friends and work colleagues as i have always had the best customer experience. Used to deal with [Name Removed](hope got the name right), who was a nice young guy, attentive, incredibly professional and polite in his dealings with me. Don't want this review to reflect negatively on this young man's positive, customer-centric attitude.

    Funny how quickly you lose your sense of loyalty after one disheartening experience. Please look after your customer and treat them with respect. It's a competitive world out there.

    Ordered online as they had a 10% off discount. Everthing arrived three days later as promised and well packaged. Would definitely use again.

    I have purchased items online from Vitamin King for about 3 years now and my experience has always been fantastic. Good products, clear and good invoicing, excellent tracking, good prices, and speedy delivery. I stick with them because it is just that easy.

    Parcels are not received after the order was made nearly a week, then I called the customer service and was told the parcel was pending due to items are out of stock. On the phone I decided to get whatever they have in stock, and requested the updated invoice to email to me. no respond after half a day. Also called customer service several times, but call didn't get through either. The shopping experience was pretty bad don't think I will shop at Vitamin King again.

    The customer service operator (Kaylyne) was fantastic knowing the product, and helpful when looking at other items. Blown out of the water to receive goods on Saturday of Queens Birthday weekend via courier (not Aust Post) when only ordered on the Thursday. Fantastic product at great price, and free shipping. Recommend Vitamin King for range, service and deals. Thankyou very much, my first purchase and not the last :).

    Well went looking for supplements in fusion brand curcumin down in vic very expensive so i order 6 pack save $100 and customer service unbelievable never experience anything like it thanks brendan DON'T HESITATE YOU SAVE $$$

    Best Aussie company for online vitamins and supplements and phone orders, every time I order the service is perfect. Ordered yesterday and my goods just delivered today in the country, my favourite product is no longer available in my district but vitamin king have the brand and mega dose I need. I have been in their stores and they're good too. Fabulous online company I tell my friends about, very courteous phone customer service.

    Been using this company for a while now.
    I usually shop in their Rockdale store, although I tried the online service as well and I've never had any problem.
    The price is much better than what you can find around, most of the times at least.
    Sometimes if you cannot find a specific product in store, but it's on the website, you can get it ordered to the shop. And usually it comes in within a week.

    Poor Customer Service.

    I made a purchase online and they told me my order was out-of-stock without letting me know which of the items were specifically out-of-stock. An email apologizing without giving customers an option to refund. I needed my iron supplement urgently. The order was delayed for a week. I could've gotten a refund and made my purchase elsewhere. Wrote them an email to cancel the order but no reply and finally they just shipped my order!

    It seems to me that Vitamin King is operated by robots with no flexibility and things just work according to the system.

    This is the 3rd experience at their warehouse at Penrith. Unfortunatley from the ordering to the front office no one seems to know what's going on. Excuses and passing the buck are the order of the day. This location is convenient for me but I don't need the aggravation. I find it strange that this company can afford to lose good repeat customers.

    Walking in was awkward as staff were hanging around the register and staring without a hello or may I help you. I get what I need and make myself over to the counter and still no hello or eye contact. So disappointed become I work in retail and I know how staff need to be treated. Felt as If I was very unwelcome.

    So impressed with service and products. I bought Lifestream for almost half the price of my local supplier. That has to be a win. Not only that, no charge for delivery. Now that is really brilliant. Thanks so much Vitamin King. Will be shopping online again soon

    Wish I read these reviews before ordering. After paid for online order, was phoned to say the item was out of stock with no idea when it may arrive. I left a message to refund my order per their request. They never did and after more calls, found out they shipped the order after I sourced elsewhere. Was told to return package to post office but they won't accept. What customer service, good grief!

    Order was a lil slow, but in fairness to VitaminKing, i ordered straight after New Years Day, other then that i scored an amazingly good deal, i thought it was too good to be true, and to top that deal off, they included a free gift. I wont hestate to recommend to friends and family. =).
