Vodafone Mobile Broadband
Reviewer Photos & Videos
Crap. 240p crap
Spend more time trying to reconnect to the wifi than actually using it. When it is connected be prepared to watch any video in 240p or as if it was filmed on a potato.

Terrible customer service
The agent failed to sign me up. Kept me on the line for 1.5 hours. Wasn't able to complete my credit check as it was showing an error. Asked me to mail my driving license, passport. Then again asked me to send pdf copy. Horrible experience. Later signed up with TPG in just 5 mins. Credit check and everything was so fast with them. Vodafone is really bad.

The worest scamming low grade mobile phone speeds....robbing the public!
I am with this Vodafone mob since April 2022, as i was with Telstra before and they were horrible. I got a new Samsung A53 mobile phone and plan. I am paying bills for ZERO GOODS AND SERVICES, MOBILE SPEEDS ARE SO SLOW, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE PHONE. each time, the upload or download is very slow, its unlawful to scam the public by selling such poor quality services. Each time you call Vodafone, the call goes to INDIA AND ITS A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THE INDIA CALL CENTER.
this is a low, cheep unregulated scamming company. Paying in Australia dollars and asked to deal with Indians???
This is horrendous and unacceptable....
Do NOT BUY A MOBILE PHONE PLAN FROM VODAFONE!!
ZERO RETURN ON INVESTMENT!

Don't Waste Your Money + Time!
Please do not waste your time with vodafone, i highly encourage you to use another provider. We have been using vodafone for both home internet and mobile plans and have they have been absolutely shocking with slow download speeds consistently throughout each day for the last year now download speed currently at 0.25 Megabits per second. It has been like this for as long as i can remember. All streaming services can only use Netflix on lowest possible settings (for graphics) can barley stream Disney can only stream on the 1 device for the whole house or it won't keep up.
Absolutely pathetic vodafone

Horrible, had for three months and had no connection
Connection was very unreliable - I was unable to watch anything on Netflix on my TV.
Tried to download some games and download speed was very slow, at times 1mbps.
Studying online was made very difficult as my connection would constantly drop out and I would be unable to understand people on zoom calls due to being garbled from poor connection.
Reached out to Vodafone tonight in order to cancel my mobile broadband plan and it took two hours and three customer service representatives who kept on insisting that I take the modem to a store (keep in mind we are in lockdown) to get it looked at when I had already been firm that I was only interested in cancelling.

Useless time wasters, all telco are the same
Moved house and I finally got my nbn connected after 2 months of ringing them trying to get this useless service sorted. Waste of my precious time, minimum 45 minutes every call. Trying to understand the broken English and telling them to fix it. If I wanted to know why it was happening, I'd become an electrician, just send someone out to fix it, is that so hard? Well it obviously is, because it took 2 months for the nbn guy to come out and fix the issue in 30 minutes. Nbn and Vodafone are different, was the excuse I really don't care. My issu...
Read moree is slow speeds. 1 hour 30 minutes to upload a 6 minute video. I'm aging here. Vodafone forced me to get onto nbn and now they've wiped their hands of it, stating it will be online in 24-48 hours, in the meantime back up 4g service is connected. 48 hours later, backup has been disconnected and I'll have to ring them again. It would've been comical if I wasn't so annoyed. Useless, time wasters and all telcos are the same. If you sign up, their call centres are in Australia. As soon as you need tech support, boom India.- Value for Money

Most unreliable network provider, would like to WARN anyone to stay away from Vodafone service.
Been a loyal Vodafone customer since 2005. Was happy with the service until 2018, everything just to decline. I understand all network providers will have issues, but seems like vodafone is constantly having problem, and ain't getting any better. On the other hand, they are getting worse enough for.me to given up with them.
Bad mobile phone network reception
Unrealistically poor mobile internet service.
Only one great thing from them is, they do not feel ashamed on themselves to taking payment off you every month.

Worst Mobile Service Provider In The World
I come from a developing country the mobile phone service and the 3G and 4G Internet services in my home country was top notch compared to this Vodafone service (literally). Few weeks back their internet services dropped throughout Sydney (checked with 4 friends whose internet stopped working for at least 30-40 min as well). I tried to contact their crappy service but no one is available apparently for emergency situation like this. This happened today again their internet service stopped again!!! they apparently don't worry about this stuff and not even issue an apology for inconvenience they cause a lot of people.

Vodafone - The rotten apple of NBN
1. Modem offering unlimited 4G data doesn’t work.
2. The shop, the online customer service team, the accounts team and NBN team don’t effectively communicate with each other regarding your order.
3. Basic data entry concerning customer information I would describe as unacceptably incompetent.
Synopsis - They were unable to simply organise a site visit for the NBN engineer to do the install. I cancelled the service and returned the modem, which had already failed btw. Now approximately 3 months later I’m being billed for NBN $85 each month. Au...
Read moregust billed me, then refunded me, and now in September they’ve billed me again. I’m well into double figures with regards to phone calls and trips to the store. In conclusion, they are basically trying to steal my money.- Value for Money

I can't believe they are allowed to sell this garbage with NO easy way to CANCEL
0.5 Mbs down and 0.3Mbs up at 3am. No support because of COVID 19 but they still have staff to sell a new plan and send new sims. This company really should be banned from selling mobile broadband. Can only hope one of the big law firms launches a class action against them. To cancel this service customers need to dial 1555 but since cancellations are not an emergency Vodafone will not take the call. How is this legal? How is this ethical at this time? Why do we bother to pay for a communications minister in Australia?
