Terrible NBN Service

Vodafone is a joke and one of the worst NBN service i have come accross. Glad i will be switching to another better service provider

Awful internet, zero support

Their internet will not work and rather than acknowledge constant drop outs they will ignore it and make it your full time job to troubleshoot it. Abysmal company. Waste of time and money. Show details

Extremely unreliable, especially during peak times (which normally is fine, but its just unbearable). Sometimes connections drop for no particular reason. Please avoid this broadband company if you can do so. Show details

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. They obly responded to my concerns when I lodged a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman. Arrogant and dismissive customer service. Awful. Awful. Awful. Show details

Dreadful service, never again

I was with Vodafone for a year. I had constant issues.
Set up took months, was hotspotting from my phone. Ongoing service issues, with slow speeds. The 5G never worked, always had to use the 2.4G
Customer service was appalling. Impossible to get hold of and never did what they were supposed to.
They made so many errors on my account they were no longer able to help me unless I went into a store.
Eventually cancelled and they charges me close to $120 for the privilege. Dreadful  Show details

0 Connectivity

No NBN service provided for the entire length of contract since started. Poor customer/ technical support, they have no clue what they were doing, providing misleading statement and wrong trouble shooting diagnosis, blaming on faulty modem, etc. 3 weeks into the contract I was told by NBN co. that Vodafone did not raise an order to connect. Seek alternate ISP!  Show details

Terrible Experience

Terrible experience with vodafone. I was updating my plan and was offered a discount to shift from my previous provider.I was assured my internet connection will nit be impacted so i said yes.However, i got lot interrupted just after 30 minutes , called back vodafone and they said i need to wait within 24 hours. So frustrating.I feel i was very much dis advantaged as I was not able to work on my part time job and also unable to work the following day. Kids are not able to do their assessments and even watch their favourite tv program because of the internet interruption.I am on call with vodafone on and off...really really frustrated! Please do not be scammed like this. Show details

I wish I read the reviews first

Signed up in October NBN activated end of
November nbn box they sent was broken took a month to get a nbn guy to come round and swap the box, worked for two weeks at 22mbs now something else has gone wrong and its on 4g at 1mbs, tried all their rubbish of turn this box off, turn this box on, check the wires, stand on one leg and rub your head, kneel down and pray to the nbn god, absolute theives. Save yourself hair and a heart attack and go elsewhere.

Speed .03MB download on a 25MB plan

Just the worst speed and service Waited two times for 35 plus minutes and no answer on help line. Suggest you stay away from their NBN as very very poor experience Show details

Very slow like a turtle!!!

I’m from Tarneit Area, I don’t recommend Vodafone!!!! Our internet is so SLOW than turtle.. very disappointing.. They offer some discount but its not worth even their cellular internet are also slow and in some area in the east melbourne you could hardly get a signal.. Show details

This is perfect!

I got connected to internet right away without any waiting time for connection ,such an amazing speed, im connected with 6 devices and 2 tvs which i mainly stream movies or youtube videos

Worst service! Worst support!

NBN 25 HFC connected but never above 0.8mbps, they said nbn is upgrading its network, but 4g back up also not worked they said 4g also under maintenance!! Retuned their modem a week after canceling, within a week, charged $181 for nothing! Wasted approx 3 hours so far over phone. Show details

Fast connection and reliable wi-fi

I connected to Vodafone because they were the cheapest option for an essential plan. I only use the internet for basic web access and streaming/downloading movies on my Foxtel package. It is reliable and never struggles to stream movies whilst having 3-4 other devices connected. The supplied modem was easy to set up and it came with a 4G back-up on the Vodafone network, which other service providers did not offer at that entry package price.

I would recommend Vodafone broadband, not just for the product but also for the customer service. I needed help with the set-up and the lady on the phone was very knowledgable and helped me for over an hour. Show details

No service is better than Vodafone NBN

Got my Vodafone NBN in July, over the past 4 weeks I have had dropouts 15 to 20 times per day , all Vodafone tell me over 8 phone calls is "we have escalated your service to be fixed " just promises and lies . Show details
