Vodafone TV Box running AndroidTV 9
This worked well for about six weeks before picture quality took a dive with colours especially way off the mark. I will send it back if I cannot fix it. Apparently now discontinued! AndroidTV has been rebranded as GoogleTV probably to reduce confusion with the Android phone OS.
Purchased in July 2020 at Vodafone for $72.00.
Replaced my fetch mini
I started with fetch and have done for years, purchasing a VTV for the bedroom soon purchased another to replace the fetch mini. The remote works much better and it's easier to navigate. Only negative is the TV program guide does not update until you go to that channel.

Bought one, then bought a second. Enough said.
I have a 'smart TV' that probably will never be updated, that was having all sorts of issues running Netflix and Plex. Bought one of these direct from Vodafone, and it's been great. So good in fact I got another one to smarten up an old dumb tv. We also have a HD Homerun so can use that to watch live tv, rather than the built in tuner. They recently updated to Android 9.0 which is good, and has been very stable although admittedly we don't ask much of it. If you want a really good Android TV box then you should probably spend the extra and get ...an Nvidia Shield. That costs maybe four times more than this though. The only strange thing that it doesn't directly support yet is Amazon Prime video. Netflix, Disney, Stan, Plex, sure. Amazon - nope. There are ways to get it on with mixed reports on how successful it is, but for now the best way is simply to cast Prime from a mobile device. Basically, it's not a great android tv box but it's definitely a good one. For the price, it's hard to beat.
Purchased in September 2019 at Vodafone for $72.00.
Works OK a bit quirky at times
Works OK some times need to restart to get Video Right (Might be the older tv it is connected to)
Netflix, Stan, Disney+ and catch up works well, TV Tuner and TV Guide a bit slow but for $69 (Now $72 i think) good value for a genuine Android TV BOX
Also streams great from my media server.
Purchased in January 2020 at Vodafone for $69.00.

Could have been great
Fairly good unit
HDMI and live tv issues
Doesnt support items it should
Have been overall dissapointed in what should have been a great unit, would love to see them support it better and keep it current
