After two years, I decided to return to Vodafone as a telephone operator. I specify that with the previous provider (Kogan mobile) I had a great time, spending half. However, having purchased a smartwatch, Kogan does not offer the possibility of combining it with the phone to use it independently. So after some research, Vodafone was offering the best price between Optus and Telstra. As soon as the rechargeable plan was activated, the website and the app did not recognize my phone number. After three weeks of waiting and calling customer suppor...t every 48 hours (following their directions), the problem did not go away. In the three weeks of requesting assistance, no one from Vodafone Australia contacted me trying to find a solution. I, therefore, decided to activate Optus.
When signed plan, have to pay even I don't use it
Vodafone is treating customers with suspended service.
I signed contract for more than 12 months month-to-month contract and I called them to hold service for 1 month due to traveling. First call the guy said can only suspend since the starting of next bill the 1st Feb for my bill and have to do at least 1 month March, while I travel on 19 Jan and back 22 Feb. I ask is there other option? He said no. Until I raised my voice and say why I could do that before with another number service and now I have to pay for everything even I don't use it. T...
I found the same plan for less than one third of the Vodafone!!!
Really unhelpful store staff, just think about selling not helping.

Not as happy as I thought Id be
Is not the best service! I get little to no service in my house and customer service team sound like they read everything off a manual!
They continually tell me for 4yrs that they are fixing or putting up a tower in my area and my service will improve. The service has never improved. We are looking around for another service as its pointless paying for something that I never get to use!
Vodafone service and coverage getting worse
It used to be very good. In fact I was with Vodafone for almost 10 years. However, i started experiencing network issues since last year even in city limits at times. The quality of sales calls have also dropped significantly. They used to be very good in the past. I’m not sure what’s changed, but I’ve decided to look for other options. There are better deals and coverage, my wife was also with Vodafone and moved to Belong. They have much better coverage and value for money. I recommended Vodafone in the past. However wouldn’t be doing it any more.
The coverage is getting worse
Vodafone was okay but the network is getting worse. I can not even get a 4G network consistently. After this sim plan contract finish will definitely move to other service provider

Data coverage at Albany was bad. Most parts of highway was SOS calls. :(
At Denmark now , have 4g, 3 bars but download speeds are slow. Used Oz speed test and <3mbps

Vodafone pay as you go gives 35Gb for $30 for the first three months. After that it is $25 for 10Gb, with no option to upgrade. The add-on data costs are $10/Gb (28 days). That’s gouging your faithful customers. I advise staying with them for three months and then changing networks. I checked my balance (1.6Gb left) and immediately received notification that I was below 100Mb (huh?) and then out of data. Their website on usage is glacial and tends to divert you to “special offers” which are unavailable to you. It gives usage packet size but not the time of usage. Their app doesn’t work at all on an iPhone X.
Customer service is bad
I just called them with an intention to upgrade my plan but the consultant I dealt with was so bad to the point where I was about to say forget about it!
He is very pushy to sell other products and if you say "No, Thank you".. voice changes to show disappointment.
Then ends with "If you agree now then you can't cancel.. yes or no?".. "I just want to hear YES or NO"
This is a very unprofessional attitude from a global company.

If I connect Vodafone tv can I still use my dvd player/recorder to record free to air programs?
Each time I go to activate my SIM card each form of identity is not valid. Is it because I am supposedly underaged, which shouldn't be the case since I am an adult.
