One of the Cheater. They are robbing my money even I am not using the service and asking to pay $400+ for holding the number . I requested to cancel the plan they didnot allow me unless I pay the money for time of keeping number . Asking me same question 100times and not providing resolution. Don’t make mistakes signing in Vodafone pls . They sucker !
Customer service and network
Customer service is the worst. They will transfer you one person to another to another and again to another. I had really bad experience. They’re Dishonestly, rude and humiliating. Please do not waste your time and energy for buying Vodafone if you value your time and peace of mind.
Worst customer care and support
Wish I had an option for zero star. Don't go with this company. They are good by the time you sign a contract but you will be alone with no support after signing it. The vodafone customer services is the worst I've ever experienced. My phone calls keep dropping out. Had chat 7 times with 6 different people over last two months. They couldn't fix the problem but expect me make a full payment for the service that haven't provided. Last person I spoke to who was a supervisor kind of said this is what it is, don't expect any compensation for not having a proper service. Funniest thing was even our call dropped out two times and he gave up calling me back. This is the service they expect me to pay for it. Shocking
Don't buy anything from them expecting warranty service.
We bought a cellular Apple watch for our disabled daughter so in an emergency at school she could contact us. We were not told by Vodafone sales staff Pac Fair Gold Coast that she needed to have her mobile phone close by for the battery to last more than 6-7 hours even though we told them she would not have her phone at school and needed a cellular watch.

Worst Customer Service Experience
I recently joined Vodafone and experienced so many issues with the billing. Their system is not up to date and my order got delivered after a week. I had to call 100 times to fix my billing amount but never got any response. I did not use the service or device and cancelled the plan and returned the device within 28 days. I was clearly told that I will get a credit for the previous bill as they have a policy of change of mind but still I have been receiving bills and calling them back to sort this out. This is a crap experience. I would give 0 ...stars if there was an option. I would never recommend Vodafone to anyone. I have spent 10 hours speaking to customer support who are definitely useless and hopeless. I have been told that I should wait for another bill to check if I will receive credit for my previous bill. Ridiculous and the worst customer experience ever in my lifeltime.
I wish l had looked at the reviews when l was considering to join Vodafone. I rang them and the phone sounded as if it’d been put through to an overseas customer rep. I requested an iphone13 pro on a 24month contract. Last week l received an iphone 13 pro max on a three year contract. I rang vodafone to try and get this resolved noone would assist. I was told the agent that did up the contract was the only one who could help me. I was told this agent would ring me within 1-2hrs, its been a week and still waiting. They have also taken money out ...of my account when l haven’t even activated the sim yet. Therefore being charged for a service l haven’t got yet! I feel I am ripped off by Vodafone , I have 4 phones and NBN with Vodafone , been with them for last 10 years . On the last bill I was charged $400 extra simply because my wife used data on international transit accidentally.I called costumer service and kept me on phone for 45 minutes and assure me the extra charges will be weaved but they deducted full amount on direct debit . On the next bill they have included something called mobile broadband which I am not aware of . Simply waiting for my plan to expire and will switch to other services . Never Vodafone
Absolutely the worst
I purchased a phone over the phone. They did not check they could provide a service to my area & didn't cross my mind I would have issues. Received phone, no network coverage in my area. Rang to return phone under network guarantee. Returning the phone was the first incredibly difficult & drawn out part of this process. I was asked to return in store (closest one 500km away) was not allowed to post myself so I could get a tracking number & receipt. Courier pick up which took them weeks to organise.

Not reliable at all neither mobile cellular nor NBN, having a bad reception all the around Victoria and every single spot of it, NBN wifi hub 2 is a complete joke dropping out every second day,lost mobile network connection whilst on the phone with Vodafone this morning to get my NBN fixed and they had to call me back 3 times just in 15 minutes.

Never buy a Samsung flip or fold phone at Vodafone. Through my experience, it looks as though Samsung is experimenting on their customers and not backing up their technology. My Flip-2 My flip 2 failed after ten months, and I was advised it was my fault and had to pay $580 for the repair. The repair report from Vodafone was different to the damage when my phone arrived at Samsung, so it was damaged further in transport, and again they failed to warrant the product.
For a major company that I have been loyal to for over 15 years, Vodafone just...passed the buck claiming they are trying to help by fighting with Samsung to get my phone fixed. Why not replace my phone and then fight to get it repaired as it was not my fault. I have been left without a phone for 3 weeks and I am no closer to getting it repaired. Disgusting service from a major company, and if I could give 0 stars, I would.
We should all get together with a class-action lawsuit. Their reviews say it all.
I closed my account and had a small credit, which I had to chase to refund into my account. The refund was processed & this should have been the end of it, but after 1 month they charged me the credit & took it back out of my account. After numerous phone calls lasting hours, they agreed that they had made a mistake. Offering no apology or small compensation for my time. They still have not refunded it back into my account & won't do this until I give them authority to do so.
My point is, they give themselves the authority to take my money out (fraudulent to say the least as I did not owe them anything & account should have been closed), but need my authority to give it back to me.

Huawei wifi cube 4G
4G wifi stopped working and customer service was an absolute torture to deal with. Illogical, unhelpful, bouncing me from one ‘team’ to the next, no one taking responsibility, on the phone for an hour just on hold while they transfer me yet again. Just an absolute joke. Unable to easily resolve issues. Their rating now makes sense. Fine to use until you have a problem and need customer service.
I was sold a new phone plan all together with 110 nd later they say it's 136. I called so many times but no help. It's just cheating. It's just disappointing
No idea what I purchased
They would not provide a receipt of purchase. They would not show me what they were typing on screen. I had no idea what I had purchased. I can’t register for My Vodafone to see/manage my things because they won’t send an SMS to my data only sim during registration. Customer service is terrible and can’t/won’t help. I have to submit a “release of personal information” form just to get a receipt and I am sure they’re not complying with basic consumer laws.
Vodafone Fraud company
I am the victim, I was contacted (phone call) by Vodafone sales team and given discount on my existing plan which I accepted happily then call disconnected. Within 5 minutes same person (female) call me and told that as a loyal customer to Vodafone I have another offer. I eagerly asked for it and she offered a free iPad 11 pro. After hearing that I was shocked and eagerly asked “are you sure” and she replied yes. I told her I am not going to pay a cent and she replied yes it is free.

I have no issues with Vodafone Aust, good customer service and my home internet is great been 3 months a couple issues were sorted out very quickly by friendly staff. **** 4 stars
I have been a customer of Vodafone for a few years with both my mobile phone & NBN because I was assured that they were adding towers themselves so as coverage would improve (which it did). Recently the reception on my mobile has now deteriorated markedly along with my NBN connection... After contacting Vodafone on many occasions with no result I am now looking at an alternative NBN connection and ditching Vodafone NBN .Unfortunately, I am still locked into a mobile deal for the next 18months but as soon as I can opt out I shall be doing so.. So disappointed that I have been lied to by Vodafone as I should probably report them to the authorities but that doesn't make the reception any better..
