Apauling customer service
-4g internet coverage at my house was un-useable.
-Canceled within 30 days
-Returned all equipment within 30 days
-Still getting bills for equipment that has been returned.
-They have debited my account anyway. Literally theft.
-Vodafone staff are extremely stressful to deal with, they waste your time and don't action what they say they are doing.

Vodafone charges
Watch you mobile phone charges with Vodafone if you dial up 121 , premium charges for this are $1.30 per minute and $3.10 connection , my 4 second call was $4.40 , cant imagine if i needed this service and it was a 20 minute call with them.

Worst service provider and nearly impossible to contact to solve a problem.
I cancel my monthly plan and got this email bill for three months. It's web site said this amount should be refund automatically but failed somehow. I rang 1300 for refund. I was waiting 30 min and gave up. I rang again after receiving the bill again. The operator in India told me refund will be made soon. Nothing happened. One month later I rang again with new same bill. After long conversation with the operator in India I got a service no. for refund processing. Nothing happened. This month I got again the same bill. I rang again and had long waiting and conversation. I wish this is my last call for refund. If nothing happens I go to www.consumer.vic.gov.au. I am sick of chasing $36.99 for 3 months.

Huge Disappointment
I ordered a sim only plan online two weeks ago and what I first don't like is how they ask for your mobile phone as a mandatory requirement for the order to go through. Like for my case, my old phone plan and phone number have expired that's why I am ordering a new plan, asking for my phone number is absolutely nonsense. Calling them is worse, they kept on transfer you through departments and after transferring you they would ask you the same thing which you have to explain. nothing has solved from the call as they said simply just wait? textin...
Read moreg them is no different as they transfer you through departments and not bothered to read the old conversation, the guy who I chat to eventually pretended that I have been disconnected for too long and leave the chat? Wow absolutely best impression ever. The reviewer stated that an incentive was offered for this review

Prepaid voucher
I bought a prepaid voucher. Activated it, I tried to access the internet, couldn't. When I did, I found it was all gone. I texted Vodafone. I got a poor response. They said my security code wasn't the same. I texted them the next day. They fixed me up with a new security code. And arranged for a new voucher.
Their website is always under maintaining
I have been with this mobile provider since 2009. Now, I really get frustrated with their website and mobile app. so difficult to login. It's getting worse. Even if you just want to look at some simple information of their products. Always says, we’ll be back online soon.
We’re currently updating our site with scheduled improvements. Please check back soon.

prepaid internet robbery
I have a prepaid internet with Vodafone via a Wi-Fi modem, a 365 day contract, which I have had for many years. $ 60 gave me 12 gig . I payed for my recharge voucher to enter before the expiry date. This time I tried to enter as I have done for the last few years, but it wasn't excepted by my existing contract but buy a new term of now only 90 days. Vodafone informed me they had changed there arrangements, even though I had not let my existing contract expire . I spoke direct to Vodafone about a refund of my voucher and was told as I paid cas...
Read moreh for that voucher Vodafone would do nothing to reimburse me and if the voucher supplier would refund me , that's my bad luck. Who ever reads this do not sign up with Vodafone as they could change your contract with no respect for what they tell you.KenSydney, NSW
Keep well away from Vodafone
Loyalty means nothing to Vodafone. I have been a user of the 365 day plan with Vodafone over 10 years. At some point I discovered that they were charging me $2 per Mb data usage. Hang on, that ought to be 2 cents per Mb, not $2! I went to check on their website and the rate was quoted as 2c. I went to complain to one of their shops. Their staff did an "investigation". After a while they said yeh it is $2! That's because on the website, they only post the rates of the "365 day plus" plan, not the "other" plan which I was currently having. So the...
Read morey have plans with confusingly similar names, but vastly different rates. Hundred times more in my case. I then decided to change providers. They refused to let me leave with my number because my "details" did not match and suggested I keep using their service. All these many years, they accepted my money and my details were not updated, but as soon as I decide to leave, my details were not matching. There is no phone company more useless, and that's saying something
Don't assume their website is accurate. They will take your money, and only after they have your cash will they inform you of the truth. Refunds are a huge pain.

No stars at all: this company is full of scammers & fraudsters
Firstly, they can't speak English and you can't understand them. Despite already having a plan with them (regrettably), they booked me up for a new phone and plan without my authorisation or permission. Hell, they even sent this phone to some place in Victoria (probably one of their scammer buddies) despite me completing several ID checks and my efforts telling them that I never ordered this phone. When I rang Pakistan or India or someplace there they told me I had to fill out a fraud form. I have to fill out a form because one of their employe...

Illegal termination charges and automatically billing me $5 per day without notifying me.
I paid off my phone and switched to a month-to-month plan. When I called to cancel i was told I would have to pay an early termination fee for 4 months. Then, they started charging me $5 per day which i did not agree to or even know about, the only reason i found out was logging in to vodabone to check the status of my case.
avoid this company at all costs. charlatans.

Very misleading
If I could leave a zero rating I would. I had a prepaid sim with Vodafone and transferred it into my wife's name. It took us over 6hrs to get this done. We wanted to port the number to another provider, after 2 weeks of trying we were told by staff at a store the number was still in my name and that they would never change it no matter what we did. I would never use this company again.

Over charging no responses to complaints
I signed up with Vodafone $40 sim plan and $69 nbn plan. They did set up the nbn quite quick and the internet seems to be working well however, I am now being charged almost $200 each time when the bills should be $109 for both per month.
I have called and emailed to complained but no one is getting back to me.
I am now building my case against Vodafone because unfortunately I don't see this stopping over this past 2 months.

Worst network, worst customer service
I was having so so much of problems with their poor network that I decided to move to Telstra(which is the best thing i did).
They still charged my account incorrectly after promising that I don’t have to pay anything now.
Now i have been struggling for weeks and weeks just to get the refund back to my account.
Have called them so many times, they always promise to process the refund this time and that never happens. By the way each call means around an hour of my time.
Haven’t got the refund yet, check the below screenshot and see how they fool the customers.

worst service with vodafone nbn technical department
I am a new customer who choose the poor vodafone nbn service. At first i went to the local shop and ask for the detail about vodafone NBN, they told me i can have a wonderful service by the crap voda NBN. At the same time i can also have a 4G backup service before i can connect to the internet. From the beginning the horrible WiFi router reboot itself every 30-40mins,i can't use the network normally. I went to the shop for help two times. Nobody care about it,they told me it is not their duty. Holy crap about them. Just let me go back home and ...

Even then it still doesn't work. Then i called them about 4 times. The problem had not been solved. Especially the technician's Indian accent makes me sick. They just let me wait wait wait. At first time ask me it will be solved about 15~20mins. The router still not work. Them i make another call, let me wait for another 15mins. The router is still the same crap. Then i called them again. They ask me more details about me. I told them the router imei, serial number and the sim card number. Holy crap they told me wait for 4-5hours for it, and the problem must be solved. Now i wait for 6 hours. The router still not work. This is the worst service i have ever seen. Shame for them. The reviewer stated that an incentive was offered for this review

Out of 3 Aussie phone companies, by far the worst service
I've used Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone. I thought Telstra was bad, but Vodafone is much worse. I've actually dealt with customer service issues in 2nd or 3rd world countries that were easier. I ordered a SIM card online and it was never delivered. When I called, it seems it was awaiting stock (how does a telcom company run out of sim cards?) but there was no expected re-stocking/delivery date in sight, so I asked to cancel and refund.
4 different departments and calls over 2 days adding up to appox an hour and a half, and it's canceled, but no...
Read more refund yet. Their customer service is separated into many individual working parts, and having to re-explain yourself multiple times to representatives that were at times fairly rude, was pretty disappointing from a national company.AshnaSydney, NSW
