loyal customers should be rewarded. not other way around
i’m giving 2 stars just because they offer great deals for new customers.
Not so great to loyal customers( i’ve been with them for 8 years ) . they offer a plan with 80gb for 45$ a month if you’re a new customer but not for someone it has been with them for 8 years .. i’ll have to pay more to get more Gb that i actually don’t need when i just wanted that specific plan.
loyal customers should get at least same deals as new customers … AT LEAST .

The kindest and most helpful customer service
After moving internet and mobile services from Telstra I am so impressed with how kind each person is that I've spoken to over the phone. It has been a seamless transition! Telstra don't even allow you to call up anymore on the phone... I highly recommend vodafone! Great service :)
Vodafone Keilor Central - amazing service
Cannot believe how helpful Ali was from the Vodafone store in Keilor went above and beyond to get me an urgent phone sourced it, signed me and assisted with reviewing my plans for the best deal for me! In these tough times it was so kind and nice to get face to face assistance.

you are a cash cow
The Voda network in high density areas work - not well but works.
My issue is that they sell a mobile for $1800 on a 3 year plan - at the end of the plan it i worth $150.00 max on a $2500.00 replacement (Samsung have a $700 trade in). Telstra will offer a $800 43 inch colour TV - Optus will throw in a new smart watch. Both offers kill the Voda offer.
Voda has lost me - I am not a cash cow - my only issue is how to cancel my Voda contracts - and that seems they have made difficult

Happy with the service. Only a few black spots that happen with all networks. I choose to stay with Vodafone because of the $5 overseas roaming. Hopefully we will be able to again soon

I actually love Vodafone... I love the quick online and over the phone customer service... every single interaction I’ve had with Vodafone staff is amazing and they are so helpful... I’ve been Vodafone for about 15 years and never ever had a problem they couldn’t solve and always so friendly...I have recently changed to a plan with 100g data for a very cheep rate...

They treat their customers with respect and integrity. They definitely value their customers and give them the best solution. I would recommend joining them, and making sure you stick with them for long because they will give you good treatment as a loyal customer. You just got to be loyal to them
Our experience for over 20 years with Vodafone staff is always 100%. I have to be fair & say that in the past the infrastructure needed urgent upgrades where it all happens & I welcomed it with a smile the great improvements. My recent contact that we had in-store at Westfield-Belconnen in Canberra was most pleasant experience. The store manager & his assistant was most helpful noticing us outside the store 30 minutes past closing hours. He approached us & offered to let us in to sort our 4 old SIM cards to 4 new ones for us to be ready for 5G....Both males where very professional not pushy into anything that we didn’t need. They both assisted in setting up plus activating our 4 devises. This was our first experience in store & must say it was most pleasant experience. We generally deal with Vodafone over the phone with staff in India who are as equally pleasant & knowledgeable. Well done Vodafone for excellent training & selection of appropriate staff in your company. We are very happy customers.
Vodafone Marion Westfield SA simply woeful -- never again!
On 29 May 2021 I spoke with someone at Vodafone online support staff on a problem with a small white simacrd-driven modem who lights work intermittently during the day or not at all until night time. Which means during the day I have to keep checking the modem is still working. He advised me to approach Vodafone Westfield Marion. On 3 June I did. The lady who served me kept asking me questions that were irrelevant to my issues. Noting my frustration to explain to her in clear and succinct English, she finally tweaked. But then told me to bring ...the modem in and a technician will look at it in five to ten days. It's still under warranty until Dec '21. Why was she so hard of hearing in the first place? Seemed to me she was trying to fob me off, perhaps to get back to her social media on her phone, as was another of her colleague next to me fixated with her social media on her phone. Does anybody at Vodafone work any more? Or are they incapable of listening to customers' qualms? Is this why so many people get frustrated with shop assistants because they have zero listening skills but are quick to mouth off inanities and irrelevancies? I should just be given a new modem for the old one and not be told it'll take up to two weeks. No questions asked for a loyal customer, which obviously means nothing to Vodafone. Well keep on flicking your social media on your phones. That's more important than earning a wage the right way.
Such a waste of time
I bought a prepaid sim card for a new business number and tried THREE times to activate it from my mobile, and TWICE from my laptop and it wouldn't process. This is taking up much valuable time that I don't have to spare. I then call Vodafone to try help me, I was passed along 3 times until I could actually get someone to help me. I had to repeat myself several times to the operator and just got so frustrated for wasting my time I've decided to go with another provider. No business with Vodafone again.

Great Service, Sad to Go
I was a Vodafone customer for nearly 2 years and I had a great experience. Really good coverage, the perfect plan for what I needed at the time and a useful app to keep track of my data usage. I only moved to a new company because I found that I was only using minimal data (<5GB/month when my plan offered 50GB), so I found a cheaper option elsewhere.
I called to cancel my plan and switch my number to the new company and the customer service team was brilliant - they offered me a few new plan options to try entice me to stay but were very under...standing that my data usage needs were well below what they were offering, so went out of their way to make sure I would have no issues in transferring my number. I cannot fault my experience with Vodafone and am surprised to see so many poor reviews on here.
pretty bad since TPG merger
Coverage was average, no dropouts but generally pretty slow for my area (Sydney metro). Bought into a prepaid special intro offer that promised data rollover, bonus data and a discount for first 3 renewals - this was not honoured, charged me full rate on the first renewal & no data rollover. Staff picked up the error but only offered extras credit if I renewed at full price again. nah..
Overcharged long time customer
Updated my phone in 2019, added a I pad that I canceled before receiving , it was supposed to be canceled 19 months later I find out I have continued to be charged for iPad and NBN plan 3 calls later still waiting for a promised call back and refund that is substantial !!! No response but I keep getting txt for rating customer service ? Up your game call me as promised and give me a refund !
