Vodafone sent me an iPhobe 13 Pro
Oh yes, they delivered an iPhone 13Pro which box is not sealed, items loose in the box and box dented.
I returned the device at Voda store for them to return to warehouse. Meaning 5 days wasted.
Now, I'm being penalised for waiting 2 to 3 weeks and Voda is not taking accountability for their negligence.
Disappointing customer care service!
should be 0 stars
Their service is so bad i’m lost for words, i’ve ordered the ps5 3 months ago and twice they told me that they sent it to a different address despite giving them my address. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone i hope they go bankrupt
I’d get a message through better if I tied a not to a dead bird
I live on the outskirts of metro Melbourne and during a pandemic Of staying inside and connecting through technology. I’m lucky to get 1 bar of 4g most of the time my phone is on 3g. Keep in mind I have the newest iPhone which Vodafone tried to blame the phone when I’ve complained and then basically just well sorry. Out of luck for you.
Terrible company Stay Away from Vodafone
It’s been three days that cannot make calls, even if it connects the other side won’t hear anything. Tried to get through to them several times and they didn’t even hear me. As soon as I go out of the area Bondi my phone and everything else is working. Terrible company, stay away from them
The worst company ever, I completely regret having a plan with Vodafone, horrible customer service.
The network coverage is reasonable in my area.
The company is ripping me off, when I purchased the plan it was different than what they are charging me, everytime they promise to fix the this issue but no action has been taken yet.
Fed Up Customer
After trying in vain to speak to Vodafone Customer Care (Care being a joke) and reading some of the comments on this site I am disgusted with Vodafone. I was a loyal customer for over 12 years and when I called them around 2 months ago to try to fix an issue I had with no reception in my area, I was given the run around and was told so many different things (e.g. you have always had bad reception in your area indoors, it is your phone/sim card/fault, etc) also my calls to Vodafone kept dropping out as well. It has now gotten to the point where ...I cannot use my phone or devices to make phone calls, send or receive SMS/MMS or use the internet through 4G, and all I did get for my troubles was a tiny discount on my current bill and transfered to the retention team, who also did nothing. Vodafone are basically saying that you are on your own with this.
Warning on Vodafone pre-paid SIMs
Vodafone took $10 from my bank account, but failed to deliver on a pre-paid SIM plan. Now, months later, they are ignoring my refund request despite being sent proof that the money was taken.
This is the worst company. I only hope to give them negative rating if there was an option. I would give them -10/10. We talked to the customer service team working in India as I was thinking of getting NBN and phone plan. Rizwan kept pushing me to get my phone connected and I preferred to head over to the store. He kept saying that the stores in Australia are closed due to COVID. I asked him to put the order on hold and when he called back the next day, I told him to cancel all my services which was the NBN and iPhone plan. I told him that tra...nsparency is required while working professionally and disconnected the call. Since, one week, they have been placing orders and trying to charge irrational bills. So many phone calls and the service team people keep saying that they have no record of iPhone order. Every morning, I was receiving surprising orders and proof of purchase. The service team operates from India who are completely unethical and do not have any principles or values. Please do not go to this provider. They will just rip you and never admit to their mistakes and will continue to cheat people. I wish that this goes to current affair and they expose the scams that this provider is doing!
So many wasted years and money
It was a great a idea at the time to choose Vodafone, when you're young and dumb... Decided to look into my phone plan because most of us are now WFH and who honestly, who wants to spend a fortune on phone bills? Moved over from Vodafone to Belong after 10 year+ and it was the best decision. Plan went from $36/$40 to $15 months with roll over data (3GB and unlimited calls and texts to standard national numbers). Leaving Vodafone will cost you a small fee of $8.00 - this is called a port out fee. Royalty does not mean crap to them so you will have to pay this regardless of how much money or time you have been with them. Customer service online chat was actually pretty helpful in my experience so no negative here.
No ps5 stock lying about having
Ordered a ps5 online after being assured they have stock. Received email advising delay when raised an enquiry advised they do not have stock after all, keep delaying date as do not know when they are getting stock cannot give a set date as they don’t know just as everyone else does not. Don’t be fooled into buying into plans for a ps5 they do not have! Completely unethical.
No indoor network in my area as they promise me before .
Cant make calls to anybody
Have to wait 1 hour to call customer care
Always sos on my phone . Can not check anything at all
Poor service and customer care mislead me then they not giving refund. No network in my area as they promise me before. When i called customer care they denied for refund and want to cancel my service. I should be paying half price as i using only outdoor not indoor. Also misleading me about service plan. They just want to make money not customer. I would never ...recommended vodafone to someone. I have lost my old prepaid data and calls for three month just because of vodafone promise they have indoor service in my area. This is not professional service. I waste my money and time. Dont buy vodafone. I cant imagine they provide false information to customer for get new clients. I can not explain how much i am suffering because of vodafone. Worse service for me. They not even giving me enough time to find another service provider. I would not even give one star to vodafone. Do not trap in plans as you always check first what you are buying? In my case i did check still i got trapped.
Very hopeless customer service.
Everytime you call them, you listen to a different story, different direction in what you were said on the previous call. I was trading in my mobile for a new mobile, which they were very quick to see end us the new mobile, but then made us very frustrated sending the old mobile. We spend hours on phone, had to go to Vodafone store, still everyone were trying to push us to a new direction, and not helping us to get it completed..
Vodafone is hopeless
Vodafone is hopeless! I updated plan for a cheaper one since I didn't need certain services, and still charge me the same as my previous bill for the next two months! I've tried to call them and all I get is "I'll have my supervisor look into it further" I have had nothing but constant issues with Vodafone. I DON'T RECOMMEND at all!
Internet you get 1 bar most places you go, I always have to connect to wifi because of the service issues
worst worsening Telecom service provider
Unreliable reception, unreliable mobile internet speed. Made a complaint to the company, ended up wasted half hour of my.life and outcome is they're playing dumb then told me their system shown never have an issue.
Anyone who's intended to choose Vodafone, I will guarantee that you will never ever get any benefits from their terrible misleading terms and condition of service.
Joke of a company
After years and years with my current telco, I decided to move over to Vodafone and take advantage of the lower prices. I received my SIM card and called Vodafone to arrange the transfer of my current number to my new plan. After speaking to the 1st operator, I was told there was an issue with the transfer and the account number I had provided for my other telco was incorrect (it wasn't). A 2nd operator told me that they would contact my current telco and get back to me with an update (they didn't). After 2 weeks go by, I called Vodafone, and o...perator #3 tells me all of the same things I've already been told and that I will have to arrange a call with my telco to discuss the situation (meanwhile, my SIM card hasn't left the envelope that it was delivered in and I'm being charged by Vodafone for the privilege). Instead, I ask to cancel the plan, I simply don't have time for this right now. It's a little busy in my industry as a medical researcher. I get told that operator #3 can't do this and I must be transferred to a 4th person (on hold we go again). At the end of the process, I'm informed that my last bill will be arriving shortly....for the service I never used. We initially considered moving our entire household to Vodafone NBN / mobile service - I am SOOO glad we didn't. I think a 1-star review is pretty fair all things considered.
Questions & Answers
I have been charged $148 this month as part of my bill. The $148 is itemised as ‘pricing plan’ . What is that?
TXT confirmation to another mobile what does this question mean when I am topping up my phone
