Very unfriendly

I just decided to cancel my plan, but the assistance and service was terrible. At first, I went to Vodafone Booragon to talk in person; however, they told me you must call a number ! what a inconvenient thing! It's better to do these things in store. Then, they told me you must inform us 1 month ahead to be able to cancel which means extra 1 month money and then after chatting with a lot of them , I realized that I could have been able to cancel it whenever I want just by switching to another provider automatically.
It took me 1 month struggling to get in touch with them and none of them were supportive.
Really bad experience with Vodafone.
I didn't need that much data and I was paying the money for using no data for 7 months
.

Stop text spamming customers

Vodafone sends at least 4 text msgs every month at renewal to push me for my card/bank info to auto renew.
Vodafone harass me this way.

Learn How to rip off in broad daylight from Vodafone

Vodafone says they sell PS5 to customers with internet and mobile phone plans. So I go in and ask and they say no problem we can order you a PS5 if you sign up for NBN and mobile. I do sign up for both on the same day and when ask for the PS5 they say it's out of stock. Shame on you Vodafone for ripping people off like this.

Worst Provider Ever! Buyer Beware!

TL;DR: BUYER BEWARE.

Let's just say I wish I heeded the advice by the negative review left on this site.
I was given completely the run around by this company.
They contradict their own policies. Their staff have zero knowledge about their own policies. They do not listen.
I was given a faulty prepaid SIM card that will not activate and they refused to do anything about it literally. Lucky for me I am only out by $10.

I have been a Vodafone customer for many years since the dsys I used a palm pilot and before my first mobile phone. Their service is great and they consistently reward their customers with bonus data. I highly recommend Vodafone. They're the best! Sheran

I was a Vodafone user for 12 months then due to covid I had to down size and in order to do so I switched couriers. Vodafone refused to let go of my number forcing me to enter a new month period for 2 days forced to pay an entire months fee due to their lack luster efforts to allow me to switch. I was NOT in a lock in contract. And now 4 months after leaving I am still getting charged fees with no customer support and no answers as why I'm forced to pay these fees.

Terrible service. Terrible value and an absolute scam

Rubbish

In Australia, Vodafone is the worst. Compared to Telstra, Vodafone's coverage and internet speed are like rubbish. I've also noticed lots of scam calls and msg are from Vodafone, which means their security policy is rubbish too.

Poor Customer Service and SOS signal in the middle of Melbourne CBD...

I have incredibly poor signal despite having a new phone (Iphone 12 pro) and i cant access any signal in certain areas of the Melbourne CBD, not to mention that its taken over 5 days to port my number from a previous service and I am still trying to get that sorted.

I’d get a message through better if I tied a not to a dead bird

I live on the outskirts of metro Melbourne and during a pandemic Of staying inside and connecting through technology. I’m lucky to get 1 bar of 4g most of the time my phone is on 3g. Keep in mind I have the newest iPhone which Vodafone tried to blame the phone when I’ve complained and then basically just well sorry. Out of luck for you.

Frustrating

Honestly the most frustrating service. They have launched an upgrade campaign in our area. Which has affected calls , Texts and internet coverage. Without even informing us prior to this maintenance. Two weeks of a hard time during the lockdown while we are working remotely and our work is 100% Dependable on the internet and calls. They affected my business. Lesson to be learned NEVER subscribe with the same company for all your devices at home. At least you can prepare yourself for a such situation in the future

Worst network ever I used do not use

Internet is very poor it takes alot time to load and watch calling is has same issue. I called the Vodafone customer service they very unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to use Vodafone.

Terrible service.

It took 3 emails and 17 days just to even get a sim card shipped, the support team initially "could not find your account", until I forwarded the order confirmation to them twice. Absolutely no apology whatsoever, just a simple "your order is on the way". Never again
