Terrible and inexperienced builder
I want to guve 0 star if I could. I went with this builder as I thought he will have more time and attention to details but no. He never delivered. Over price and there are many hidden cost. Fix price contract was all lie. My house was never completed to standard. Terrible builder, site manager, joinery and carpenter. Site manager and carpenter were abusive and take no responsibilities with their words. My kitchen and joinery was never completed after he promised to come back to fix but no show. Read moree show up for 90 days maintenance period and they blamed us for every faults we found within a week. This is my biggest mistake and I wish I could build with someone else as my dream home turned to a home that I want to move out every day. Please avoid at all cost.
Terrible home and after care
[Name Removed] is too expensive and charged too much for building.... very expensive.... his carpenter is abusive with other tradies unexperienced.... no customer service, no after care 90 days maintenance. called so many times but no response
