I recently purchase a new Subaru Forester from Von Bibra auto Village in Southport Queensland. The team at von Bibra was extremely professionally and I was highly impressed with the sales consultant “Brodie Bailey”.
It clearly shows that the management of this company is very involved in developing their staff. Well done.
Extremely happy with my purchase
Jie was very helpful and courteous without the hardsell. He worked through all the options and costings and then left it up to me, exactly how I like to do business. Car was ready on time and in immaculate condition. At time of pick-up he also spent considerable time going through all the features, controls and ongoing support and services. Would highly recommend and will be my first point of contact when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
Great sales experience, bad finance experience.
Purchased a 2016 Holden Cruze through Ryland who provided a very professional and personable experience. However have to drop my review by 1 star as the finance team was bordering on passive aggressive when trying to push their insurance and premiums. Don't act surprised or interrogate me when I say no to diamond advantage, extended warranty or your insurance provider.
Non Disclosure of Facts Upfront
I bought an ex-showroom car from Von-Bibra Southport, they said they can provide me with a car loan for the same from St George Bank. before processing the loan they took advance payment for locking the car( Now I am forced to buy or lose the advance). Once it was clear I will definitely buy from them, they offered me the highest interest rate +990 dollar origination fee +extended warranty + tyre Insurance. They put all in the total loan amount without explanation & when I asked them later why it was not told to me earlier, the agent & his bos...s said its standard practice. When I asked why this much amount of origination fees, I was told this is for getting a better deal for you from the bank (Yes it was a better deal, not for me but for the bank) I try to raise the issue with St George Bank, they said its the Von Bibra issue. tried to raise the issue with fair trade Qld, they said you should have read before signing the contract. Lessons learned Never take car loan using dealer Never take insurance using dealer Get your loan approved upfront & then look for car. Do not take any additional offers other than maybe extended warranty (that to look for a better offer elsewhere)
First New Car Purchase- Best Experience
Big Thank you to Jazz who went above and beyond with excellent service and looking after my partner with purchasing her first new car. Jazz had excellent knowledge, was very patient and accommodated to all our requests. We had a little look around at other dealerships but ultimately Jazz's service really had sold us on our new Nissan Qashqai and is what certainly brought us back an hour later to make our purchase. The Southport Nissan team really know what they are doing and couldn't recommend them enough. We will certainly be recommending Jazz and Nissan to our friends and family looking for a new car purchase in the future.

Plain Ordinary Service
The experience I had at Nissan Robina was pretty ordinary from the beginning until I picked up the car, [name removed] fumbled through getting me a price and 1% finance for the car I went in to look at, after about 30mins of trying to get it sorted it didn't eventuate, but as I walked out I decided to get the N Track, (different car more expensive) went through the process and signed for it, I had to ring back nearly 2 weeks later to see if they could get it for me, and told yes, then another week after that I had to ring them to ask for delive...ry date, a week after that I picked the car up, when I walked in, i see a dirty looking red bow on the car (that probably been on 1000 cars) and got a tried looking [name removed] who asked for 4 signatures for the No. Plate then said sit in the car to set up my phone and run through the controls, as he was doing this he asked me for a 10/10 review, I'm not 1 to ask for anything, but for him to ask me for that and for me to not even get a smile or joyful handover or even a keyring, I think it was very ordinary service I could've got at any car yard, On a side note Gypsea who done the extras was very happy smilie lady who I would give a 5 star rating

jetblack window tint
It looks ok but to be honest we’ll need to wait until summer before I can give a more definitive answer. We were told that you cannot see clearly through the tint to the other side of the vehicle (standing on the outside). This is not the case.
Is there a service where Von Bibra will pick up the car from a person's home, service it and bring it back to the person's home for a fee?
