Very disappointing customer service.

Im in the process of buying my first ever new car by lease. The first interaction I had with VonBibra was their Southport dealership. We spoke to someone that morning, said we would come back later in the day. We called before we came back in and that staff member wasnt there but we were told to come in! We walked in and waited standing in the middle of the sales floor for 25 mins. No one spoke to us. Not even a "we'll be with you soon" or "sorry we are busy." A different couple walked in and a sales team member went straight up to them. We left, we were done waiting. But wait there's more.

Expensive servicing

I am disappointed in Honda at Robina. Capped price servicing and newly marketed 'tailored servicing feels like a scam. When I bought the car new, I was told that capped price servicing is Honda's way of ensuring customer loyalty. But I have to say, that getting my car serviced so religiously just feels like a scam. The price is increasing as they add in all this extra repairs and replacements and I am now done bringing it here. I will go back to autoleaders where I took my Mazda before I bought the Honda. Just disappointing and unnecessarily expensive.

If only I had it

Can't say overly impressed. Salesman was great, doing a favour for the used car team. Used car team far from great. 5 days still no car, unlike the advertised 3 - 4 days. Looks like still no car for 7 - 8 days. Don't return emails or phonecalls.

Car not ready for hand over when told.

Friday signed contract, was told I could wave cooling off period to speed up delivery by Tuesday/wednesday. Today is Thursday. An issue with car failed RWC now won't be ready for a week. So paying lease and insurance on car not in my driveway. Not happy.

finance not transparent

They omitted to tell me about the $770 they charged me for financing the deal. In fact, the finance I thought I'd agreed to was changed at the last minute. My car delivery time had been stuffed around completely for 2 days....be careful of them arranging for a late in the day pick up when you are not on your game. Read ALL paperwork, regardless of how rushed you feel. They got me good, this is a heads up for the rest of you.

Sells ex Rental cars but does not declare them

Von Bibra Group on the Gold Coast has a habit of selling cars allegedly as Demos with not many km on that have actually been thru their affiliate business Thrifty Car Rentals,as when Thrifty get them there are no service books is completed they do have Thrifty ( or Jonday Holdings) shown as the first owner then when they go back to the dealership a short time later they complete the books in the person who buys the cars name
This is very deceiving
Look out for Nissan,Mitsubishi,and Hyundai cars

What's the point on buying a new car when it breaks down and you have to take 2 days off work due to can't give a loan car. What crap I may as well go buy a second hand car and pay $30000 less, come on what a joke.

It looks ok but to be honest we’ll need to wait until summer before I can give a more definitive answer. We were told that you cannot see clearly through the tint to the other side of the vehicle (standing on the outside). This is not the case.
