Plain Ordinary Service
The experience I had at Nissan Robina was pretty ordinary from the beginning until I picked up the car, [name removed] fumbled through getting me a price and 1% finance for the car I went in to look at, after about 30mins of trying to get it sorted it didn't eventuate, but as I walked out I decided to get the N Track, (different car more expensive) went through the process and signed for it, I had to ring back nearly 2 weeks later to see if they could get it for me, and told yes, then another week after that I had to ring them to ask for delive...ry date, a week after that I picked the car up, when I walked in, i see a dirty looking red bow on the car (that probably been on 1000 cars) and got a tried looking [name removed] who asked for 4 signatures for the No. Plate then said sit in the car to set up my phone and run through the controls, as he was doing this he asked me for a 10/10 review, I'm not 1 to ask for anything, but for him to ask me for that and for me to not even get a smile or joyful handover or even a keyring, I think it was very ordinary service I could've got at any car yard, On a side note Gypsea who done the extras was very happy smilie lady who I would give a 5 star rating
After a total fiasco von bibra recover their mistake quite well after spending a lot of time on the phone complaining about a terrible service provided during my car first service
I had a flat battery today. I rang roadside assistant then to be told I'm not entitled to have roadside assistant as I have not been having my car serviced with Von Bibra was NOT HAPPY cost me $435 to have another roadside assistant plus a new battery car is only just over 2 years old
Customer service is lacking
The Southport service department for Subaru is lacking in basic customer service. I booked my car in for its recall service which I was originally told wouldn't take long. Then when I arrive was told it would take most of the day as there were 60 cars in before mine. Why book a car in if you are over booked and then make the customer feel like they should be grateful its even getting done. To add to this , I wasnt even given a courtesy call to say my car had been completed.
Typical car purchase experience
Called in to look at new cars. Called back the showroom to make an appointment for a test drive as we live 40 minutes away. On arrival the salesperson was not in the showroom and had not made a booking. 6 week wait for delivery of the car and negotiations on trade in through the manager 10 metres away by phone from the salesperson! Following direct debit for payment of car, received a phone call to say they had not received payment done by direct debit 2 DAYS earlier. Phone call 5 minutes later without apology to say that payment had been received 2 days earlier. Moderate hard sell to add rust proofing glass filter etc to glass: diminishing the quality of the delivered car!
I’ve had mixed experiences with this dealership. There appear to be some communication issues in the service department and the quality of the service you receive definitely depends on who you work with.
The car is faulty I've said that from start.
I have said from the start, after being hustled at 18 to get a car without the people explaining details or telling me interest etc. They gave me a dud! Literally the car has had problem after problem, a different von bibra store fixed it for half price but apparently the car slowing itself down, not wanting to drive when you go from stopped at a lights or roundabout etc is NORMAL! YEP apparently my car nearly causing a crash is normal. One day its going to do it that bad that someone is going to die will they listen than! Also they put that ex...tra insurance i didn't want on my car, saying all new cars have it which is a lie it was stated this year on the news and wont give the money back which is 2,500 or more. Ridiculous. Con artists! They know how unhappy i am, they haven't bothered too do anything. Ridiculous paying over double a cars worth and its going to end up killing someone!

Dis-satisfied with Von Bibra Southport Communications
I am an international student, was looking to upgrade to a better car. Went to von bibra did my research got Honda Civic 2017 hatchback test drive two different models and finally decided to go with the white one. Gave me a offer took my 2010 camry $1000 less than the market price. Took PPQ plates with tin and ceramic coat package. Gave a kindergarten explanation about how the car looks amazing in it and saves from bird poop and UV. I didnt my research and found the offer was good.
Emailed with the payment confirmation (got no reply) tried...calling the salesperson (no reply) . Texted when can I pick the car said after 8 days. Asked if they can service my car before giving at first no reply (we cant service in advance). Asked if can u please clean the rusty wheels and paint touch (no reply till now). Asked for the last service time (no reply- didn't show me the service book) I have my car pick up time tomorrow. Payment has been cleared (no clue rego is still not transferred, no reply on acknowledging about payment, no reply on status of the car) I mean the communication with the client has been very poor. I feel a bit unwelcomed (still I bought the car). When I bought my car from Jamie frizzell's they gave me car mats and free service. I mean the sales person all they say is let me ask the manager and they try to test your patience (which is running short now). I going blind dont know if my car will be ready by tomorrow, coated, with my ppq.
Battery supplied in a new car
Dear sir I purchased a new barina cd on 28 September 2016 and on Saturday 10th February the supposed new battery in my car stopped working. I called the roadside assistance racq and they said I needed a new battery. My complaint is this battery was only one year 4 months old. But in actual fact it was older as the original battery was installed in the car in the 26/4/2016 five months before I Brought the car. My question to you us how is It that I wad robbed of five months worth of battery life as it was nit really a new battery when I purchase...d the car it was already five months old. Also you only cover the first battery for one year but will cover second battery for three years how is this fair. Then I was told today by service manager that by getting racq to install battery I could have affected my warranty as they don't put in the correct manufactures battery. Please explain how all this is fair and I am now out of picked $220. Thanks Jeanette
Subaru XV S
I love my new car however I found the time it took to get a trade in price and cost for my new car excessive.
The salesman was unfamiliar with dealing with finance from an outside source. This was very frustrating as he did not respond to any emails from my finance company. Which delayed payment.
This unfortunately is the second time I have had bad service when buying a subaru.
Clear pealing of car
After buying a 2nd hand car in august after a few months the clear is peeling off and after ringing the manger at Ferry Rd was told nothing can or will be done wasn't even interested at looking at the car DISGUSTED but I let everyone know that it's still just a 2nd hand car dealing nothing different from buying from a little dealer elsewhere
2014 Nissan pulsar
Took our used Nissan pulsar hatch to get looked at,there was a terrible noise coming from the car ,the first time they thought they found it (the problem but no )noise still there ,unsatisfactory i call them again and told them noise still there ,ok so bring it back again told they need the car over night, problems two ,faulty engine mount and strut, lucky the car is under new car warranty as I paid nothing
A bit disappointed with the salesman
We’re disappointed with Tim the salesperson once he got our money, upfront mind you he was evasive with when our car would be delivered. He originally told us two days when in fact it was 4 weeks later. Didn’t offer anything to us for the inconvenience

jetblack window tint
It looks ok but to be honest we’ll need to wait until summer before I can give a more definitive answer. We were told that you cannot see clearly through the tint to the other side of the vehicle (standing on the outside). This is not the case.
Are you asking about buying or selling it ?
The brand of window tint you use.
